Isn’t it odd how one noted terrorist can say JUST ONCE that he is going to show no mercy to his own rebellious people and the West rolls out their military might immediately, but when dozens of terrorist leaders say repeatedly for more than 30 years that they are out to destroy the west, take over their countries, and convert everyone by the sword to pisslam they are ignored? Even when dozens, hundreds, perhaps thousands of terrorist acts against the West are committed, from the 1972 Munich Olympics to the bombing of the USS Cole, they got ignored. Finally when 9/11 forced the US to finally take action, within 3 months we were right back to believing in their “religion of peace” and that universal jihad was some whack conspiracy theory nonsense spouted by some microscopic minority of “radical muslims”.
Now the entire Middle East is on fire, secular dictators are gunning down the protesting mobs in the streets, Christians are being slaughtered up and down the entire length of the Nile from Egypt to Sudan and even in the Christian nation of Ethiopia, and our only real act in the area is to blow up a couple tanks and planes so that one tribe of crazy arab lunatics doesn’t get too great an advantage over another tribe of crazy arab lunatics.
Maybe the right course of action is to foment these revolutions. Level the playing field in Libya and these other countries by temporary no-fly zones (ie blow up all their big military gear, which they have purchased from us over the years), air drop guns and RPGs to the weaker side, and then walk away. Let the camel rapers kill each other by the hundreds of thousands. Less for us to deal with afterwards. With the several branches of pisslam all violently opposed to each other, and the never ending curse of tribalism that infects the whole region from Nigeria to Iran, this may be the easiest path. All we need to do is protect the oil infrastructure. Or say to hell with that, and just drill our own.

No. What with the mother-in-law’s health condition, the new fridge coming in, feeling really run down, and my weekend cleaning, doing the taxes, I just didn’t get to it. Someday soon.
