2. Back when I was a kid our neighborhood was victimized by a peeper who started graduating into cutting his way through screens.  It was only a matter of time before he did something worse.
   Several of the older men (at least one was a cop) waited up one night with baseball bats.
   It was an older teenager.  They did a number on him - not too bad mind you- and then dumped
   his butt out in the countryside.

   He never came back.

   ....sometimes you have to solve problems yourself and not count on the courts.

4. The damn problem is, nobody is doing it. There are future victims out there just waiting to become that, when these two turds get a bit older.  And maybe not even that long.
   Kinda makes me wonder just when ppl are going to say enuff and do exactly as you guys rightly suggest.
