  1. I got an insight into Chomsky recently.  We have a local man who is convinced that The Pagans, in league with the Catholic Church AND the Masons, are running the town.  Yep, and they’re getting huge subsidies from the city budget!  He is constantly finding evil pagan symbols on public plaques and statues—and defacing them—which is how he became well-known.  Specially to the cops.

The hell of it is, aside from this one little thing, he is the nicest, most normal, intelligent guy in the world.  I think Chomsky is analagous, but has substituted the USA for the pagans.

  2. Chomsky - God I can’t stand that guy.
I’ve read some of his essays, and I gotta ask, is it just me or does about two paragraphs of this guy’s anti-American slop put you to sleep.
I’ve read a lot of Churchill’s essays and while his line of thought is disjointed, it pisses me off and gets me fired up. The same thing with Howard Zinn.
But Chomsky’s writings are better than a couple valium.
