Injuries included a broken back and eight broken ribs. And that’s just to start. This is beyond sick

I was aware and very disturbed by this story months ago when it was first made public. I wasn’t alone. Disturbed? More then that. Anger, frustration and all sorts of gloomy feelings reading about this poor kid.  How in the freeken world can a mother be party to this? How can any adult do these things to a helpless child?
And why oh why can’t those who commit some particularly horrific crimes be hung immediately.  No wait. Why can’t the same treatment be given them.

I didn’t post this at the time it first came out. It’s just too damn sickening.  But today there’s even more information and graphics and I thought originally I couldn’t hate these sub humans any more. They are disgusting scum of the worst order.

How can people torture a helpless baby of 17 months and live with themselves?
And how does a state now decide that due to the nature of the crime and publicity, the perps will get round the clock protection at the taxpayers expense. FOR LIFE.  Oh yeah. I forgot to mention it.  The mother will be out in a few years.  I am really trying very hard to keep my language clean.  While writing this I think I’ve even made up some new swear words even I never heard.

At the autopsy they found some of his teeth in his stomach.
One of his abusers already had a record for the rape of a two year old girl.  In fact, he and his brother attacked their grandmother, beat her and locked her in a closet demanding that she rewrite her will leaving whatever she had to them.  She died some months later.  And still… the $£!!"£%$&&* bastards were out walking free. The killers of Baby Peter will be given new identities at taxpayers’ expense and lifetime protection from the threat of exposure after being named publicly for the first time as Tracey Connelly and Steven Barker.

The 17-month-old boy suffered an agonising death in their squalid home after months of abuse. The pair subjected him to an appalling ordeal that left him with 50 injuries, including a broken back.

Connelly, 28, who admitted causing or allowing Baby Peter’s death, could be released from jail in as little as three years.

She has already been placed in solitary accommodation in prison to protect her from fellow prisoners, such is the level of the notoriety she has gained since full details of her son’s treatment were disclosed.

It is almost certain that under human rights laws she will be granted lifelong anonymity once she is freed.

By claiming that she had the right to a life free from vigilante attacks or intrusion by the media, she would be given a new name, moved to a home equipped with panic buttons and provided with round-the-clock police protection for the rest of her life at an estimated cost to the taxpayer of £1 million a year.

The same protection may also be given to Barker, 33, who could be free in 12 years.

It can be disclosed today that he is the brother of Jason Owen, 37 — Connelly’s lodger, who was also convicted over Peter’s death. He was the only one of the three accused to be publicly named at the end of their trial last November.

Protection orders are often granted to those who become notorious for crimes they commit against children. These include Mary Bell, who killed two boys when she was 11; Maxine Carr, who provided a false alibi for Ian Huntley after he murdered the Soham schoolgirls; and the schoolboy killers of James Bulger.

Philip Davies, the Conservative MP for Shipley, was angered by the public cost of protecting Connelly in the future. “She had absolutely no concern for the human rights of Baby P, so it’s a bit much to expect anyone to fall over themselves protecting her rights,” he said.

“It will probably stick in the throat of most taxpayers to stump up cash for her. What she did was hideous and she should face the consequences of that.

“It’s a prime example of how human rights of criminals are put before those of victims — in this case a defenceless baby.”

Claude Knights, the director of Kidscape, a children’s charity, said the killers had “destroyed faith in humanity”.

“I don’t feel society should spend the hundreds and thousands it would cost [to give them new identities],” he said. “I would prefer it to be spent on child protection.”

Such was Connelly’s lack of thought for her own child that in the final week of Peter’s life, when eight of his ribs were broken and his spine snapped, leaving him semi-paralysed, she claimed she had not noticed his injuries.

And when paramedics were called to the house on August 3, 2007, to find Peter blue and cold in his blood-spattered cot, they were horrified when his mother kept the ambulance waiting while she searched for her cigarettes.

She was pregnant with Barker’s child - a girl born while she was on remand in Holloway Prison.

Social workers initially asked to leave the baby with her to ‘bond’ but were overruled.

Connelly applied to meet her surviving children during her trial, but has been told she will never see them again.She whined to the trial judge that she cried every day and punished herself for allowing Peter’s abuse, but her jail letters rarely mention her children.

Instead she moaned of missing sex, writing: ‘I’ve been obsessed lately about it. I need sex like a heroin addict needs a fix.’

Tanker driver dragged to court for smoking - even though it was a fake cigarette.

Perhaps an understandable mistake made by the council spy but heck ... all she had to do is approach the man as he suggestes here, and all could have been cleared.  But no.  This is after all England where, as my Brit wife reminds me, if there is a logical and easy way to do things, Brits will look for the hard way instead.

I have been informed btw, that even in the states there are stupid idiot laws that are enforceable, that says a person can not even smoke in their own freeken car once they enter the parking space where they work.  OUTRAGEOUS!  Tempted to ask what the world is coming to but fear greatly I already know the answer.
C’mon. Can’t smoke in your own car?  How bad do things have to get before ppl start saying enough, and revolting against the dictatorship of the politically correct?

Tanker driver dragged to court for smoking - even though it was a fake cigarette

When new laws made it illegal to smoke in a company vehicle, tanker driver Chris Minihan accepted that his days of puffing away at the wheel were over.
In the two years since then he has been trying hard to kick the habit - and even invested in a fake electronic cigarette to help him.

But today the father of one will be in court to fight possible fines of up to £2,700 for smoking in a public place and dropping ash.
He claims a council enforcement officer mistook the fake cigarette for a real one when she spotted Mr Minihan during his rest-break at a picnic area.
Mr Minihan, 52, was initially issued with fixed penalty notices for £125 but elected to go to court and try to persuade magistrates he was ‘smoking’ his £38 Gamucci microelectronic cigarette.

The device contains a tiny rechargeable battery and an atomising chamber. Users plug a liquid nicotine cartridge into the chamber and their sucking on the ‘cigarette’ causes it to heat up, turning the liquid into vapour which looks like smoke.

The ‘cigarette’ lets users satisfy their nicotine craving without carcinogens or tar and without the problems of second-hand smoke associated with cigarettes.
It is exempt from the anti-smoking legislation.
Users can slowly reduce the strength of the nicotine cartridges until they have kicked the habit.

Mr Minihan, of Anfield, Liverpool, said: ‘I have been trying to quit for years, but after they made it illegal to smoke in the cab, I decided to quit for good.
‘I had heard about these devices and decided to give them a try. They do look and feel exactly like a cigarette, so I can understand why the council enforcement officer could have been mistaken.’

The officer took three photographs of Mr Minihan’s tanker at the Wigg Island nature reserve in Runcorn, Cheshire, which is managed by Halton Borough Council.
He said: ‘If she had approached me on the day I could have shown her what I was doing and the whole thing could’ve been nipped in the bud then.
‘Instead, I only found out what she had done when an official arrived at the company yard two days later to issue me with the fixed penalty notices.’
Mr Minihan claims the ‘aggressive’ official refused to accept his explanation.

He was given a fixed penalty notice of £75 for littering, which could be reduced to £50 if paid within ten days, and a second of £50 for smoking in a public place.
The driver refused to accept the penalties and was summonsed to Runcorn Magistrates’ Court. If found guilty he could be fined up to £2,700 plus costs.
Mr Minihan, who has since been made redundant from Neston Tank Cleaners in Kirkby, Merseyside, bought the fake cigarette from the online store Prezzybox.com.

He will represent himself in court, but the firm has offered to pay any costs if he loses the case.
The Health Act 2006, which came into force in July 2007, made almost all enclosed public places and workplaces smoke free. It includes work vehicles and applies to staff, customers and visitors.

Halton Borough Council said last night: ‘We cannot comment while legal proceedings are ongoing.’
Last month, Cardiff taxi driver Goldeep Singh, 46, was fined £65 with £135 costs for smoking in his cab. Singh, of Llanishen, Cardiff, had refused to pay a fixed penalty notice.

A refuge for battered women is to be closed down because it doesn’t cater for men.

The safe haven has provided emergency shelter for more than 1,000 abused woman and children over the past 14 years.

But its doors will now shut forever after council managers realised it did not serve men and women equally.

The shelter, in Weymouth, Dorset, currently has enough beds to shelter six families affected by domestic violence.

No adult men are permitted to stay in the refuge, which is intended to protect physically and emotionally battered women.

Managers now believe money would be better spent helping domestic violence victims of both sexes to stay in their homes.

They will be helped by an “outreach service” which aims to keep more people in their own homes.

But the move has angered women domestic violence campaigners.

Brian Ellis, a local councillor who helped set up the refuge in 1986, said: “It doesn’t make sense.

“The women who use the refuge are there because of what men have done to them and their children.

“When people suffer from domestic violence they need an escape route so it’s just incredible that this decision has been taken.

“They need an immediate escape and that’s what’s being taken away.”

A spokeswoman for Refuge, a charity for women and children affected by domestic violence, said: “There are not enough refuges for women who need help as it is.

“It’s already pretty difficult to get help and women often have to travel long distances to get it.

“Losing beds that are already there is really devastating. It is a whole community that has lost that kind of safety.”

The Weymouth refuge costs £82,780 a year to run and is funded by a number of local councils.

It will close in March 2010 when women will be moved to different accommodation or sent home.

Over the past year a total of 6,323 people have reported domestic violence to Dorset Police.

A spokeswoman for Dorset County Council confirmed one of the reasons for closure was the lack of facilities for men.

She said: “We are not going to be opening up a refuge for men and women.

“Some people would rather stay in their own settings than be moved away and put in a refuge.

“We want to make sure that men and women are both catered for and at the moment we are not able to do that within the small building.”

stupid fuckin dickhead. so close the place putting women who need it just where? Sure. Send em home where they’ll feel safe.  Jeez this kinda stupidity just makes me see red.
Exactly how many men are in need of a shelter like this and how many women who have been abused, along with their kids, will feel safe and trusting with too many guys around them.

Six Christians, including four women, were burnt alive in clashes with majority Muslims in a town in central Pakistan yesterday, officials said.

Tension has been running high between the two communities in Gojra town in central Punjab province over allegations that Christians had desecrated a Koran.

Clashes erupted early yesterday, with an exchange of fire between members of both communities.

Television footage showed burning houses and streets strewn with blackened furniture and people firing at each other from their rooftops.

Shahbaz Bhatti, minister for minorities, said a mob “misled by religious extremists”, attacked a Christian neighbourhood and torched dozens of houses.

“We have received six bodies of people who died of burn injuries. They included four women, one man and one child,” Abdul Hamid, a health ministry official in the town said. Rana Sanaullah, provincial minister for law, who is also responsible for security matters of Punjab, condemned the attack and said an inquiry had been ordered.

However, he said, a preliminary investigation showed there was no desecration of the Koran.

“It was just a rumour which was exploited by anti-state elements to create chaos,” he said.

“I request both Muslim and Christian communities to show restraint.” He said the government would take strict action against rioters and police who failed to stop this kind of violence.

Pakistan is a predominantly Muslim nation and religious minorities, including Christians, account for roughly 4 per cent of the 170 million population.

There have been periodic attacks on Christian targets since Pakistan became a US ally following the September 11 attacks on the US in 2001.

Here’s the story. Woman has child, state takes it away. She has 13 more, state takes, she having #14

Unbelievable, isn’t it?

This one really does leave me speechless.  Almost. The state keeps taking away her kids due to neglect, she says the state was right to do that but wants another chance. But she’s had 13 chances with 13 babies.  Good Grief!

Now she says screw the state, I’m gonna have another and let the state keep picking up the tab.  Which they have been doing. She now carrying number 14.

Earlier today a letter arrived from our probate attorney informing us that the the Inland Revenue, Brit version of our IRS, is questioning the value of the house the wife inherited from her mother.  We got the value appraisal in writing from a real estate agent.  Quite honestly, I wish the place were worth a ka-zillion dollars as that might be something to look forward to.  In any event, we had to to come up with a LOT of money a few months ago to pay the tax ppl on the value given us at the time.  BUT ... if the Inland Rev. folks believe this place is worth more, then we’re gonna have to scramble for the extra money. Fine.
But it sorely pisses me off knowing where the money goes.  MPs on vacation “fact finding” trips to warm waters and couples like the ones here.
Both on the dole and no surprise.

‘I’ll go abroad to keep my baby’: Pregnant again mother of 13 vows to save new baby as sister calls for her to be sterilised

A pregnant woman who has had all 13 of her previous children taken into care has vowed to flee abroad to prevent social workers taking away her 14th.

Theresa Winters, 36, says leaving the country could be the only way she and partner Tony Housden will be allowed to keep the child.

It comes as her sister Louise Walls said she was ashamed of her own sibling and called for her to be sterilised.

Miss Winters, a heavy smoker who was herself taken into care as a teenager, accused social workers of failing to help her achieve her deepest wish of having a family and she would keep giving birth until she is allowed to keep one.

She told the Sun: ‘Leaving the country would be the easiest thing to do. If we had the money we would go tomorrow.

‘Then these people wouldn’t be able to touch us.

‘People think we’re bad parents but we’re not. We have changed - since we had the first five babies anyway.

‘No one has given us a chance since then.’

Miss Winters has now spent more than 10 years of her life pregnant and is four months from giving birth to her 14th child.

Mr Housden, 36, said: ‘We don’t want to scrounge off taxpayers’ money. We want to work and do the right thing but we don’t feel we’re being given a chance.

‘If we could leave the country we would. Then we would grow up like a real family and keep our baby.’

The couple, who live on £1,100 in benefits, believe they could save enough money to move abroad.

Louise Walls, 37, accused her sister of having more children out of ‘pure spite’.

The mother-of-three told the Daily Mirror: ‘She should be sterilised. She’s going to end up with 20 kids taken into care.

‘It has to be stopped. I’m ashamed to be her sister.

I think he should have led with it.

It’s a sign of some very horribly twisted and unwelcome times, I believe you’ll agree.

Can you begin to imagine the violence we’d witness were this the Koran?  Or any other religion for that matter.

I guess Christians just don’t frighten anybody and so they are all fair game for sick, twisted, vomit inducing minds.

Oh and in case you’re wondering. Nope. So far there haven’t been any street demonstrations reported or threats of death made to the gallery.
Maybe it’s time though.

Congratulations to the Gallery of Modern Art in Glasgow for its exciting, publicly funded installation which encourages people to scrawl obscenities on the pages of the Bible. This particular work of brilliance is called Untitled 2009 and is designed to celebrate “sexual, gender and theological diversity” - incredibly daring, isn’t it? You may think you’ve been told to celebrate diversity so often that you’ve begun to bleed from the ears, but at Glasgow, they won’t give up.

To embrace theological diversity fully I suggest the curators let people scrawl obscenities on other religious texts - such as the Koran. Meanwhile, I intend to celebrate diversity by spray-painting obscenities on the walls of Glasgow’s Gallery of Modern Art.

ENGLAND CAN NOW OFFICIALLY BEND OVER AND KISS IT’S COLLECTIVE ASS GOOD-BYE!

AND I’M NOT TRYING TO BE FUNNY.

This popped up only minutes ago. I do believe it is tomorrow’s headline.

If the Brits put up with this shit, if they don’t riot over this, then they will deserve EVERY GOD DAMN THING that this will bring about. This kind of thing is where it really begins, isn’t it?  And what the fuck next?

So help me if I were in that position and had a sign in my home or shop and some crack pot fucked up Olympics “official” tried to take anything away, I’d use a butcher knife on em and fix em so they’d not look like anything that once walked and talked.

This is some shit people.  Powers that be say the authority to use the new law will not be used. Oh yeah? Then why’s it there jerk? Maybe for some future event? Comrade.

You in the USA should understand.  There are BILLIONS being spent on the 2012 olympics. Not everyone is so happy about that.
I don’t believe those who are against it have any particular right to stop traffic or cause mayhem.
But I’ll be damned if I think they have no right to protest the boondoggle or that any official has a right to enter their house and confiscate protest signs.

Police will be given new powers to stop protesters during the London 2012 Olympics it has emerged

Police have been handed ‘Chinese-style’ powers to enter private homes and seize political posters during the London 2012 Olympics.

Little-noticed measures passed by the Government will allow officers and Olympics officials to enter homes and shops near official venues to confiscate any protest material.

Breaking the rules could land offenders with a fine of up to £20,000.

Civil liberties groups compared the powers to those used by the Communist Chinese government to stop political protest during the 2008 Beijing Games.

Anita Coles, of Liberty, said: ‘Powers of entry should be for fighting crime, not policing poster displays. Didn’t we learn last time that the Olympics should not be about stifling free expression?’

The powers were introduced by the Olympics Act of 2006, passed by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, supposedly to preserve the monopoly of official advertisers on the London 2012 site.

They would allow advertising posters or hoardings placed in shop or home to be removed.

But the law has been drawn so widely that it also includes ‘non-commercial material’ - which could extend its reach to include legitimate campaign literature.

Shadow Home Secretary Chris Grayling said: ‘This is a Government who just doesn’t understand civil liberties. They may claim these powers won’t be used but the frank truth is no one will believe them.’

Liberal Democrat spokesman Chris Huhne said: ‘This sort of police action runs the risk of using a sledgehammer to crack a nut. ‘We should aim to show the Chinese that you can run a successful Olympics without cracking down on protestors and free speech.’

Scotland Yard denied it had any plans to use the powers.

Assistant Commissioner Chris Allison said: ‘We have no intention of using our powers to go in and take down demonstration posters.’

But critics said that - given the powers were now law - it was impossible to predict what would happen in three years time.

Campaigners said the existence of the powers was ‘dreadful’. Peter McNeil, who is against the holding of equestrian events in Greenwich Park said: ‘It’s bullying taken to another level. It’s quite appalling that this should happen in a democracy.’

The power emerged as the Home Office and police outlined the £600million security operation for the Games, which will cost more than £9billion in total.

They said hundreds of flights could have to be diverted every day, with planes prevented from passing over the main venue for the London games.

Olympic security chiefs said they expected to have to ‘manage’ the airspace over the Olympic Park in east London.

A senior Home Office official said: ‘We do expect there will have to be some management of the airspace. We do not expect that any airports will have to close.’

The officials said they had no evidence of a specific terror threat against the Games at the moment.

But current preparations assume the terror threat level will be at ‘severe’ during the event, despite it being reduced to ‘substantial’ for the UK earlier this week. It is the lowest threat level nationwide since before the July 7 attacks in 2005.

A DCMS spokesman said: ‘The advertising provisions in the London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Act 2006 are there to prevent ambush marketing and the over-commercialisation of the Games, not to prevent or restrict lawful protests.

‘The measures will only apply to areas within a few hundred meters of the London 2012 venues. The Government is currently developing detailed regulations for advertising during the Games which will enable these powers to come into effect. The Government will be consulting on the regulations in 2010.’

Two weeks ago I reported as shocking a story as this column has ever covered. It described how a loving family was torn apart when the parents were arrested by police on what turned out to be wholly spurious charges, so that their three children could be taken into care by social workers. As reported on another page, it now seems this awful episode has come to a happy ending.

However a new case has lately been surfacing, if anything even more shocking. This also involved the arrest of two parents and the abduction of their child by social workers, in a story so bizarre that, at last week’s Prime Minister’s Questions, Gordon Brown was asked about it by the family’s MP, Charles Hendry, who has long been concerned with the case because the mother is a vice-chairman of his local Conservative Association. The family’s horrified GP says that, in 43 years of medical practice, he has never “encountered a case of such appalling injustice”.

I first planned to describe this case in April, but was pre-empted by the draconian reporting restrictions on family cases, which, for reasons which will become tragically clear, have now been partly lifted.
The story began in April 2007 when “Mr Smith”, as I must call him, had a visit from the RSPCA over the dog-breeding business he ran from the family home. He had docked the tails of five new-born puppies – a procedure that had become illegal two days beforehand. Unaware of this, he promised in future to obey the new law.

Three days later, however, at nine o’clock in the morning, two RSPCA officials returned, accompanied in cars and riot vans by 18 policemen, who had apparently been tipped off, quite wrongly, that Mr Smith had guns in the house.

Armed with pepper spray, they ransacked the house, looking for the nonexistent guns. The dogs, released from their kennels, also rampaged through the house. When Mr Smith and his wife, who was three months pregnant, volubly protested at what was happening, they were forcibly arrested in front of their screaming five-year-old daughter “Jenny” and taken away. Two hours later, with the house in a shambles – the dogs having strewn the rabbit entrails meant for their dinner across the floor – social workers arrived to remove the crying child.

Held for hours in a police cell, Mrs Smith had a miscarriage. When she was finally set free, she returned home that evening to find her daughter gone. It was the beginning of a barely comprehensible nightmare.
Her husband was charged with various offenses connected with the dogs, including the tail-docking, but was eventually given a conditional discharge by a judge who accepted that he was “an animal lover” who had not been cruel to his dogs.

Far more serious, however, was that the social workers seemed determined to hang onto the child, now in foster care, on the sole grounds that they had found the house dirty and in a mess (the “animal entrails” played a large part in their evidence). This was despite the testimony of a woman Pc (who had visited the house a month earlier on a different matter) that she found it “clean and tidy”. Two hundred horrified neighbours, who knew the couple as doting parents of a happy, well-cared-for child, were about to stage a protest demonstration when they were stopped by the police, on the social workers’ instructions that this might identify the child.

For more than two years the couple have been fighting through more than 100 hearings in the courts to win their daughter back. From a mass of evidence, including psychiatric reports and tape recordings made at meetings with her parents (only allowed in the presence of social workers), it is clear she has been desperate to return home. It is equally clear that considerable pressure has been brought on the child to turn her against her parents.
One particularly bizarre psychiatric report was compiled after only an hour-long interview with the little girl. When she said she had once choked on a lollipop, this was interpreted as signifying that she could possibly have “been forced to have oral sex with her father”.

After Mrs Smith alone had been subjected to four different psychiatric investigations, which came up with mixed findings, she refused to submit to a fifth, and this apparently weighed heavily with the judge who last December ordered that “Jenny" should be put out to adoption.

In the Appeal Court 11 days ago, Mr Justice Bodey ruled that, because the mother had refused that fifth test, indicating that the parents put their own “emotional wellbeing” in front of that of their child, the adoption order must stand. When this judgment was reported, an independent social worker, who had earlier been an expert witness in the case, wrote to Mr and Mrs Smith to say he was “horrified” to learn that Jenny was “not back in their care”, having assumed for over a year that “she must have been returned home”.

Their equally horrified GP, saying that he had never “encountered such a case of appalling injustice”, wrote “the destruction of this once happy family is in my opinion evil”. So shocked was their MP, Mr Hendry ,that he last Wednesday took the highly unusual course of raising the case with the Prime Minister at question time. Numerous others who know the family well have expressed similar dismay. One neighbour, herself a former social worker, whose own daughter often played with “Jenny”, said: “I worked with children in social services for 25 years and I have never seen anything like this. It is disgusting.”

What is clear in this case, as in so many others, is that a system involving social workers, police and courts in what is an obviously very close alliance should yet again have left a happy, loving family destroyed for no very obvious reason. Almost equally alarming is the way that system manages to shield itself from the world, through reporting restrictions which it claims are designed to protect the children but which too often end up by protecting only the system itself.

It just damn well doesn’t stop. Not for a day. Can’t believe I’m even posting this.

This is truly madness folks. I want to do ...  what exactly? I don’t know but it sure as hell bothers the life outta me.

This sort of thing happens so often here I find myself unable to express myself in words other then that of the most violent nature.
It’s simply beyond me how things have reached this point without the public rising up and forming vigilante groups. And even I can see the danger in that. But what else is there?  The law? The Law?  Really? Where? Punishment? When? How often?

Teacher knifed to death as she walked her dog

A teacher was stabbed to death by a man who pounced on her as she walked her dog on playing fields.

Sally Garwood was knifed and killed in broad daylight as she took her family’s dog for an afternoon walk in a park in Buckinghamshire yesterday.

Ppl with known problems like this need to be EUTHANIZED and sooner is better then later.  Screw the hand wringers.  Folks who show the first signs of this sort of behavior need to be put down.  And if as in a case like this they’ve stabbed someone to death, then that should be their penalty as well.

Very recently a 16 yr old boy was arrested for raping a young boy.  He has a record of this and yet he was out walking the streets 8 days after his arrest for another attack.  Seems he likes young boys. Authorities are aware of the creep and his record which isn’t a short one.

Surely you’d think if this place doesn’t like the death penalty, then the very least they should do is burn off his willy and see how the little shit likes that.
Oh, they can’t publish his name or show his photo due to his tender years and his “fuckin’ rights.”

Meanwhile ... a child killer/rapist is in jail and is suing the govt. over his right to vote.  That it has gone far enough to attract the attention of the press here show how very bad things are and how screwed up the system is. 

Makes me feel right at home, cause I know things aren’t a hell of a lot better there.

“We didn’t know what we voted for…”

Yes, that’ll be the mantra if and when this cap and tax bill becomes law. Ditto for national kill-Republicans-and-conservatives ‘healthcare’.

We didn’t know? Why not? Because we didn’t read the bill!

I ran into this about fifteen years ago, around the time that now-Congressman Mike Turner was making his first run for Dayton Mayor. The Dayton City Commission at that time had passed, without reading, a gun-control bill that banned several common firearms from the city limits. As a then-sitting Democrat City Commissioner explained at my neighborhood association meeting, ‘We just rely on our staff to tell us what’s in the bills…’

No excuse. The buck stops with the elected official.

The issue was that the bill outlawed the very firearms the Dayton Police used. There was a huge stink, which I think may have contributed to Mike Turner’s mayoral victory. Sadly, the Dayton City Commission has always had at least a 3-2 majority, so all Mr. Turner could do was mitigate some of the more egregious legislation.

Now, the Dayton City Commission is 5-0 Democrat. We are pretty much in the same shape as Flint, MI. I expect bulldozers in 5… 4… 3…

So now Congress, also a bastion of ‘Democrats-that-can’t-read-without-staff’, passes the cap and tax bill. (I thought Democrats were for the little people?) John Boehner had this to say. After this, the ‘we didn’t know’ excuse should fail the donks:

That’s right, they don’t even read what they’re voting on.

Target for 2010: everybody that voted for this. Democrats, certainly. Especially the Stupid Party GOP members who should know better or just do an Arlen Spectre:

Client suffered an abnormality of mind which impaired his responsibility.  So a todler dies.

Of course the shit denies it.  But the bastard is guilty as sin and should suffer the very same punishment he dished out.

Oh, his tender age doesn’t allow his being IDed.

And yet again as with my last post, this article is not unique.  In fact, violent crime here is out of control and the bad guys know it is. They and their lawyers use the system, such as it is, against the very system that should be looking after the law abiding.

I’ll never be convinced that it is way past time to bring in vigilante justice and especially in cases like this one.
How can anyone bring themselves to do what was done to this innocent baby?  And I do not buy that old saw about diminished responsibility. BS to that.
Any lawyer who would try and defend this monster should be beaten or stabbed to death in whatever manner was used by his/her client, just so they could experience what the victim felt at the hands of that client.

Teenage babysitter ‘inflicted 68 injuries and beat toddler to death’
A 15-year-old babysitter beat a toddler he had been left to look after to death, a court heard.

The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is alleged to have inflicted 68 injuries and a bite mark on two-year-old Demi Mahon on July 17 last year.

She had injuries all over her body, including to her head and face, and may have been repeatedly punched, Manchester Crown Court heard.

The child’s mother, Ann Marie McDonald, sobbed as she gave evidence before jurors.

Ms McDonald told the jury of six men and six women that she left her daughter with the defendant at a house in Eccles, Salford, for around 90 minutes while she popped out to pick up her child benefit and buy a birthday card.

She said that when she returned he was standing outside the house with another man.

Ms McDonald said the defendant told her: “I picked her up - I might have hurt her - and she fell in the park.”

She said she rushed into the house and found her daughter in bed with the bedclothes partially covering her face.

Ms McDonald said: “Her face was bruised. I tried to pick her up and her head flopped back. She couldn’t breathe properly.

“I screamed ‘Why haven’t you rung an ambulance?’ He said ‘I never done nothing, I’ve not done nothing’.”

Ms McDonald, who is known as Sindy, sobbed as she pointed to the defendant and said: “He did that to my daughter”, before leaving the court in tears.

Howard Bentham QC, prosecuting, said: “When her small body was examined by Dr Naomi Carter, pathologist, Dr Carter found 68 sites of injury on that small body.

“We say every one of those injuries were caused by this young man. They were all over her body but many of them were to her head and face and Dr Carter drew the conclusion that young Demi had probably been punched repeatedly in the face.”

Mr Bentham said Demi’s mother described her daughter’s face as bruised and soggy.

He said the defendant lied about what he had done and claimed Demi banged her head against a radiator and also against an ashtray.

Mr Bentham told the jury that the defence will argue that their client suffered an abnormality of mind which impaired his responsibility.

Doctors told to give priority to gypsies because these ppl are now designated as, a race.

Just as the wife was getting over her cold I caught it from her.  Not very nice past 24 hours and now, it looks like she’s getting it back. What a sight we make if anyone could see and hear us.  Coughing and sneezing and wheezing and honking and going thru Klennex in copious amounts.  And I don’t think I’m up to much posting today.  Can’t seem to get warm or else go from too warm to too cold.  Bah.  Colds are a pain from head to wherever. Pick a place. We probably have some discomfort there.  sneeze-cough.

I was greeted by this article first thing today and have broken a rule of not posting the same story at two places.  But the nature of this total outrage just BEGS to be posted.  Some of you have your own blog sites I know, and I hope you will pass this stupidity on.

So then, based on race you can qualify for things that native born Brits who are taxed can not qualify for.  Like extra time with your doctor and waits at the office.

Speaking of waits.  My wife who is a native born Brit is losing the hearing in one ear and the other ain’t so good either. She has an appointment at the hosp. clinic and the wait is ten weeks.

Just where does this stupidity end and when will it end?  My guess is never to the last and things are always open on the first. The idiots that control things can ALWAYS find something.

This is another one of those articles I had to make myself post. I have run across many stupid things and have posted them but this surely must take a prize of some kind.  Damn it all this is a lifestyle.  If I decided it had appeal and wanted to join a group of these folks, would my race designation change? 

Gypsies and travellers should be given priority in NHS hospitals and GP surgeries, according to Government guidance.

They should be given longer consultations, and should be seen by GPs when they walk in without an appointment, even if doctors are fully-booked.

The average length of a consultation is five or ten minutes but travellers will be given 20 minutes and allowed to bring relatives into the consulting rooms.

The guidelines have been introduced because, under race laws, gypsies and travellers are defined as minority ethnic groups and the NHS is obliged to consider their special needs and circumstances.

Yet no special treatment is promised for other groups such as those from the Asian sub-continent or Africa, the Daily Mail reported.

The guidance forms part of the Primary Care Service Framework, drawn up by the NHS Primary Care Commissioning - an advisory service for local health trusts - to help all PCTs understand the Department of Health’s policy.

It will go on trial for between three and five years, Although PCTs do not necessarily have to follow the guidelines, they could be breaking human rights law and the Race Relations Act of 2000 if they do not.

Tory health spokesman Andrew Lansley said: “No one should get priority treatment in the NHS apart from our Armed Forces, to whom we owe a special debt of gratitude.

“Decisions about who should be treated first should be based on a patient’s medical needs, not their ethnic group.”

A spokesman for the Department of Health said: “We are aware that gypsies and travellers have experienced tremendous difficulties in accessing primary care.

“Partly as a result, community members experience the worst health inequalities of any disadvantaged group.

“The framework suggests fast-tracking for two reasons. First, as a matter of urgency, inroads need to be made into the health problems of gypsies and travellers.

“Second, if mobile community members are not seen quickly, the opportunity could be lost as they move on or are moved on. This should not be to the detriment of service provision to the settled community.”

A “diversity” panel at Sandwell Council in the West Midlands want to introduce a gipsy awareness month, which would be combined with a leaflet drop of “myth busting” facts about traveller communities.

From September 2010 all youngsters will have a month of classes to teach them about how gipsy’s and travellers are misunderstood.

Oh sure. The effin bastards are “misunderstood.” Right. The pickpockets are a myth and the land grabs are a total misunderstanding. Right. And the crime and the trash and the misery and the ruining of green belt land, where they sneak in and pave over land on weekends and holidays, that’s all just a fuckin misunderstanding!  The illegal camp sites are a misunderstanding too I suppose. 

England .... you are fucking DOOMED!  Too many of your ppl haven’t got the brains god gave a tennis ball.  You’ve been giving away your country at a rate not seen since we took land from the Indians in America.  You’ve been apologizing for being English and bending over so far backwards to accommodate every turd word, inbred immigrant you have a permanent national backache!  You can’t deport known terrorists and even airplane hijackers because your courts are ruled by ppl more concerned over the “uman rights” of foreigners then the well being of the law abiding here who have never broken any laws.  You aren’t safe on your streets or even in your homes.  Health and Safety has gone so far out of bounds it’ll soon be against the law to walk about without amour like the knights of old. You have barbers who can NOT use razors due to Health and Safety.  Your sovereignty is disappearing as Brussels gets fatter and passes more laws only the English seem to abide by.  OK, enough. Officials have compiled a 40-page report on why gipsies feel stigmatised and how they could combat that problem in a 23-point programme.

It also suggests the introduction of a specialist liaison officer to stay in touch with the nomadic community and for all school children to celebrate the history of the communities.

“Such celebrations can help ‘myth bust’, make individual communities feel part of the wider community and over all have a very real impact on community cohesion,” it said.

“Therefore the panel believes that in 2010 and subsequent years the council through its Communities Unit should run events in each of the six towns on Gipsy and Traveller History Month.

“Furthermore, these should be organised through consultation with members of the gipsy and traveller communities and if a Gipsy and Traveller liaison officer has been appointed, with their assistance.”

The report, written by the Equality and Diversity Scrutiny Panel, analyses why gipsies are commonly linked to crime and disorder and says that such opinions are untrue.

All the reports recommendations will be discussed by the council later in the summer.

Fiona McEvoy, from the Taxpayers’ Alliance, said that gipsy awareness should not be taught to schoolchildren.

“It’s not for local councils to manipulate the school curriculum based on their latest politically correct whims, especially when educational standards are flagging,” she said.

“It is more vital than ever that our children receive a solid grounding in key subjects like maths, English, history and science.

“Schools should be using their taxpayer-funded resources to the optimum affect and that means prioritising some topics over others rather than stretching themselves trying to cater to each demographic within the class.

“It is a costly struggle to try to meet the perceived educational needs of every pupil of every race, religion and heritage and it’s in this way that the likes of the Romans, Greeks and Egyptians are marginalised and ultimately our children lose out.”

Chairman of the panel, councillor Bawa Singh Dhallu, said: “Celebrating the event would help pupils and the community as a whole to better understand the gipsies and travellers they are often unknowingly living alongside.

“It would help those gipsy and traveller pupils feel proud of who they are.”

He added that if the proposals were accepted by the council it would still be up to schools to decide if they would mark the history month, which is celebrated nationally.

Hey, how’s this for an idea.
Why not the fuckin travellers’s offspring be made to learn about English history and customs and traditions and learn just why it’s a nono to steal.
Oh woo-hoo. That’d be like .... discrimination I guess.  Proud of who they are?  What’s to be proud of?  That most of a country can’t stand the sight of you?
