1. If true, this would certainly take the steam out any federal civil rights case that surely was in the plans for the Brown family and the AG Holder’s office.

   I had told my wife over the weekend that the case would never go criminal in the State, but I knew the Feds were going to stick their noses and try a Civil Rights Criminal and Civil action. But, like I said with this new information, that could end it, and yet they will still try it to see how it plays out.

2. I’d say it’s true simply because Drudge and Yahoo have dropped it like a hot rock.

   The truth will out - always. So time had to come. The police probably found something else on our cohort in crime - which is why he had to back away from his original ‘hands up lie’.

   Of course MSNBC, CNN (who is running a guy who claims he witnessed the whole thing and yes, Brown had his hands up running away) - and the NYTs not to mention Sharpton, Jackson and the NBPP - who will use the lie to gin up racial hostilities forever.

3. Everything presented by the Blacks and the Main stream media on this case is bullshit.
   The kid was thug, punk, gang banger high on PCP laced pot.  I have lost my last particle of respect for these “minorities”.  They care nothing for the truth.  They want some dead white people and nothing else.  Fuck em all.  They’re all the enemy now.  Live by hate, die by hate you assholes.  You assault a cop and try to take his gun, expect to get shot.
   Anyone caught looting should have been shot.  Screw you bastards and you bullshit cause.

4. I agree grayjohn - like the feminazis - they are who they claim that they hated for centuries. Judging people based solely on the color of their skin. (Of course the feminazis are abortion uber alles, while closing a blind eye to the real world threats against women).

   One thing though, grayjohn - you don’t even have to shoot looters on sight. If the owners of the stores simply stood out front armed to the teeth. And the community (90% of those arrested for looting were not from Ferguson) had armed themselves and stood around the entire ‘mob’ - they would have gotten the message immediately.

   Too many people in America have handed over all personal responsibility for their lives and property to the state - without even a moments consideration that it is the state that is taking away any possibilities of an individual to protect themselves - from the state.

   Freedom - being lost one ‘security’ law after another.
