England remembers its fallen while itself falls prey to self delusion

At the stroke of the clock on 11am every November 11th ... people all over this country stop for 2 minutes of silence in remembrance of those soldiers who fell in service to their country.  If you’re in a store for example, at exactly 11am everything will stop. People remain silent for two minutes, or most do. Out on the street it’s the same.  And this Sunday there will be services on what is called Remembrance Sunday.

For a couple of weeks leading up to Nov. 11, there is The Poppy Appeal - supporting The Royal British Legion. http://www.poppy.org.uk/

There are stores and outlets everywhere that folks can buy a red paper flower, just like this one.  Some people collect donations door to door.  One of our neighbors brings around a collection box every year in which we deposit some money. We take a couple of the red poppies and they are worn by most people. Everywhere you go you will see folks wearing these.

Well now .... enter the vilest scum of the earth. The lice infested, unwashed grizzly bearded fugitives from the dark ages.  Yeah, who else.
mudslims. People who come here and insist on changing their host country to the slum and filth and ignorance of the shit hole they came from. And they also manage to turn native born mudslims to their creepy cause.  None of them really belong here, but they know how to work the system because democracy has decided it’s better to commit national suicide then lower the boom on these worthless, useless non human life forms.  Who by the way, do understand their right to demonstrate and of course they did. On Nov. 11 at 11 am where they thought up the brilliant idea of burning a giant poppy in protest of what they say is the murder of muslims in other countries.  They don’t seem to demonstrate much over the killings by the thousands of muslims by other muslims. Have you noticed that?  Not that I personally care how many of their brothers they kill.  The more the better. Anyway ... a very small group it should be said held their insulting demo ....

There is nothing more despicable than defiling the memory of our dead servicemen and women.
Why should we have to tolerate those Islamic hatemongers who disrupted yesterday’s two minutes’ silence, setting fire to a giant poppy and brandishing placards reading: ‘British soldiers burn in Hell.’

If that isn’t incitement, I don’t know what is. They looked like the same crowd demonstrating outside the Old Bailey last week when that Muslim madwoman was convicted of stabbing MP Stephen Timms.

Yet although 50 people took part in this atrocity, there were only three arrests - and judging by the pictures it was the counter-demonstrators from the so-called English Defence League who had their collars felt.

If these Muslim rabble-rousers hate this country so much, why don’t they leave and set up shop in an Islamic theocracy?
We could give them every encouragement by stopping their benefits, as a basis for negotiation.
They should all have been banged up and, if they weren’t born here (as, sadly, I suspect most them were) they should have their citizenship revoked and be put on the first plane out.

At the moment these vile jihadists are spitting in our faces and laughing at our cowardice, while abusing the freedoms countless British soldiers have died to defend.

I really don’t believe that one soldier gave up a life or limb to secure the freedoms of jihadists. The army is made up of volunteers. Who in their right mind would volunteer to risk all, to insure the free movement of scum who want to kill your family in your own country.

I haven’t been here long enough to become an expert on things Brit. But I have seen enough to believe that the left really does rule no matter who is in office. I think I’ve read and seen and heard enough to convince me that these folks will not have another Dunkirk or Trafalgar or Waterloo.
The future of this island is all behind it because there isn’t anyone around who is able to save it. Or anyone with the stones to do what desperately needs doing.
Which very simply put is ... Killing! On a very large scale.  But it will never happen.  They’ll try and educate their way out of this morass. They’ll find to their regret that it won’t be as easy as banning cigarettes.

Homeland Insecurity

A full size missile was fired off last night, west of LA and north of Catalina Island. A traffic helicopter caught the launch on videotape. This is clearly a guided flight: notice how the contrail goes up, then arcs over and continues to climb at angle. It is far too big to be from a model rocket, even the large scale kind. No launches were scheduled from nearby Vandenburg Air Force base, a site that launches satellites on a semi-regular basis. No FAA clearances were requested by anyone, so that rules out private space flight companies and law abiding model rocketeers.

And yet it happened. Just as bad, nobody seems to know where or if the thing came down. They aren’t even asking that question yet. Is anyone missing a small city?

Found: a massive ballistic missile streaking across the sky off the coast of California last night.

Anyone want to claim it? Because the U.S. military says it’s not theirs.

A news helicopter for CBS station KCBS captured stunning video of what appeared to be a missile launch 35 miles off the California coast, just north of Catalina Island. The video shows a giant streak across the sunset sky, leaving a column of white smoke in its wake.

For now, though, the missile’s origins and purpose are a mystery.

A Navy spokesman told CBS affiliate KFMB in San Diego that the missile did not belong to them and that there had been no Navy activity reported in the area.

Officials at The Pentagon also did not know any details about the launch and said that it could not have been a planned military action, NBC San Diego reported.

Former Deputy Secretary of Defense Robert Ellsworth told the San Diego station that the missile was “not a Tomahawk” but could possibly have been a test firing from a submarine to serve as a demonstration of American military might to Asia.

The U.S. Military is scrambling to find out what was seen in skies over Los Angeles last night after a local CBS news helicopter captured video that appears to show a major missile or rocket launch from the Pacific Ocean just north of Santa Catalina Island.

The video shows an enormous contrail following a brightly lit object, similar to images seen during a space launch.

Col. Dave Lapan, a Pentagon spokesman, told reporters the video is so far “unexplained” by anyone in the U.S. Military.

The Missile Defense Agency told Fox News it did not launch any test missile last night that could explain the dramatic images. The Navy and the Air Force were also unable to offer an explanation.

“It does not appear that this was a regularly scheduled missile test”, Lapan said. Before a missile test the military sends notifications to mariners, airmen, and air traffic controllers to stay clear of the area, and according to Lapan it doesn’t appear those warnings were sent.

At this point the military is working only with video taken from the KCBS news camera, and there is no indication that military agencies responsible for monitoring outside threats to the homeland, such NORAD or Northern command, were able to detect the apparent rocket on their own.

Spokesmen for the Navy, Air Force, Defense Department and North American Aerospace Defense Command say they are looking into a video posted on the website of Southern California television station KFMB.

So, either someone in government s really, really lying to us, or we just went through a trial run for the end of the world. Had that been a submarine launched ICBM MIRV fired by our enemies, we would be missing Dallas, Houston, Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Raleigh, St. Louis, Buffalo, Washington DC, and Boston by now. From just one missile. And the DoD never even saw it coming. Had it been a real launch by real enemies, they wouldn’t have stopped at just one. Why not fire off the other 17 as well? In which case the entire nation would be crispy fried right now. And they got away clean too. At this point NORAD isn’t even saying that they were aware of the launch, or if they were even able to track it. Nor has the Navy, with its trans-oceanic undersea sonar listening net, made a statement that there was or was not a submarine or surface ship in the area.

So glad we spent trillions on this crap during the Cold War.

In the video linked to, some “expert” says it could have been a visual aide type of flight to impress the Chinese that we can do that kind of thing. I think he’s got the story on backwards. I think someone laid down a visual aide on us and caught everyone asleep at their posts.

No Fatwa Needed To Kill Americans, Says Radical Yemen Cleric

Even though he is an American, a radical U.S.-born cleric says Muslims should not hesitate to kill Americans, arguing that no religious rulings are needed “to fight the devil.” Anwar al-Awlaki, wanted by both the United States and Yemen, where he is based, made the appeal in an Internet video released Monday.

In a wide-ranging 23-minute talk, the al-Qaida-linked cleric condemned Iran, Israel and the leaders of Arab nations.  He went further in regard to the people of the United States. 

The American-born Awlaki told his followers that they do not need to consult with anyone before killing Americans.  He said for Muslims it is a question of “us or them.”

Awlaki is wanted by both the U.S. and Yemen for his suspected role in terrorist attacks, including the attempted bombing of a U.S. airliner late last year.  He is also believed to have acted as an advisor to the suspect in a deadly shooting spree at a U.S. military base in Texas and the killing of a Frenchman in Yemen earlier this year. 

U.S. authorities believe he is an active member of the Yemen-based al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula.

The video message, parts of which were released last month, come days after the terrorist organization claimed responsibility for attempting to send bombs in air cargo to the United States.  The packages were intercepted by authorities tipped off by Saudi intelligence.  The terrorist group has also claimed responsibility for attacks that killed Yemeni civilians.

In the video, Awlaki also condemns Arab leaders as corrupt, including those in Yemen.

Political analyst Stephen Steinbeiser says many Yemenis, and others in the region, side with Americans against terrorists.  But the resident director of the American Institute for Yemeni Studies says the cleric may be trying to attract followers beyond his regular jihadist sympathizers.

“I think he is reaching for a broader audience and I think that when Yemenis begin to feel that someone like al-Awlaki is singling out corrupt leaders, then it becomes a much more appealing message and they many begin to listen to other types of things he is saying,” said Steinbeiser.

But such a move could strengthen the resolve of the Yemeni government in hunting him down.  The Sana’a-based Steinbeiser says many in Yemen believe the government knows where al-Awlaki is hiding or at least the general locale.  But he notes officials may be hindered by the fact the al-Awlaki family is very powerful in the clan- and tribe-dominated country. 

“There are potential repercussions politically, and potential violent repercussions if they go after al-Awlaki [as] the U.S. would like.  So the Yemeni government has to walk a bit of a fine line,” Steinbeiser said. “At the same time, I think they realize that he is an increasing threat and certainly with this latest message, it shows he is not afraid of the threats made against him, and he seems to want to escalate the situation.”

The Yemeni government has pledged to help the United States in tracking al-Awlaki down, and last week put him on trial in absentia for incitement and plotting to kill foreigners.

The United States is believed to have already put al-Awlaki on a special list of Americans who security forces are authorized to capture dead or alive.

Muslim hate preacher Abu Hamza allowed to keep British passport

Anything important happen today?
Oh, not much unless you consider another nail in England’s coffin important.
And that’s just how I see this.  Don’t we have people who work in the dark anymore? Jeesh. There’s so much work of that nature and it’s being left undone. The problem with that of course is, it piles up and gets outta hand.

Muslim hate preacher Abu Hamza allowed to keep British passport

Hate preacher Abu Hamza has won his appeal against the Government’s attempts to strip him of his British passport, a special tribunal has ruled.

The radical cleric argued that such a move would render him “stateless” as he had already been stripped of his Egyptian citizenship.

Delivering its 12-page ruling, the Special Immigration Appeals Commission allowed his appeal.

In his ruling, Mr Justice Mitting said: “We are satisfied on balance of probabilities that if a deprivation order were to be made, the appellant (Hamza) would be made stateless.

“The conclusions which we have reached in the closed judgment supplement, but do not contradict, that conclusion.

“Accordingly, this appeal is allowed.”

Hamza, 52, was jailed for seven years in February 2006 for inciting murder and race hate.

He is in Belmarsh Prison as he challenges attempts to extradite him to the US on terror charges.

That case was delayed by the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg in July, which called for further submissions over the length of his sentence and the conditions he would experience if extradited to ADX Florence, a so-called “supermax” prison in Fremont County, Colorado.

Attempts to take his passport away were launched in 2003 but delayed by other legal actions against him.

At a three-day hearing in London last month, Hamza’s lawyers argued he has already been stripped of his Egyptian citizenship so cannot have his British passport taken too, as that would render him “stateless”.

But the Home Office said there was no documentation to prove he was no longer an Egyptian national and though he was once denied an Egyptian passport, he was later allowed one.

The commission heard Hamza may have had his Egyptian nationality revoked but the country’s government would not confirm whether he had or not.

The cleric came to Britain on a student visa and acquired a British passport through marriage.

He was denied an Egyptian passport in 1982 because he had not undertaken military service, the panel heard, but a decree in 1988 allowed him his citizenship back.

But Egyptian law expert Sabah Al-Mukhtar, appearing as a witness for Hamza’s legal team, told the commission it was possible he had been stripped of his nationality later on for other reasons.

He said by refusing Hamza a passport the Egyptian government was giving a “de facto” denial of his nationality.

James Strachan, for the Home Office, said Mr Al-Mukhtar’s interpretation was a “fundamental disagreement” with their own expert’s evidence.

A Downing Street spokeswoman said Prime Minister David Cameron was “disappointed” with the decision but that it would not affect ongoing extradition proceedings.

‘I WANTED TO BE A MARTY, THAT’S THE BEST WAY TO DIE’

I hope you will come to understand the evil that you have done and repent of it.

Poor misguided judge. A true product of the west and who can blame the man?  He’s sincere.  He just doesn’t understand that he is NOT addressing anything human.  Meanwhile, via video feed because the defendant does not recognize the jurisdiction of the Brit court, and so has refused to attend her trial, she smiles happily at him.  I haven’t a clue why a trial when she was caught red handed and then told anyone who would listen, that she wanted to kill the hated infidel. In this case a Labour Party MP who voted for the Iraq war.  As reported yesterday, she walked up to him and stabbed him a few times before being restrained and arrested.

Here’s the update.  She got life and will have to served at least 15 years. Her inspiration has been an American traitor turned islamic anti west preacher wanted by the USA.

The guy she tried kill is a member of the party out of power here, which means he leans to the left, even though he supported the war on Iraq. I wonder if he’ll eventually claim that islam is an rop. He might.

Curse the judge, shout fanatics as the Muslim girl who knifed MP smiles as she gets life

A judge was subjected to a tirade of abuse in his own courtroom yesterday as he jailed an Al Qaeda-inspired Muslim woman for attempting to assassinate an MP.
Islamist protesters harangued Mr Justice Cooke from the public gallery at the Old Bailey, shouting ‘Allahu akbar’ (‘God is great’), ‘British go to hell’ and ‘Curse the judge’.

The outbursts came as Roshonara Choudhry, 21, was sentenced to life imprisonment for stabbing former minister Stephen Timms. Choudhry smiled broadly as the judge told her: ‘You said you ruined the rest of your life. You said it was worth it. You said you wanted to be a martyr.’

Hundreds of videos inciting violence, including clips by the U.S.-born radical cleric Anwar al-Awlaki who inspired Choudhry to attempt to assassinate the MP, were removed from YouTube yesterday.

Their removal followed a private speech in the United States by security minister Baroness Neville-Jones in which she called on the White House to ‘take down this hateful material’.

Mr Timms, 55, describing the moment he was stabbed in East London in May by the smiling student, said: ‘I shouted out, “What was that for?”’
‘That was the last thing that I expected to happen and there was absolutely no explanation to me. She didn’t say a word. It was a complete bolt out of the blue.’

Choudhry: Yep. I’ve been learning more about Islam.

Question: Where have you been learning that?
Choudhry: Internet.
Question: What websites you been looking at?
Choudhry: I’ve been listening to lectures by Anwar al-Awlaki.
Question: Who’s he?
Choudhry: He’s an Islamic scholar. He lives in Yemen.

Question: Tell me your thoughts about what you’ve done.
Choudhry: I feel like I’ve ruined the rest of my life. I feel like it’s worth it because millions of Iraqis are suffering and I should do what I can to help them and not just be inactive and do nothing while they suffer.
Question: I just want to go over a little bit how your thought has gone from getting to religion to wanting some form of vengeance.
Choudhry: Because as Muslims we’re all brothers and sisters and we should all look out for each other and we shouldn’t sit back and do nothing while others suffer. We shouldn’t allow the people who oppress us to get away with it and to think that they can do whatever they want to us and we’re just gonna lie down and take it.
Question: Where did you learn that from?
Choudhry: From listening to his lectures.

al-Qaeda terrorists ‘threatened another Lockerbie’.

More of the same but getting a bit intense I think. No panic button but I sure am tired of these grizzly bearded sub human bastards.  OH, like you aren’t. But I almost feel like we’re on some kind of front line.

By now I’m certain all of you are aware and know about the latest foiled bomb plot. Explosives in printers and printer cartridges. Seems Yemen has become a hotspot for terrorist activity and training.  Yemen?  Would anyone miss it?  And Somalia? Would anyone miss it?  We might have to take a very much closer look at Pakistan as well.

My solution to both problems and no joke intended.  Doesn’t mean there won’t still be islamic terrorists. But damn fewer and an unexpected nuke attack on both places would surely reduce the problem by a hundred fold. Then in the aftermath we send in clean up units of a newly formed death head div. to mop up and rid the world of anything remaining.  Anything short of that will not work. It can’t because their numbers are growing. They have a higher birth rate, think insects. Same thing.  These are very evil life forms, many of whom really do these things only because they enjoy the exercise, and now have a religion to use as an excuse.  Join them to the many who are true believers, all of em spawning, and you see the problem.

I do not subscribe to the argument that we can not use methods that put us in their moral grouping. Why not? If we can rid the world of the scum, who’ll question the methods later?  And those that do can be sent off to places like Afghanistan (if there’s much left) to see how they’d like living in another century.

Here’s my time honored solution.

Suspect linked to al-Qaeda plane bomb plotters arrested in Britain

A member of al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula was arrested in Britain for allegedly plotting an attack in this country, the Home Secretary Theresa May has said.

The suspect was an “associate” of the terrorist group, which was linked to last week’s cargo plane bomb plot in which ink printer cartridges were loaded with enough dangerous explosive to blow up aircraft.

In her first speech on security, Mrs May warned such threats will continue against the country and that the police and security services were working to disrupt al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) operatives in this country.

Mrs May also warned that the threat of AQAP and its capability in Yemen was increasing.

Mrs May said: “An AQAP associate was arrested here earlier this year.

“He is alleged to have been planning a terrorist attack in this country. Threats such as these are likely to continue.”

During her speech, the Home Secretary also warned that Somalia will become a terror hotbed if “left to its own devices” plotting attacks on the UK.

She said: “Where necessary we will enhance our protective security measures; we will invest in conflict prevention and stopping terrorist plots overseas; we will refocus the strategy for preventing radicalisation in the UK; and we will strike a better balance between our liberties and our security.

“There is much good work under way to tackle the terrorist threat.

You all know about the explosives found this wkend, in printer cartridge etc.  Some in the press claim that govts. are scare mongering. They don’t deny the threat but say it doesn’t warrant the exposure it’s getting and the warnings to be aware. Well I think they’re wrong.  No pun intended but they are dead wrong.
And this is only one small example.

Meanwhile, the hand wringers and bed wetting bleeding hearts on the left are demanding “inquiries” into the reports of Brit Intel turning their backs on torture used by Americans. 

‘Smiling’ woman ‘stabbed MP twice in stomach after confronting him about Iraq war’

A woman stabbed an east London MP twice in the stomach in revenge for his vote for the war in Iraq, a court heard.

Stephen Timms told the Old Bailey he thought Roshonara Choudhry, 21, was coming to shake hands, and she smiled before lunging at him on May 14 this year.

Mr Timms, Labour MP for East Ham, was sent ‘reeling and staggering’ before retreating into the men’s toilets at the community centre in Beckton.

His assistant Andrew Bazeley prised the kitchen knife away from her and she was placed in a “bear hug” by a security guard before police arrived. Another knife was found in her bag.

Choudhry told detectives she was trying to kill Mr Timms for “punishment” and “to get revenge for the people of Iraq”, prosecutor William Boyce QC, said.

“When asked why she had stabbed him a second time she said ‘because I wasn’t going to stop stabbing until someone made me‘,” Mr Boyce added.

Choudhry, who was not in court, is accused of attempted murder and two charges of having an offensive weapon.

Jeremy Dein QC, defending, said she did not recognize the jurisdiction of the court and did not wish her lawyers to challenge evidence put before the jury.

Terrorism suspect given ‘victim’ status by Polish legal authorities
A terrorism suspect who claims he was detained and tortured at a secret CIA site in Poland has been granted the status of “victim” by the Polish legal authorities.

The status gives credence to allegations by Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri, a Saudi citizen suspected by the US of involvement in the bombing of the warship USS Cole in 2000, that he was held at an airfield in Poland and subjected to harsh interrogation tactics, including being threatened with an electric drill, by American intelligence officers in 2002.

“Granting ‘victim status’ means that the prosecutor’s office is, to a great extent, convinced of the argumentation that he was rendered and held illegally on the territory of Poland,” said Adam Bodnar from the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights.

The legal move, which allows Mr Al-Nashiri ‘s lawyers to view evidence and appeal against decisions, comes as part of a two-year investigation by Polish prosecutors into whether the CIA operated a clandestine camp in Poland as part of its anti-terrorism operations.

Poland’s former leaders have always denied the existence of a so-called black-site.

Aleksander Kwasniewski, Polish president in 2002, said “that there were no prisons” although he conceded that US flights had landed at Szymany Airport, the suspected location of the camp, in north-east Poland.

Any reason we can’t just go to nukes? Maybe just Yemen to start. Oh right. Somalia too. I guess we must have the permission of the euros and the aclu and we know that’s not gonna happen. 
Why do authorities and the media continue to claim that some of these sub-humans, are Americans.  They are NOT Americans.  I don’t care if they’re born in the USA, they are NOT Americans. 

I have heard on radio news that soon, one of the Gitmo sub species will have a civilian trial in a court. Not military.  Why oh why can’t we simply put em on a plane, chained , and then simply drop them out over the sea.  Think of the money it would save.  Then deny we did anything like that and simply say the plane went down in The Bermuda Triangle and we’re looking.  When aclu or human right jerks come calling or insist on an investigation say fine. Oh by the way, do you have any children that might like an airplane ride?  Hey, this is a different kind of war that we have ever fought. A different sort of enemy.  If we fight by using the Marques of Queensbury Rules, we lose. Big Time ! 

Al-Qaeda magazine published ‘tips on how to kill Americans’

A magazine run by the Yemeni group al-Qaeda of the Arabian Peninsula has published a list of tips on how to kill Americans.

“A random hit at a crowded restaurant in Washington, DC at lunch ... might end up knocking out a few government employees,” one article reads, according to the private SITE Intelligence Group, which studies, tracks and analyses the global jihadist network and terrorism financing.

The edition also includes “The Ultimate Mowing Machine,” which describes how to use a pickup truck “as a mowing machine, not to mow grass, but mow down the enemies of Allah.” It says “to achieve maximum carnage, you need to pick up as much speed as you can while still retaining good control . . . to strike as many people as possible in your first run.”

The magazine includes two articles by renegade US cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, who is on a US government kill-or-capture list for his alleged roles in the attempted Christmas Day airliner bombing, and inspiring the Fort Hood shooting of 13 troops. Army Major Nidal Hassan has been charged in the killings.

There’s also an article by the so-called American al-Qaeda, Adam Gadahn.

Another American, Samir Khan, describes how he went from online jihadist in North Carolina to full-time terrorist in Yemen. The article is entitled, “I Am Proud to be a Traitor to America.”

Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula has taken root in Yemen’s remote and mountainous Shabwa province, far from the reach of the country’s weak central government.

The group rose toward the top of the security agenda of the United States and other world powers after it was linked to the failed Christmas Day attempt to down a Detroit-bound US airliner. The would-be bomber had explosives sewn into his underwear.

The magazine’s content reveals the group’s evolving strategy of rejecting easier-to-stop spectacular attacks in favour of one-man operations, using everyday objects.

That shows the organisation is “increasingly agile, lethal and opportunistic,” according to Yemeni scholar Christopher Boucek from the Carnegie Endowment.

The first edition included an article called “Make a Bomb in the Kitchen of Your Mom.”

In the introduction to the latest magazine, the editors boast of “recent US assessments” that declared al-Qaeda of the Arabian Peninsula “one of the most dangerous branches of al-Qaeda.” It concludes, “You haven’t seen anything yet.”

he wants it kept secret: Former detainee argues reporting story amounts to ‘torture’

Former Guantanamo Bay detainee Binyam Mohamed last night lost a legal bid to prevent The Mail on Sunday from revealing that he has been granted permanent residency in Britain.

The controversial move by the former UK asylum seeker came despite his continued involvement in a series of high-profile legal battles with the Government, claiming that Labour Ministers, MI5 and MI6 were complicit in his illegal detention and alleged torture.

Last night lawyers acting for Ethiopian-born Mr Mohamed,
32, failed to win a High Court injunction preventing the public from knowing that he had been granted indefinite leave to remain in the UK.

The extraordinary case was brought under Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights, which covers torture.

Mr Mohamed’s lawyers claimed that publicising his right to remain in Britain would amount to inhumane and degrading treatment.

The case comes amid increasing disquiet about the growing practice of allowing asylum seekers to remain anonymous when they argue that they should be allowed to make the UK their permanent home.

Even if I didn’t spend the day reading the papers, the headlines are pretty hard to ignore. And this story really does have me seeing red.  It seems so automatic. If a muzzie says he’s been tortured by our side, well then. Must be so.

A few months ago (but never out of the news altogether) there was a story about this pile of foreign filth.  I think Drew referred to him as BinMan. Or someone did.
Anyway, the bastard was using a false passport but that fact was mentioned once or 2wice and then not brought up again.  He claims (and is suing) the Brit govt. who has just given the asswipe asylum btw, because he claims, the evil Americans tortured him at Gitmo and the Brits knew about it and did nothing.
Lets be clear on something.  He was not even a Brit resident and he was not a citizen. But he says the questions Americans asked him were supplied by the Brits.

He had been arrested in Pakistan in 2002 after attempting to board a flight to Britain using a forged passport and claims he was then transferred between several so-called ‘ghost prisons’ where he was interrogated and tortured.

Well, here’s an outrage for ya.  He was secretly granted asylum here.
Please guys, don’t be too hard on the Brits for that. I suspect it’s something in the water or the toothpaste that only officials who make these decisions are subject to. Something happens to self defense and sovereignty and common sense. Whatever it is, they are bonkers. Whatever it is, this BinMan bastard got lawyers and tried to get a court order against the newspapers reporting the fact that he now has asylum here.
The very idiot newspapers that championed his cause btw. Oh and that isn’t all.  He claims, or his taxpayer charged lawyers claim, that publishing the news of his asylum is ,,,,, TORTURE.  Well, the nigger lost his case. This time.  Lets be clear yet again. I don’t hate his color. I hate what he became. I hate the scum he trained with.  I just hope this country doesn’t pay a horrid price for being kind to this walking pile of poo.

The use of super injunctions to keep the public from knowing about matters that might be regarded as controversial is increasing at an alarming rate.
Almost every week some celebrity takes out such an injunction to prevent publication of facts that might cause him shame, damage his reputation or reduce his earning power.

That is quite bad enough. But even more disturbing is the use of such instruments to prevent the media from reporting the workings of Parliament or the courts.

Galling: Binyam Mohamed owes his release to the diligent actions of an independent Press, not least this newspaper.

Recently, a large multi-national company even tried to stop The Guardian newspaper reporting a parliamentary question. Now Binyam Mohamed has sought to prevent The Mail on Sunday from reporting that he has been given leave to remain in this country.

This is particularly galling because he owes his release to the diligent actions of an independent Press, not least this newspaper.
He was perfectly happy for us to lay bare the details of the legal battle that secured his liberty – and the activities of Britain’s security services.

The principle that helped to free Binyam Mohamed in the first place – that the actions of the state and the courts in a free society must be open to reasonable scrutiny – applies just as much to him and his immigration status as it does to the British Government and its decisions.

Why Europe Still Doesn’t Get Islam

Like an old car starting up on a cold winter’s day, European governments have been slowly waking up to the realization that all those jolly Islamic people might be a problem after all. Unfortunately they don’t understand the dimensions of the problem. To them the riots, the bombings and the murders are only part of a culture clash, with challenges no different than any other minority group. That is why they prefer to focus on schools and burqas, while ignoring the violence. The thinking is that this is still a cultural problem that can be corrected with 3 drops of educational indoctrination, and 6 drops of enforced integration for the natives whose discriminatory attitudes are just making things worse. The problem is that their model is wrong.
The Islamic problem is not merely a clash of cultures, but also a clash of civilizations. Had it been merely a clash of cultures, Europe would only be in the same boat as America. Troubled, but not immediately fatal. Instead Europe is facing a clash of civilizations. The cultural and religious dimensions of the conflict underlie a larger perception on the Muslim side, that they are fighting to expand the borders of the Muslim East, rather than trying to be accepted in the Christian West.

As Americans are blinded to the dangers of Islam by their experience with multiculturalism, Europeans are blinded to the dangers of Islam by their inexperience with multiculturalism. Both make the mistake of assuming that Islamic violence is part of the multicultural norm, rather than the resumption of an old invasion of Europe. The chaos and confusion in a multicultural society can make it hard to spot real threats against the background noise, frustrations and raw nerves of cultural friction. It becomes easy to lump in complaints about too many Indian restaurants, with complaints about angry mosque worshipers. And it becomes all too easy for authorities to tell people to just make the best of it, while ignoring the situation. The authorities are certain that eventually a natural balance will arise a generation or two down the road. The slow realization that the native born Muslims are actually more radicalized than their fathers and grandfathers is worrying them, but not in a particularly constructive way. Instead they are torn between England’s accommodation policies and France’s integration policies, neither of which get at the heart of the problem.

Debates over swimming classes or a radical mosque here and there are only the smaller branches of a fast growing tree. Because the problem is not merely cultural differences, those can be and have been accommodated. The problem is that Muslims believe that their way of life is morally superior, and that any system or institution that does not follow those laws, is invalid. Furthermore they believe that they have a duty to impose their laws on others in the name of their religion or honor. Attempting to accommodate people who believe this, by accepting their laws in whole or in part, leads to an avalanche effect, with each concession generating demands for new concessions. There is no final point of accommodation to be had, except complete submission to Islam, because those being accommodated never recognize the inherent validity of the system that is accommodating them. Not until it becomes their system.

Anti-Islam MP Geert Wilders on trial for inciting racial hatred

Geert Wilders, the Dutch anti-Islam MP who will become a shadow partner in the next Dutch government, has gone on trial accused of inciting racial hatred against Muslims.

The controversial politician risks up to a year in jail or a 7,600-euro (£6,600) fine for calling Islam “fascist” and likening the Koran to Hitler’s Mein Kampf.
Wilders, 47, is charged with five counts of giving religious offence to Muslims and inciting hatred and discrimination against Muslims and people of non-Western immigrant origin, particularly Moroccans.
In comments made between October 2006 and March 2008 in Dutch newspapers and on internet forums, prosecutors say that Wilders described Islam as “the sick ideology of Allah and Mohammed” and its holy book as “the Mein Kampf of a religion that seeks to eliminate others”.
Among the exhibits is Wilders’ 17-minute film, “Fitna”, alleged to depict Islam as a force bent on destroying the West and whose screening in the Netherlands in 2008 prompted protests in much of the Muslim world.
Wilders arrived at the Amsterdam district court minutes before the start of the hearing.

Foreign Office warns of high terror threat in France and Germany

Britain followed the US in upgrading its travel advice for Europe today following a series of terror alerts.

The Foreign Office warned that there was a ‘’high threat’’ of attacks in countries including France and Germany, rather than the ‘’general threat’’ previously identified.

The move came shortly after the State Department issued guidance urging Americans to be vigilant when visiting Europe, highlighting the ‘’potential for terrorists to attack public transportation systems and other tourist infrastructure’’.

“Attacks could be indiscriminate, including in places frequented by expatriates and foreign travellers.”
The warnings have been heightened after intelligence officials in Britain intercepted a credible al Qaida-linked terror plot last week.

The planned attack would reportedly have been similar to the deadly commando-style raids in Mumbai, India, two years ago, with other European cities, in France and Germany, also targeted.

“US citizens should take every precaution to be aware of their surroundings and to adopt appropriate safety measures to protect themselves when travelling,” the department said.

As Lyndon and Chris have pointed out on more then one occasion, there are way too many would be jihadists who live or have lived here, being described as British.  BS!  The press and this includes the normally conservative press as well, continue to report the arrest or the deaths of “would be British suicide bombers.” This is based on no more then the fact that those animals lived here for awhile.  I guess if this darky gets a trial and if it goes on for awhile, before long they’ll start referring to the beast as British of Somali origin.  Sickening and maddening.

Guide to making suicide vest ‘found in accused’s home’

A step-by-step video guide on how to make a suicide vest was found at the home of a Somalian-born man in Leicester, a court has heard.

The 26-minute guide was among a cache of “terrorist videos and manuals” on computer files discovered at the home of Musse Yusuf, the Old Bailey was told.

They were stored on hard drives found by the side of a fridge and in the garage of Yusuf’s home in Higgs Close, a jury heard. The “vast” amount of material included a 1,000-page al Qaida manual and instructions on how to make bombs and use guns, said Max Hill QC, prosecuting.

Further files included the “Al Qaida fitness training manual for new recruits” and “instructions on how to attack Jewish people”.

Yusuf, 33, denies four counts of having documents or records for terrorism, relating to four examples of what was found in the computer drives.

Mr Hill said: “They are terrorist videos and manuals. The videos contain practical information on the making of suicide vests, improvised explosive devices or bombs, and the manuals entitled The Mujahideen Terrorist Handbook and The Mujahideen Explosives Handbook.

“Amongst this was material which suggested support for the cause of al Qaida in Iraq and in Afghanistan, also purported justifications for martyrdom operations and material encouraging jihad to be waged around the world.”

Nearly 200,000 files were found on the hard drives, said Mr Hill. They contained “wide-ranging instructions on how to carry out military activity through the use of bombs, guerrilla warfare, firearms and improvised explosive devices”, he added.

The court was shown parts of one video giving “detailed instructions on how to construct a ball-bearing suicide vest” including footage of a “test detonation”.

Also found was an al Qaida manual of more than 1,000 pages featuring instructions on “intelligence and counter intelligence” as well as bomb making, with diagrams and plans.
