Excuse me but, how does one “rudely display” a rifle while walking if it was on his shoulder?
Beats me. Maybe it’s painted up like a big schwanz or something.
Mr. Grisham needs to file a violation of civil right lawsuit against the police dept. and sue the cop in civil court for the same thing. Mr. Grisham needs to walk away with the deed to the town in his pocket and the douchebag cops badge in his hand.
The ‘cops’ do the same thing here - we have a friend - CCL instructor, NRA certified, advocate of both CCL and open carry (both legal here) and just ‘cuz he’s over 6 feet - he’s scary when packing - which he does little to hide. So they stop him all the time.
The guy in TX needs to contact a state carry/gun rights organization and get a local gun rights lawyer. Thanks to our friend above - we know the name of the local lawyer.
I had a hard time believing it was TX - until I realized - Austin or Temple - yeah I can believe it in those places.
You should have heard Steven Seagal on his Lawman show: after stopping a guy who had a gun by him - all papers legal, carry permit - he demanded that the guy lock it in the trunk - with this stupid remark - ‘These guys carrying guns are the problem, just one little thing sets it all off’. Don’t care to ever see or hear him again - and given his movies - a tad bit hypocritical.
Seagal is a greasy arsehole. And a bully. He can’t act either ... and that 80s mini-ponytail thing is just gross at this point.
