A Nice Touch

 

1. Shh, Peiper has sent me a couple of those cards - they are beautiful. I just forget so much - and the two who remain most important (the Mothers) aren’t computer literate enough - his mom does email but only checks it once in while (I check it at least 2 times a day).

   I was miffed this year though - the American Legion use to have Veterans Day cards to email - none this year - bummer the Obamarecession is getting every one.

   To send a Thank You card to the Troops - There are still nice people out there in the USA!

   Maybe I will just pony up and get a subscription - they are indeed beautiful cards.

   BTW - any idea what to get two old women (the Mothers) for Christmas? I’m tired of the usual (a gift card for the younger one and stationary for the older (93) one) - same ole, same ole is getting really old for me - but how to WOW an old woman at Christmas?!? I’m stumped -

2. I have been a subscriber to the JLawson site for a couple of years now.  I like the fact that there are no adverts and my wife gives me credit for “sending” a card.  The two of us being dog lovers doesn’t hurt.  I have also sent cards to other family members with universal approval. I heartily encourage and endorse this site.

5. I love her stuff. She had a Thanksgiving one a couple years ago with fruit and veg assembling to make a turkey. Was pretty cool.
