  1. By Wednesday I think I’ll be crazy.

Took ya long enough to notice, the rest of us decided you were crazy a long time ago.

    LOL

  3. Ah to take your mind away - we bagged another damn groundhog - the easy way - they have a path through the herb garden - we just set the trap and like many things around here, I got busy and forgot to bait it. Well lo and behold we caught a groundhog (male) and I went crazy as there was another one standing by offering encouragement during an escape attempt.

We timed the drowning - under 3 minutes. Body disposed of - and we were discussing our neighbors plants - some form of peppers. He came out - said he has one living under his shed. Said it ate up his okra and just sat and stared at him when he tried to scare it away.

He is going to put mothballs down the hole - we still haven’t found one in our fenced yard. But now we know there is at least another groundhog to bag.

Good luck on the moving - I’ve moved my older daughter 3 times now - but me - we’ve always paid (or rather the Army has always paid) for us to move. No wait - we did it once in KY. I just remembered one ‘friend’ mentioned my hubby had ammo - No Duh!?! And a couple of the ‘helpers’ didn’t do one heck of a lot.

Good luck on the move - and of course on the next one!

  4. Yup we are!

Before the two of lived together in this condo, we each rented and furnished a condo of our own. When we moved in here, about half the furniture wound up stored in the back of the garage.

The new place we’ve found, as temporary lodging, is quite a bit bigger. So ... maybe ... we can use all the stuff we own.

I’m unearthing stuff in the garage that I’d forgotten that I owned. I’ll face a similar dilemma when I go up in the attic.
