3. Just stone. Have to put in a tile floor at the MIL’s bathroom. I want to say it’s a 4 hour job, but I know that house ... any project takes at least 5 times longer and always turns up unexpected horrors.

4. I have to admit, there is a certain excitement and comfort in going to bed just a little too early than usual, under the covers, good book in hand, warm body next to mine...and like you....can’t get two pages.

5. I haven’t got two pages since I worked with Bill Clinton! Nyuck nyuck nyuck.

   Gak , what an afternoon yesterday. All that work ... and we got one tile laid. ONE. But, to be fair, it’s the right one, and it’s exactly perfect. There was just a ton of pre-work to do, pulling out sink and toilet, ripping up old tiles, removing grout, etc. With the one tile just so, and dried, we can lay the rest of the floor from that one tile, and it should come out very nice.
