  1. Have you ever had simple carbonated water?  It’s also called seltzer.  Out here, it’s also available with a little fruit flavoring, usually orange, lemon or cherry.

    Really, it’s a lot like water, just more interesting.

  2. Oy, the wife drinks seltzers all the time. They are bubbly and inexpensive, and “a little” is what their flavors are. As in “barely there”. Double it, triple it, and I’ll be a convert. It doesn’t have to be as strong as that vitamin water stuff she also buys, but it needs to at least be there.

    I wonder if there is some kind of rule, or tax law, that distinguishes between soda and seltzer? Based on flavor percentage maybe?
