  3. LyndonB: I remember Mad Mitch. I’ve met him. I was at school with his son in Surrey in the 60’s. All the boys at my prep school were gobsmacked when he came round, and he even joined in on the school’s sports day. A long long time ago, but I haven’t forgotten.
