  4. Thanks for the link, OldCatDude (or should I refer to you now as “BIG PUSSY” - a la “Sopranos").

Believe it or not, there are 28 of the freaks in this small town in North Alabama (pop. 16,000 - ZIP: 35950) that I will soon be leaving. DAMN! I gotta get outta here FAST!

    big surprise

  5. Nice pictures OCM.  I used to be on Blogspot as well, but with Allan’s help, my blog is now on Wordpress.  You’re getting the hang of it.

  6. The pics are very nice. Ansel was quite the photographer. I’ve been to Yosemite several years ago, back when I was just a “youth”. Didn’t see much more than Half Dome, though. But it was very nice.

I just checked that link from BobF, and DAMN! I live in what you could call Podunk, TN, population’s under 6,000, and there are 4 of the bastards here! One’s even a multiple offender!

  7. Those are beautiful pictures!  My brother is a climber, and he climbed El Capitan about four or five times.  On one climb, he was almost at the top when he reached for a ledge and pulled himself up to find himself face-to-face with a rattlesnake poised to strike.  My brother fell and dangled upside-down forever until the guy belaying him at the top got some help.

I’ve always felt that if you need to worship something, it should be Mother Nature.  She rules.

  8. Oh.  31 in my small town.  Most of them have multiple offenses.  I don’t get it.  Why are they walking around??  One had two rape convictions and three forcible sodomy convictions.  Where is the three-screws-and-you’re-out law?

  9. I come up with at least 126 in my zip code alone.
