2. Funny isnt it. The constitution makes the case that one of the Primary functions of the president is to preside over foreign policy. And look who Obenothing chooses to give that job to. SO, we will now know EXACTLY how she would have done it if she was elected instead of the ONE. And if it goes bad as we know it may well do, then she can say its HIS FAULT!
   Clever girl that Hillary.
