  1. Drew458,

    Freedom of speech means the citizens are going to say things the government disagrees with it. Freedom of speech may not be rigorously applied in Egypt, but you have to make a start somewhere.

    You also need to keep in mind that just because somebody says something doesn’t mean they know what they’re talking about. To quote author Harlan Ellison, “You have the right to your own opinions. You don’t have the right to your own facts.”

  2. wink void(0);

    Yes! I am a Wilbur Smith fan. One of the earliest adult books I remember reading as a child was his “The Sunbird”.

    It has left an indelible impression on me… “Fly for me Bird of the Sun! Roar for me, Gry-Lion of Opet!”

  3. Now begins Obama’s sell out.

    He will sell out the Israelis.

    He will sell out the Iraqis

    He will sell out America.

    He will not be satisfied until we are in a downward spiral just like France or England.  When we have achieved a status just barely above the Third World, he will be satisfied.

  4. You mean he wasn’t in contact with Ham-Ass already? When he dies, I’ll make the pilgrimage to piss on his grave.

  5. The American people will realize what a mistake they have made to elect the Democrats.  So now ol’ SmokeandMirrors will meet with the tribals.  That will be a low benchmark in US history.  Perhaps Israel can take its rightful place and replace the US as the leader of the free world; it seems to be the only decent country left with any guts. How could the U.S. have been so wrong?  The GOP has a lot to answer for losing this past election.

  6. cmblake, I think you’ll find it pretty soggy when you get there. That is unless he’s buried in some currently 3rd World country in which case, you’ll find a glittering memorial to him.  You know he’s the first U.S. President who just might wind up being buried in a foreign country.

  7. So he’d be going full circle then, huh Doc?
