Oh my Gawd..........
About the only car I can think of that would have similar rarity and performance would be a Duesenberg SJ. I’ll join everyone else in saying that this kind of discovery is nearly unbelievable. Wow.
My only other thought is that if I had inherited the Bugatti, I’d spend some time driving it. What a treat that would be. I actually did see a Bugatti driven on the street here in Los Angeles, but that was 40 years ago and I only saw for a few seconds. Incredible.
Cars are a type of mobile sculpture, but with one other bit. They are totally interactive. They can all reach you in ways that even a woman can’t. Whether it’s the precise handling of a sports car that you can flick through S bends at insane rates of speed, muscle cars that will pin you back in your seat and liquefy their rear tires, or luxury cruisers with rides so smooth it’s like sliding down a sheet of glass, they all give you a very special, sensual experience.
I’m not going to comment on the rarity of the car, but rather the look. Those old cars have STYLE. So unlike the cars of today.
I’m with Marv from Sin City: Modern Cars. They all look like electric shavers.
They all look like electric shavers.
PERFECT! Really. They all look alike today. Used to be time when we could tell em all apart.
That is so lovely.
My agreement to all the other comments. New cars and plastic guns just don’t have any soul.
