Barney Frank vs the Volcano: Volcano loses

  1. I am not too well versed on this. However it seems eerily familiar. In Britain the government has bailed out a Scottish bank (Royal Bank of Scotland) the chairman Fred “the shred” Goodwin has retired on a pension of £700,000 a year. Now all the socialists are screaming because of his very generous pension. Yet it was the socialists who had oversight. Maybe they passed it unduly quickly without digging too deep. The fact that The Prime Minister is Scottish and there was a local election looming at the time is purely coincidental or so they would have us believe. No I’m afraid these people present a great smokescreen to divert attention from the billions and trillions that are being pissed up the wall.

This Barney Frank clown really irritates me. How do people like him get elected? As I said on Vilmar’s blog he has the sort of face you could never tire of punching.

  2. This reminds me of an animal, stretching itself, little by little to see what it can get away with. A cats paw in literary terms. Something is happening behind the curtains, what it is we do not know, nor does anyone get too interested, as the huge head and light show are taking what attention they have. The fact that a crew of faithful retainers are in front screaming “Look! Look! It’s the Wondrous, Powerful, Magical and Exciting Wiiiiizard! Pay no attention to the curtains, they are not the story, it’s the beautiful colors!”
They do not account for the little dog that sees through the smoke and mirrors™, but in this case, I am afraid that the little quartet of adventurers is too busy with the light show to pay any attention to Toto.

Sounds like a fairy tale? I’m afraid not. Exchange Government for the Animal, the press for the retainers, the public for the ‘quartet of adventurers’, and bloggers for Toto.
Unfortunately, this seems to be true. We elect people for how they present themselves as opposed to their suitability for the job. Political parties have dissolved into ‘that was my mom/dad’s party’, children are being indoctrinated by their teachers, and that is being maintained by TV news, TV Shows, and most popular media.

The world has become a smokescreen. We are on the slippery slope to Hell.

    Bill

  3. Barney “Grab-ass” Frank demonstrates how he fondles his Freddy Mac lover’s balls with what he calls his “Man-meat” hand.

  4. What’s creepy to me is that they are OPEN about how the rule of law doesn’t make a flying damn anymore. They’ve just announced to the world that in the US, contracts don’t mean jack from now on.
