ARGH! Damn Yankees!

 

1. Since Cleveland lost to the Chicago White Sox 3-1 last night, that means the Red Sox have clinched the AL wild card berth.

   As of this typing, Boston’s leading 10-1 over the Yankees in the bottom of the 8th.

   My beloved Cubbies should have NEVER let him get away!
   Baseball is sooo over-rated in October.

4. I don’t typically follow MLB till postseason. Growing up in Kentucky, our main loves are college basketball (Go UofK Wildcats!) and horse racing. College football...eh. Kentucky sucks BIGTIME there, but University of Louisville is starting to pick up (that is, when they’re not getting totally spanked by South Florida that is *grumble headdesk*)

   Hell I’ll watch just about any sport. Right now NASCAR is on, but my youngest son’s favorite, Elliot Sadler (cause he ‘drives the car with the M&Ms on it’) is already out of the race (hey that’s Talledega for ya)
