Well, being poor and humble and working long hours, I just can’t relate or give a shit. Good for them for being rich. I love the rich. I work for a rich man. But damn, sometimes they go overboard lol. Ok, back to my used car and drafty house.
No grayjohn - look to the ‘rich’ who have earned it - there are many I can point to who do good works and still help ‘the little guy’ as much as they can. These (the glitzy, LOOK AT ME spenders) are people who (usually) inherit the money and raise their kids - just like those on the dole, but with better schools - and the kids turn out the same way - boozers, druggies who just have better play toys and hangouts. And when you add stupid genes into the well - that’s when it goes off the tracks (for example The Won).
I hated the ‘rich’ when I was growing up (with them as ‘friends’) for I could sense the shallowness and elitist attitude even as a small child - I can name on one hand the ‘rich’ families who were good people and their kids are good people today.
peasant to mandarin to peasant in 3 generations?
Personally, I think the Bugatti looks like a bloated slug. Worse, from the back it looks like the offspring of a Z car that mated with a Chrysler Crossfire. Reminds me of a fat ass version of the tails on those early 80s ‘vettes, the melty looking ones. Yuk. Oh sure, it’s all mink upholstery and solid gold urinals on the inside, and the car probably cruises at 250mph, but that doesn’t make it good looking. Just expensive.
And how about them ta-tas on Tamara?
