   This story is a load of old tosh. The army RSM will still be an evil bastard. They might tone down some of the “beasting” carried out by NCO’s but there will always be a role for the RSM and he will still be screaming in peoples faces. If you want to see a role model check out Harry Andrews in “The Hill”
