  1. When are lawyers, judges and the system going to stop allowing these frivolous lawsuits? She signed a POA, and yes, it’s been proven again and again that she isn’t of sound mind - which in my legal estimation makes the POA invalid which means she has no legal rights, not more.

But then (shh, this is a secret) I just found out my bro (a retired lawyer) was an illegal alien in CA going on a vistor visa (with his wife who obviously after some 30+ years of enjoying the wonderful American benies and lifestyle never bothered to become an American citizen) and then squatting in CA until they gave him citizenship.

As long as politicians, lawyers and judges keep up this coruption of laws and morals - what can we expect from the citizens?

Sorry - she doesn’t deserve anything except weekly counseling sessions to help her develop the courage to pick a path in life and stick with it.

  2. So the rogues are now quarreling over the spoils of their work.

    Fitting.

  3. And she is too stupid and lazy to write her own book and keep all the profits - she just has to couch it in the poor, young woman whose life was run by all those evil, strong (money controlling) men around her. After a segment on Oprah - she’d have a best seller.

I didn’t catch the moron boyfriends stellar work - which supermarket was it being hawked at? Not much spoils which the predatory lawyers will garner at least 30% of - which means they both won’t get nada.

  4. He must have taken her back because she was good in the sack, that’s what I figure. Now she’s frakkin’ him over!
