6. We, and by this I mean the West, have tried many ways to help Africa. All such attempts have failed.

   1. Charity is no answer. Money simply gets appropriated by the first, or second, or third person to touch it (17 countries saw a decline in real per capita GNP between 1970 and 1999, despite receiving well over $100 billion in World Bank assistance).

   2. Food isn’t distributed. This happens either because there is no transportation infrastructure (bad), or the local leader deliberately withholds the supplies to starve people into submission (worse).

   Drew and everyone else passing through here.

   You will be so happy (not) to learn that in the morning paper is an article describing your president’s promise to increase aid to afrika and ... get ready people. Obama is going to end starvation there. Well, not Obama exactly and not with his own money. Of course not. It’s be done, again, as always, with your money.

   Fools just never learn.

7. It’s been going on my entire life, if not far longer. And it makes no darn difference at all. The West will NEVER defeat local tribalism, and no part of Africa will EVER rise above it. Thus they have sealed their own doom.

   Look at it from a paleontologist’s perspective: the smart people got out 50 million years ago.

That’s ok guys - Obama keeps up his ‘policies’ and the RINO idiots in the House actually address ‘immigration reform’ at all - there WON’T BE ANY TAX MONEY to send anywhere - military pay, ss checks, welfare checks, or overseas bribes and donations to terrorists. This system in on the verge of collapse.

   9 MILLION going to LA school system to ‘indoctrinate’ the kids to the wonders of Obamacare - to tell their parents. It’s (supposedly) the law of the land - WHF?

   This is ObamaNation on parade - and it can’t continue. Interest rates about to start shooting up the new grads (HS & College) can’t get employed - the 51% tipping point is coming faster than ever.

   Talk about the collapse of civilization.
