A Supreme Bitchslap for the EPA

 

1. I find it simply amazing that the Supremes could get a 9-0 decision on anything - it gives me hope. I also ‘hope’ that they find that little ‘no judicial oversight’ part of the Independent Payment Advisory Board is un-Constitutional too. The current (p)Resident is doing all he can to usurp power away from the Constitution, the Congress and now the Courts. Not enough people are standing up and saying NO to this petty dictator wanna be.
