   Just have a chuckle and pass on your way. I am so sick of these shrinking violets who are so easily offended. The old saying was correct “sticks and stones can break your bones but words will never hurt you”. I cannot imagine how this will all end up. We in Wiltshire have recently been subjected to great expense because some woman, who thinks she is the policeman of the English language, has taken offence at the saying “jungle drums”. She was aided and abetted, it must be said, by some numpties from Wiltshire County Council. Time we allowed common sense back into our vocabulary.
