Army’s latest idea is 143 years old

 

1. We only need these stupid toys to keep the Industrial/Military /Congressional complex well greased,not for any actual defense needs.
   Russia has a defense budget of a whole 50 billion for the coming year and I keep reading we should be scared.
   Bullshit,We spend that on one damn Aircraft Carrier alone. And so far 85 billion on a Jet that still doesn’t work up to specs.
   Fire a few dozen Generals and Admirals and make them prioritize.
   18 trillion in the hole and still digging,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

4. And don’t mention that South Africa already has a robust extra long range 155mm gun system, with autoloading no less, that we could simply just go and purchase.
