  1. The most fascinating bridges in this neck of the woods (Central IN) are the wooden covered bridges.  There’s even an annual “Covered Bridge Festival” out west a ways.  Some are still in use, some have been bypassed and set aside in little parks.

  2. Well done again Drew.  Nice. It looks like you’re in an area on the rural side of things and close enough to enjoy this kind of outing.

  3. Hey at least it’s not crappy weather where you are - just you wait though. I am so tired of freezing weather and snow/sleet/rain mix that is now almost continual.

Meanwhile our main vehicle is a tad under the weather, with this messy weather - hubby hasn’t been able to get under the hood to see if it’s something serious.

Oh well - doesn’t the saying go - March in like a lion, out like a lamb.

  4. Wardmama, we’ve had a week of “warm” - temps above freezing finally. And yesterday the sun was out, first time in ages. So I HAD to get out of here for a while.

  5. Wardmom, Ariz. and Calif. have nice weather. Especially the desert areas. But there were times I dreamed of a bit of snow and cold.  Then woke up.
Been cold here and we have sun first time in many days.

For bridge lore now to vent
I found it down this road
    And wrote this lovely ode.
