1. I have 5 left;2 aunts,1 uncle,my Mom and a step dad.All in or closing in on Octoganerian.So far, all in workable health states but I know the tsunami is coming in the next few years.Sorry about your MIL, hope the wife is coping OK.

7. So sorry for your wife and the family. It is a rough time indeed. My Mom did the same thing - stroked out on Tuesday passed on Friday afternoon. At 93 her heart was obviously still strong. It does get easier after time. Give our condolences to your wife.

8. Thank you all for your kind words and support. We’re taking it hour by hour here, and it’s pretty rough right now. But I’m trying to see the bright side and to celebrate her life instead of mourning our loss. And time will heal.

   There won’t be much of any posting from me over the next few days. Maybe the next couple of weeks - we’ve got a funeral to set up, and then we’re moving. Granted, we’re only moving up to the top of the hill, barely a quarter mile away, but to a bigger and better place that will be ours instead of rented. So on top of everything, I’ll have to set up a new ISP package.

   And, wouldn’t you just know it, I broke a tooth this afternoon, so now I’ll have to find an emergency dentist first thing Monday. And live on pain pills and rum until then I guess.
