a criminal breaking the law ?  can’t trust anyone these days..

 

1. Wouldn’t matter Peiper - ‘google’ Diane Downs - been playing the prison shuffle for 30 years (damn has it been that long) - after an escape attempt in 1987. She shot her 3 children (killed one, paralyzed another) for an married obsession she had that did not want any kids - btw, she is a real head case - got pregnant while under investigation and gave birth a month after her trial. If anyone needs to be put down permanently it is her.

   It just staggers me - that who you kill (your own children/spouse gets you a lesser sentence than a stranger) and in what state makes all the difference in the world as to your sentence. How about a SINGLE strike for murder - and be done with it, forever.
