Two To Go

Bill Clinton, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid were driving through Kansas when a giant tornado blew the car to the Land of Oz.

Nancy said, “I’m going to ask the Wizard for a heart.”
Harry said, “I’m going to ask the Wizard for a brain.”
Bill said, “Where’s Dorothy?”

With the big bad Fiscal Cliff looming, how is it that suddenly, after ... 12 years is it? ... suddenly, the possible expiration of the evil Bush Tax Cuts For The Rich
is going to put such a heavy burden on the middle class? Surely, it couldn’t be that those horrible tax cuts were actually across the board the whole time, could it?
Because, golly gosh, after 4 or 7 million repetitions by the “fair and balanced” MSM, I was convinced that the name of the Act really was “Bush Tax Cuts For The Rich”.
For 12 solid years, that’s all I’ve ever heard them called. So now they’re expiring. And it’s going to raise everyone’s taxes! Damn, that Bush was one sneaky fargin bastage!

(and yet the 1040 still has the AMT, which overrules those cuts, and has never been adjusted downwards, so who’s really zoomin who here?)

  1. And don’t forget that all the damn Dumbocare taxes kick in - and with the what half a million military being kicked to the curb - can we say ‘even bigger depression’ than in 1930? I can’t wait to see how the msm twists themselves into pretzel logic to ‘cya’ the big o on this fubar.

I have to write Boehner to dig deep and strap on a pair - just long enough to let the big o hang himself. I saw one poll - that had the big o at 83% blame for this fiscal cliff crappola.

I think that the Speaker should play their game - offer an immediate 25% cut of ALL entitlements except SS & Medicare - with a tax hike on anyone over 1 million dollars set for 2022. Make a precise point of exactly what the big o is attempting to do to us right now. Of course he should precede that with - The House passed a Federal Budget every year - the Senate has NOT passed a Federal Budget since April 2009. So exactly whose fault is it that America is in such a financial ‘fiscal cliff’ state

    I can dream, can’t I?

That is about all that’s left in my America.
