1. Oh no, not just one. For that kind of yacht you need an entire crew of those. About 16 should do, in various sizes and flavors.

   The boat looks like a great idea for insanely rich folks who never were able to quite get over the end of the LOST series on TV. Now they can move the island whenever they want.

2. i looked over the brochures.  Monaco looks like something you’d find at Disneyland.  At least you can think of it as a floating luxury resort.  Project Utopia looks like it came from a 1930’s SF magazine cover.  It’s not original at all.  I don’t know what to say about the Island Village other than it’s insanely symmetrical for an island village and the volcano makes me think of a dunce cap.
