1. Sometimes I really Doubt your sanity Drew.
   My landlord says if its broke,I fix it or Suffer.
   So I do and I’m very good at fixing at zero to low cost.
   Condo people are, well, your one so I won’t say it out loud.

2. Methinks this might be a case where its easier to get forgiveness than permission. Put on some dark clothing and go up there some evening and do the deed. (Of course, this message should not be construed as an inducement to perform any unlawful act).

3. Screw them. A midnight foray is due. If they ask you about it, you came home one day and noticed it had been done. Thought they had it installed.
