5. And the left in America is also turning the word progressive (which they only seem to bring out when they really want to jump the proverbial shark).

   I agree with everyone - your post included. And Whittle - simple, direct and great little pieces - even a leftist should be able to understand - if they would just bother to take a few minutes.
