back to the beginning, again

 

1. I am still out here - can’t believe I haven’t had time to write lately.

   It’s cold here - teens but with the wind chill down to single digits. And - oh joy - it’s snowing again. Mostly flurries - thank God.

   I made Panna Cotta to go with the roast chicken on Sat. I made one mini one with Buko Pandan - a Philippine vanilla like substance that turns stuff green. We have eaten down - so tonight I will try it.

   So KC and SanFran are in the Stupor bowl. I’m betting on KC - it’s Mahomes year.
