  1. The year I got back from the FRG the first time (winter 1983/84) I drove from Detroit MI to Rochester NY and then from there to Lawton OK. It was -53 in Detroit. It was a whiteout blizzard as I drove over to Rochester and it was sleeting ice crossing OK. Yes it was cold but we knew it was going to end fairly damn quickly.

These people need to start their lives over and read Aesop’s Fables, Grimms Fairy Tales and Biblical childrens stories - to learn about morals - both morals of stories and having a few morals in life. And get a down filled, fur lined parka or two. . .

We are going to have kids who have no concept of a real disaster, a real scientific result and reality - with these sky is falling, ooh the horror of this disaster mantra. And if every frickin day is a ‘the sky is falling’ scream on each and every story - of little import, when the sky is actually falling (or the muslims/iranians are bombing us) then our little nippers aren’t even going to take it seriously (as is the case with the stupid masses who buy into the 9/11 was an inside job and Bush ‘lied’ crappola). . .Oh wait, it’s already happening - too late.

Lets all just party until we die [newsflash to the unenlighted elites who eschew the Bible - God does not destroy the Earth at all and the Good (i.e. believers) win and survive - you just might want to read it to be on the winning side for once and forever] And you know what - if it turns out that I’m wrong about the Bible, God and believing - it doesn’t hurt me a bit after death. . .but if I’m right - I win.

  2. “To get record temperatures this time of year in North Dakota, you’ve got to delve down in the 40-below region, so we’re not even close.”

Skipper, I propose that the above quote is all the evidence you should ever need to prove that global warming exists.

/sarcasm as Kirk runs for the door.
