AT LONG DARN LAST, LAW AND ORDER ON THE MARCH IN ONE PART OF THE UK.

 

1. In the City where I live, They tried to deal with Prostitution in a similar way many years ago.

   The PROs were in Downtown, They were Harrassed until they moved to a Main Street that went By the Mall.

   Again they were harrassed Until they moved to a More Suburban Main Street.

   Now they are more evenly Distributed and Not nearly as noticable.

   What Changed? They started Confiscating the John’s Vehicles.

2. Stanmore is just outside north west london, used to be a nice area, sounds like a good idea to me, dont tell the nannies in the EU but last year, in Cornwall, they introduced a curfew for kids (up to 18) at 9:30, just like good parents should do any way, and lo and behold the place became decent for a while (that is while the curfew was on ) the big question here is will anyone learn from this? IMHO no chance sadly.
