1. I just wish that more AMERICANS would do this - it is going to be the death of America. We use to push/prod immigrants into assimilating - and then watch them take off on the American dream - now, not so much.

   My grandfather went on a ‘Grand Tour’ with my Uncle Geoff - which was a good thing as he was killed at 24 in WWII. Toward the end of it - Geoff asked him why they weren’t going to his father’s homeland - Sweden. My grandfather was born and raised until his teens in London - he considered himself to be English - until the English told him he was Swedish - which is when he emigrated to Canada - applying for an American student visa after graduating from college - to go to seminary. The Rev Carl (what we all called my grandfather) - said - ‘Because they would take me and put me into the Army - because they consider me Swedish - even though I am an American citizen - much like the English did, even though I was born and raised there. America is the one place where name and where your father was born - does not matter once you come and become a citizen - that is why I am an American.’ [He also did a sermon “Why I became an American’ on a local radio station]

   Wrong is Right and Up is Down - and it’s all going to get us killed - lot’s of innocents while the ‘OneGlowballWorld’ control freaks try to make everyone hold hands and sing kumbayah.

   Bite Me - I can’t even fix my own family - be damned if I’m going to be responsible for World peace with a bunch of people who simply want me dead.
