BBC - Get over Yourselves

 

1. I like Clarkson but if its true that he punched the producer the BBC should sack him. He has made his fortune out of Top Gear and the show is becoming somewhat formulaic. The only good aspect of this whole debacle is that if Top Gear ends or if Clarkson is replaced the BBC will lose is biggest money spinner. Hopefully it will at long last focus the politicians to do something about ending the iniquitous television tax, aka the TV license. That a modern country compels its citizens to pay a tax to watch television under threat of imprisonment is scandalous. If the BBC with its lefty doggerel thinks it can survive without the TV tax then more power to it. Just don’t expect me to pay for it.
