Girl, 5, ‘sold for sex by her mother’ discovered dead ….. UPDATE

Miserable damn scum. Both of em.  I hope that state has the death penalty.
Saw this and had to stop what I was doing.
What kind of animals, what sort of filthy excuse for human beings do this sort of thing?  She was still a baby for gosh sake.
Damn it this kind of thing rattles the hell out of me.  I am even more pissed off because I can’t personally kill the two of them. They don’t need to live.

I feel the same way towards any lawyer that comes forward to defend them or speak on their behalf.  There are just some things that cry out for retribution.  There are some crimes that go way beyond the need for, “a fair trial.” Anyway, if they have a trial of their ‘peers’ then what sort of a jury would that be?  Twelve pedophiles?

Girl, 5, ‘sold for sex by her mother’ discovered dead at the side of a U.S. road

A missing five-year-old girl allegedly sold into prostitution by her mother has been found dead, it was revealed this morning.

Shaniya Davis had been missing since November 10 after she was last seen being carried into a hotel room by a man.

FBI agents and U.S. Marshalls joined the nationwide search for the toddler amid fears she had been sold to a paedophile ring.

image image

An arrest warrant issued for the 25-year-old said she allowed her daughter to be taken ‘with the intent that she be held in sexual servitude.’

Davis, who is pregnant, first reported her daughter missing last Tuesday.

Police were suspicious of her story after reviewing a timeline of the events leading up to her disappearance from a trailer park in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

They later found CCTV footage from a hotel 40 miles from Fayetteville showing the five year old girl being carried into a hotel room by Mario McNeill.

Mario McNeill, 29, was charged with first-degree kidnapping

She had not been seen since and her mother has refused to cooperate with police.

The girl had only been living with Davis for three weeks, according to her father Bradley Lockhart.

He had primary custody of the girl, but had agreed to let her stay with her mother after she found a place to live and held a job for six months.

Lockhart broke down in tears at a press conference last night when he sobbed: ‘Everybody makes it a point not to ignore, to look past a situation where a person, a child, or anybody might be in danger ... so that we don’t have another tragedy like Shaniya.’

He said authorities have given him limited information, but he was to meet with them later.

‘It’s not the result I wanted, it’s not the result any father or family would want for their children,’ he said.

‘But God has a greater calling for all of us.’

Police have not charged anyone with molesting Shaniya, but said the investigation is ongoing.

The man accused of taking her, Mario Andrette McNeill, turned himself in on Friday. Police said he admitted to kidnapping the child and has been charged.

CCTV footage shows Shaniya in the company of McNeill near a hotel on the day she was kidnapped.

According to arrest documents, Davis ‘knowingly provided Shaniya Davis with the intent that she be held in sexual servitude’ and she ‘permitted an act of prostitution’.

Shaniya’s half-sister, Cheyenne Lockhart, spoke on the U.S. talkshow Nancy Grace on Monday.

She said that she found it difficult to believe Davis had treated her daughter so poorly.

‘She seemed like the sweetest woman. She didn’t come from much, but ... she had the sweetest voice, she had the sweetest personality, and especially toward me,’ said Ms Lockhart, who shared a father with Shaniya.

‘I would never think that she would do anything like that.’

Their father said Shaniya went to her mother’s home on October 9.

Immigrant baby killer is paid £4,500 ‘bribe’ to quit Britain. It’s called the justice system. R

Last week a drunk driving a stolen car was given six years for killing two women.
This bag of total poo got what? Read on.  See the link for the full story although this pretty much says it all.

There’s just no understanding how courts arrive at the jail terms they hand out.  If this isn’t a death penalty case then I have never heard of one.

Real justice would be having her know what it feels like, by doing the same to her.
Oh yeah ... why manslaughter? Where did that come from?  Right. She didn’t think she might actually kill the kid by what she did. I still call it murder in this case. Whatever .... she doesn’t deserve money. She deserves a like death.

Fury as immigrant baby killer is paid £4,500 ‘bribe’ to quit Britain

Agnes Wong swung the baby by his ankles and smashed his head

An immigrant convicted of the horrific killing of a 17-month-old baby has been given £4,500 by the Government as a ‘bribe’ to leave the country.

Malaysian Agnes Wong, 29, was jailed for five years in 2008 for the brutal manslaughter of a toddler she was supposed to be child-minding.

She was let out of prison in July this year, and two weeks ago was put on a plane at Heathrow and sent to Malaysia with a ‘voucher’ worth £4,500 to spend when she got there.

Wong was jailed after a court heard how she had swung the boy, Hugo Wang, by his ankles and smashed his head. He died of brain injuries.

Wong’s payment has sparked disbelief and outrage, coming just days after the Prime Minister said he understood the public’s mounting concerns over immigration.

Tory immigration spokesman Damian Green said: ‘Only last week, Gordon Brown said he “gets it” on immigration but this is proof he doesn’t get it. For an immigrant who killed a child to get taxpayers’ money to help with her future life is nothing short of appalling.’

Mr Green demanded to know why Wong had not been automatically deported without a penny of public money.

‘Even while Labour repeatedly boasted about introducing automatic deportation for people like this, it now appears they have been using public money to help people get round that very system,’ he said.

The horrific story of Hugo’s last hours caused national revulsion when Wong’s sadistic behaviour was exposed in court.

The unregistered childminder, who came to the UK in 2003, was paid £120 a week to look after Hugo in her home in Salford, Greater Manchester, while the boy’s parents worked 16 to 20 hours a day to make ends meet.

She was accused of waging a ‘regime of terror’ against him, torturing him with a hairdryer and hitting him so hard with a ruler that it snapped.

Hugo died in January 2007, a day after he was taken, unconscious, to hospital where he underwent emergency surgery.

He had been struck with such force that his brain had shifted in his skull and caused internal bleeding. Doctors also found bite and burn marks on his body.

Wong, who denied murder, was found guilty of manslaughter but was sentenced in May 2008 to just five years in prison.

The Mail on Sunday has now learned that Wong served only the minimum jail term of two-and-half years, including her time in custody before and during the trial.

Just two weeks ago, she was deported to Malaysia under a controversial ‘Facilitated Returns Scheme’ under which foreign prisoners are paid up to £5,000 if they agree to leave the UK as early as possible without fighting their deportation using human-rights laws or by claiming asylum.

So far, around 1,000 have left the UK and been given the money.

It is not known for certain whether Wong - who used the anglicised name Agnes, although her Malaysian name is Siew Teng - entered Britain legally or illegally. However, any immigrant who commits a serious crime can forfeit their right to remain in Britain and can be deported.

David Wood, the UK Border Agency’s director of criminality and detention, defended the scheme, saying: ‘We don’t want foreign criminals in the UK. Every day that we can get these individuals out of the country early removes the risk they present to UK citizens and saves our taxpayers more than £100 a night in detention costs as well as administrative and court costs.’

As Wong boarded a plane at Heathrow on November 2 bound for Kuala Lumpur, immigration officials handed her a letter confirming that she was entitled to a ‘reintegration fund’ payout of up to £4,500.

Violent criminal brags how “cushy” the jail is, says it’s worth coming back

Tell ya what folks. I don’t think that simply braggadocio.  Not at all.

The creep stabbed this young fellow, went to jail and insists he’s coming after his victim again.

I just hope the victim in this case somehow manages to find a way to get a gun.  Threats should ALWAYS be taken seriously.

Screw the stupid unreasonable gun laws.  The cops can’t watch his back forever.

One thing this case does prove.  Jail doesn’t work.  Cap.Punishment does. It guarantees the perp. won’t be around to do it again.

‘I’ll finish you off’: Teenage thug jailed for stabbing boy taunts his victim on Bebo

By Daily Mail Reporter
Last updated at 11:11 AM on 13th November 2009

A thug jailed for stabbing a boy in the chest has taunted his terrified victim from prison via the social networking website Bebo.

The 17-year-old, who was released today, nearly killed schoolboy Daniel Davenport 16 months ago.

He made online threats to his victim on the popular social networking site that read: ‘When I get out I’m coming to finish you off.’

Today A-level pupil Daniel, 17, who is hoping to study at Oxford, told of his fear that he will be attacked again.

He said: ‘I admit I am scared and I’m having nightmares about what might happen.

‘He has been inside for 16 months and from what he’s been saying on Bebo he’s not been rehabilitated.’

Daniel had been riding his bike through Cardiff city centre in July 2008 when the youth attacked, stabbing him in the chest, narrowly missing his heart.

A judge at Cardiff Crown Court jailed him for 32 months after the youth admitted grievous bodily harm, wounding with intent and possessing a blade in a public place.

But during his sentence the teenager was given access to a computer, and began communicating with his friends on Bebo.

‘I was told by some friends that he had been threatening me on Bebo.

‘They showed me the messages on their computers and I was shocked by what I read.

‘One message said: “When I get out I’m going to stab that **** again.”

‘Another one said: “I wish I knew it was going to be this cushy - I’d have done him earlier. I don’t mind coming back inside for him.“‘

Daniel is currently studying A-level history, law, politics and business studies and hopes to become a barrister.

The two boys had been friends prior to the attack when they played for the same football team in Cardiff, but fell out after the youth, who cannot be named for legal reasons, assaulted a local shopkeeper.

‘I told him I didn’t want to mix with criminals and after that he started threatening me,’ said Daniel.

The schoolboy’s father, Mark Davenport, 42, reported the online threats to the police, but admits the response has been slow.

He said: ‘The police went to Bebo to get information to discover where the messages came from.

‘But they have been very slow. I think Bebo has an obligation to provide this information and to do all they can to protect children.

‘I’m completely dumbfounded as to why they are dragging their feet over this. My only concern is for Daniel.’

South Wales Police confirmed they are investigating an allegation of a threat.

A spokeswoman said: ‘A 17-year-old male has been arrested and bailed. Inquiries are ongoing.’

Bebo confirmed they are investigating but refused to comment further.

AN UNRELATED STORY

I have to shut down soon as possible but want to leave you with this example of twisted non justice.

This despicable, miserable looking pile of human filth recently killed two women while driving drunk in a stolen car.
He has a LOOOOOONG record of this kind of behavior but somehow the filthy bastard was out free to continue his lifestyle.

Am I more pissed then usual? Maybe not because I have just seen as bad on line for tomorrow’s paper.

The thing that has me all worked up isn’t just the slime killer. It’s what he was given in jail time.

12 YEARS PEOPLE.  TWELVE FREEKIN YEARS.  Far as I am concerned, that’s like saying the lives of the innocent he took were only worth six years each.  WTF!

Fort Hood shooting: FBI to investigate reports gunman said non-Muslims should be beheaded

Except for the act itself, almost nothing has sickened me more then seeing this bastard’s photo in our morning paper today, wearing the uniform of the US Army.
When I first heard about this and heard the muzzie name, like all of you I wasn’t much surprised.  And this scum was born in the USA. Doesn’t matter does it?

Kudos to the lady cop who brought him down of course and NO criticism of her intended. NONE!
But I have to ask those of you who know more about weapons then I do, which is all of you I believe, how was it possible to shoot this bastard four times and not kill him?  Are police in Texas issued pea shooters for sidearms?

Another question.  If these statements are true, and I guess we have to believe they are else where did they come from; what was our internal security doing?  The cops?  Homeland Security?  Someone. Anyone.  If a flag was raised, why was this creep still wearing our uniform and allowed access to our base and access to weapons?

The FBI will investigate a report that Major Nidal Malik Hasan, the gunman who killed 13 at America’s Fort Hood military base, told colleagues that non-Muslims should be beheaded and have boiling oil poured down their throats.

Maj Hasan, armed with two handguns including a semi-automatic pistol, walked into a processing centre for soldiers deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan, where he killed 13 and injured more than 30. Photo: GETTY

He is also said to have told other doctors at one of America’s top military hospitals that non-believers were infidels condemned to hell who should be set on fire.

The comments are said to have come during an hour-long talk Maj Hasan, an Army psychiatrist, gave on the Koran in front of dozens of other doctors at Walter Reed Army Medical Centre in Washington DC, where he worked for six years before arriving at Fort Hood in July.

Colleagues had expected a discussion on a medical issue but were instead given a presentation focusing on an extremist interpretation of the Koran, which Maj Hasan appeared to agree with.

It is the latest in a series of “red flags” about Maj Hasan’s state of mind that have emerged since the massacre at Fort Hood, America’s largest military installation, on Thursday.

One Army doctor who knew him said a fear of appearing discriminatory against a Muslim soldier had stopped fellow officers from filing formal complaints.

Another, Dr Val Finnell, who took a course with him in 2007 at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Maryland, did complain about Hasan’s “anti-American rants.” He said: “The system is not doing what it’s supposed to do. He at least should have been confronted about these beliefs, told to cease and desist, and to shape up or ship out. I really questioned his loyalty.”

I’m not posting the entire article.  You folks back home are probably being flooded with the story already.
My source for this is the Daily Telegraph.

Police secretly follow mother after hearing her reprimand children.

batbatbatbatbatbatbat

BMEWS readers, When you were a little kid and maybe acted up or got a bit difficult, did mom ever threaten you with, “Wait till I get you home?” Or, “You’re gonna get it.” And didn’t we always know what “IT” was.  In my home “it” was never an idle or empty threat.

Well, if you live in this part of the world today mom and dad, ya better be careful where and how loud you threaten your offspring.
It isn’t just the walls that have ears anymore. Oh no.  Off duty but officious cops have ears too.  So look around, look over your shoulder, look behind you because ...............  you will be questioned later.  You WILL be visited by .... The Plod.  (Britspeak for cops, in case you didn’t know that)

A mother who threatened to smack her children while out shopping was secretly followed home by an off duty policeman and was later questioned by officers.

By Jonathan Wynne-Jones
Published: 12:15PM GMT 08 Nov 2009

The 34-year-old woman, who has asked to remain anonymous for the sake of her family, was also warned by social services that she could face further action and that a file on the incident is being kept on record.

Last night, charities criticised the police’s action as “disproportionate” and pointed out that parents in England and Wales are allowed to smack their children.

Friends of the woman, who works in a bookstore and is married to an aeronautics expert, said that she had been left distressed by the ordeal.

Shopping in a supermarket in Woolston, Southampton, the woman’s children, aged 11 and 4, were misbehaving, provoking her to warn them that they would “get a hiding when they got home”.

She claims she did not actually smack them afterwards and says that, while smacking is used as a form of punishment in their home, it is not something she often does.

However, an off duty policemen who had been standing near her in the supermarket followed her on the 15 minute journey home and then reported the incident to Hampshire Police’s child protection team.

It was not until six weeks later that she was visited at her home by two officers and quizzed on how often she smacks her children. The pair also gave her parenting tips. They suggested that she should use a ‘naughty step’ or withdraw treats as a more effective form of punishment.

A month later, she received a letter from Southampton social services saying that her behaviour had raised concerns over the children’s welfare.

Kim Wills, information officer for Southampton council’s Children First department, wrote: “I am writing to inform you that we have received information on 24th September 2009 from Hampshire Police advising of concerns for ------- and ------ regarding an incident on 6th August 2009 where the children were chastised in public.”

The letter stated that Children’s Services would not be taking further action “at this time”, but told her that the information would be kept on record.

A spokesman for the department said that the incident would be held in their files until her children leave school, which could be up to another 13 years.

While it is a crime to smack children so hard it leaves a mark, mild smacking is allowed as “reasonable chastisement”.

Friends of the woman describe her as a good, patient mother, who is loved by her children.

They said she had been upset by the police’s questioning and shocked to learn that she and her children had been followed home.

A spokesman for Hampshire Police defended the action of its officers, arguing that the manner of her reprimand had caused alarm.

“An off-duty officer reported to our child protection team an incident involving a women in Woolston, Southampton who they saw chastising her children.

“It was not an ordinary telling off and because of what the woman said and the way her children reacted to it, it gave our officer reasonable grounds for concern for the children’s welfare and they may be at risk of physical chastisement.”

The spokesman added: “We followed this up as you would expect any police force to do, especially when it comes to the safety of children.

“Officers from the team spoke to the woman later at her home about the concerns and passed the details of the case to social services as is normal practice in such cases. No further action was deemed necessary by us.”

The mother denies that there was anything extraordinary about the way she scolded her children, and said that they were simply upset because they do not like being reprimanded.

A spokesman for Care, a social welfare charity, questioned the need for the police’s action unless there was a clear indication that she was going to beat them.

“One fears that it was a wholly disproportionate response to a threatened smack informed by the destructive and censorious views of those opinion formers who refuse to make a distinction between smacking, which can actually be very helpful, and beating which is a serious crime,” he added.

Is this something that was put together and altered somehow?

The reason I ask is ... this thing runs 9 minutes and there’s enough here to make me wanna toss my dinner long, long before the end.
I better be honest with you.  I haven’t been able to watch all of it.  What I saw made me sick.

So ... how come this is the first time I’ve caught this and then only because a former neighbor in CA sent it to me. ???

Or, has it been around awhile and I just missed it?  The screen says CNN but I really don’t recall any big bru-ha-ha over these statements.
Or maybe the many are strung together here and say more then short sound bites.

All this talk about the great contributions of islam.  Yeah?  What contributions in the last 500 years?

I’m taking a Xanax and going to bed ...  Try and have a good wkend. Maybe hold off watching this till Monday?

GUY FINDS BURGLARS IN MOM’S HOUSE, KILLS ONE.  MURDER SAYS IDIOT PROSECUTOR. IDIOT COURT AGREES.

My first post for this Wednesday morning seems so mundane following Drew’s posting of the Melanie Phillips editorial yesterday. Hers is the story of the planned assassination of a culture.  The genocide if I may borrow the term, of an entire history of a country.

I guess my effort here this morning has far less impact except to the poor bastard being charged with murder, for the killing of a slime punk burglar he found in his mother’s house.  Actually, he found two but sadly only wounded the other rather stop his useless breathing.

The court says he used excessive force and his violence was “gratuitous.” How might the court know that exactly?  In the heat of the moment, under stress, can anyone say with certainty exactly and without fail, how they might act?  Whatever.
I see nothing wrong at all and in fact find it laudatory to kill someone found in a place they shouldn’t be. Like YOUR OWN HOME or your mother’s home.
Way I see it, now there’s one less criminal marauder to commit future mayhem.  And that’s a good thing.

Accused of murder, council official’s son who knifed two burglars raiding his mother’s home

By Andy Dolan
Last updated at 12:16 AM on 28th October 2009

A man who stabbed a burglar to death after catching him in the act was charged with murder yesterday.

Omari Roberts, 23, was remanded in custody. Roberts had found two teenage burglars in his mother’s house when he arrived to visit her.

After chasing one of the youths, aged 14, from the property, he returned to find 17-year-old Tyler Juett still there.

Tyler Juett, 17, died after he was allegedly stabbed by Omari Roberts

There was a struggle and Juett was fatally stabbed in the chest, Nottingham Magistrates Court was told.

The Crown Prosecution Service said the decision to charge Roberts months after the incident in March had been taken after ‘careful consideration’.

Its lawyers believed he had used ‘excessive and gratuitous force’.

The case echoes that of Norfolk farmer Tony Martin, who became a cause celebre when he was jailed for life for murder in 2000 after shooting dead a teenage intruder at his dilapidated Norfolk home.

His conviction was reduced to manslaughter on appeal and he was released in 2003.

Yesterday the court heard that Roberts’s mother Jacqueline McKenzie-Johnson, 46, a senior official at Nottingham City Council, was not at home when her son arrived on the afternoon of March 13.

Lee Shepherd, prosecuting, said Roberts first discovered the 14-year-old, who was also stabbed during a confrontation.

Roberts chased him down the street before returning to the semi-detached house in Old Basford, Nottingham, to be confronted by Juett.

Applying for bail for Roberts, who is also charged with wounding the younger raider with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, Raj Chand, defending, said: ‘This must have been a dreadful situation for any law-abiding member of the public.

‘Someone said to me earlier that he was in the wrong place at the wrong time, but I said that he was in the right place at the right time. An Englishman’s home is his castle.

‘He says he was in the right. He regrets what happened, but he was defending himself and his property.’

District Judge John Stobart initially said he would take the ‘rare decision’ to grant bail because of Roberts’s flawless record of reporting to police.

But he agreed to remand him in custody at least until today after the prosecution said it wanted to appeal against the decision. Roberts, who did not enter any pleas, is scheduled to appear at Nottingham Crown Court on November 10.

His address was listed in court as his mother’s house, although it is understood he did not live there at the time of the incident.

Before the hearing, CPS lawyer Ian Cunningham said: ‘I have decided that when Omari Roberts disturbed two burglars and caused injuries to them - in one case fatally - his actions were not reasonable.

‘I have looked very carefully at the public interest in this case, and I am satisfied that it requires a prosecution.

‘I also discussed the case with the CPS principal legal adviser and have decided there is sufficient evidence for a realistic prospect of conviction.’

Mr Cunningham said legal guidelines made clear that anyone using ‘reasonable force’ to defend themselves would enjoy the full protection of the law.

He added: ‘The law also makes clear that people could be prosecuted if they act with excessive and gratuitous force.’

Nottinghamshire Police said the 14-year-old admitted burglary at youth court in May and was sentenced to two years’ detention.

SOURCE

This is the idiot scum sucking would be burglar filth that happily croaked.  One can only hope that his end was very painful. Types like this deserve no less.  As I looked at this totally revolting photo, I couldn’t help but think, anything that looks like this shouldn’t be allowed to breathe anyway. He’s gone for good.  Hip-hip hooray.  Well done and kudos for the prosecution victim.

LOYAL AMERICAN CHILDREN SING PRAISE TO DEAR LEADER OBAMA … some very bad stuff BMEWS!

I got this piece of sick stomach churning crap from James Delingpole who of course got it from another person. Love the way the blog world works, HATE the way indoctranation is taking place in my country. Do I still have one btw?
I LOVED President Reagan, I voted for him in Calif. as gov. and I voted for him as president and I’m sorry he couldn’t serve in office longer coz I’d have kept voting for him. BUT ... I would have been much embarrassed and unhappy if school kids were taught songs in his praise. No way.  That smacks of something else altogether and this really bothers me.  You guy may already know but for those who don’t, well, misery just loves company. Doesn’t it?
So here. You can be miserable with me.

H/T JAMES DENLINGPOLE

This is what Delingpole had to say on the subject.

Next time my daughter comes home from school saying she has been studying Mary Seacole (again) for Black History Week, or compulsorily watching a video called An Inconvenient Truth or one her teachers has suggested she “Go Veggie” for a day, I shall play this video and be grateful for one small mercy:

No British primary school teacher, however rabidly left-wing and deranged (if that’s not a tautology?), is ever going to be coaching their class in a hymn of praise to Gordon Brown.

September 24th, 2009 Here’s some footage to gladden the heart: children at an elementary school in New Jersey being coached by their teacher to sing a song in praise of their Dear Leader. (Hat Tip: Steve Foley)

Once upon a time I worked with song writers and musicians in Nashville. Whoever put this together hasn’t got “IT.” That writing spark. Glad they don’t or this could be worse. They might buy their way onto Billboard.

Barack Hussein Obama
He said that all must lend a hand [?]
To make this country strong again
Mmm, mmm, mm!

Barack Hussein Obama
He said we must be clear today
Equal work means equal pay
Mmm, mmm, mm!

Barack Hussein Obama
He said that we must take a stand
To make sure everyone gets a chance
Mmm, mmm, mm!

Barack Hussein Obama
He said Red, Yellow, Black or White
All are equal in his sight
Mmm, mmm, mm!

THIS IS AS VAPID AND TALENTLESS AND TOTALLY STUPID AS WE SHALL OVERCOME. THAT OTHER TUNLESS DIRGE FROM THE LEFT.
I couldn’t even listen or watch the whole thing.  While you’re viewing this I’m off to find an Alka Seltzer.

Man arrested for carrying out citizen’s arrest on yobs ‘who threw apples at him and his wife’

By DAVID WILKES
Last updated at 12:16 AM on 22nd September 2009

When police failed to help after Roland Digby’s house was repeatedly pelted with apples by a gang of youths, the father-of-three tried to perform a citizen’s arrest.
But instead of the yobs, it is he who has been left facing court.
He was arrested and charged with common assault after allegedly placing his hand on a 16-year-old’s shoulder to restrain him.

The youth swore at him and a scuffle broke out, so Mr Digby put him in a ‘full-nelson’ behind-the-back armlock ‘to make sure he didn’t get away’.
About 15 other teenagers then joined the fray, which ended after several minutes when Mr Digby escaped with a ‘clipped lip’.

But despite four 999 calls no officers turned up to his house. When they did arrive five days later, it was Mr Digby that was arrested.
The courier driver, 49, said: ‘ People who stand up for their own rights face a criminal record, while the perpetrators get off. I am totally disgusted by this. The police have just hung me out to dry.

‘When I was young, if someone told you to disappear, you would, but now people say you can’t touch them or you’ll get in trouble.
‘I have lived in this town for 25 years and used to run an off-licence. I always complied with enforcing ID checks and I had a good relationship with the police.
‘They know me well but I am shocked by what has happened.’

Mr Digby, from Royston, Hertfordshire, says his property had already been targeted twice in a week by youths throwing dozens of crab apples from a nearby BMX bike track.
Despite calling 999 each time, police only turned up hours after the incident, when the teenagers were nowhere to be seen.

After a third night of harassment on September 3, when more than 20 teenagers pelted him and his wife Janette with apples as they sat in their garden, Mr Digby called the police at 8.30pm and went to confront the group.

Mr Digby complained to two passing policeman on the way home after he broke free from the scuffle.
They told him to go back to the house and wait, but at 11pm he received a call saying no officers would be able to attend that evening. When he was arrested Mr Digby refused to accept a caution and was charged.

He will appear in Stevenage Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, but is unrepentant and plans to plead not guilty. He said: ‘I don’t even know if the kid complained about me or if police finally went to investigate my complaint and arrested me as a result of his story.’

The law allows any person to make a citizen’s arrest as long as they use only ‘reasonable force’.
It is understood that the level of force Mr Digby used to restrain the boy will be at the centre of the court case.

None of the youths have been arrested but police are investigating Mr Digby’s claims about the apple-throwing and scuffle.
A spokesman for Hertfordshire Police said: ‘This is a matter reviewed by the CPS who felt there was enough evidence to bring charges against Mr Digby.

‘However, we have not lost sight of the circumstances surrounding this incident which are still under investigation and are committed to resolving the complexities of this case with all parties involved.’

ONE HELL OF A VERY GOOD REASON TO HOME EDUCATE YOUR KIDS NO FOOLING.

H/T Wardmamma
Who gave me a heads up on another but related item altogether. And I’ll get to that as well.
There’s so much on the net and so many places to visit, shamed to admit I forgot about this old favorite. Michelle Malkin.  Fell in love with this lady some years ago before I left the states. How in the heck did I manage to forget to check her site over the last too many months?
So anyway, Wardmom sent me to Malkin where I got caught up in the link thing as I read. And found this.
Hey ... I would be as upset if a poor English speaking white teacher (teacher?) pulled the same crap.  This looks more like indoctrination then it does education to me.  And if this teacher(?) was a conservative and speaking as she does to a class of youngsters, I’d still have a damned serious argument with her.

I have to vacate machine for 20 minutes ....
BBS ..stay tuned
And THANKS WARDMOM!!!

AND THANKS:  MICHELLE MALKIN

Partial transcript:

Harris:We want to talk about the presidential election. I want to ask you, who are you pulling for? Raise your hand.

Student: Obama.

Harris: You pullin for Obama. Who you pullin for?

Student: Obama.

Harris:Any of you pullin for John McCain? That’s fine, say him as well.

Student: Obama.

Student: Obama.

[Cathy, the daughter of an American soldier answers McCain.]

Harris:John, oh lord, John McCain.

Oh Jesus, John McCain.

Ok, now I wanna axe you somethin.

Why are you pullin for John McCain? It’s ok, but why are you pullin for John McCain?

Cathy: I thinks it’s because my parents are going for him too.

Harris: Ok, your parents are going for him. Why are you pullin for Ba-RACK. Barack.

Student: I just want a black president sometimes.

Ok, you want a black president.

Student: The reason why I want Barack Obama is because he’s making good changes in the good country and stuff like that.

Harris: So, he’s making good changes for our country. Now can you tell me just a little bit more, like what type of changes?

Like not having big fights between Iraq and having soldiers killed.

So in other words, Barack is going to end that war in Iraq. What do you all know about that war in Iraq?

[Harris addresses Kathy] Talk, cause yo daddy in the military. Talk. It’s a senseless war! And by the way, Cathy, the person that you’re picking for president said that our troops could stay in Iraq for another hundred years if they need to!

[Camera pans to Cathy, in near tears.]

Harris: So that means that your daddy could stay in the military for another hundred years!

Almost 50 thousand dollars just to drop one word, and that’s just a drop in the bucket.

Gotta wonder what makes ppl get up to really stupid stuff like this and it isn’t funny!

In an update in another newspaper this morning, the sum for stupid spending is actually £170,000 of taxpayer money on just this one thing.
The thing being, dropping a word from documents or changing logos and like items.
Why do they need to be changed when they’re working.

In this particular case, it really is the very height of stupid. They’re removing ONE name from a govt. department.  And what word is being deleted?

DEPARTMENT.

I have this photo inside my head of a group of bored looking and vacant people, trying to think of things to do. Ideas to change something, anything.
Just for the sake of change and justifying their jobs.  Which they should not be in to begin with.
But hey ...  The taxpayer is always RIPE!  Don’t believe it?  Here.  Take a look at some of the dumb assed things that just HAD to be changed. NOT!

And this is a govt. telling ppl to save. Warning everyone of hard times. Yeah. Hard times for who?  Not the ppl who spend the money in govt.

£25,000 bill as Government drops single word from department name

By Miles Goslett
Daily Mail

The Government has spent nearly £25,000 of taxpayers’ money removing one word from the name of a Whitehall department.

In a ‘rebranding project’, the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) has been renamed Communities and Local Government (CLG).

The change involved producing a new logo for the department’s website and headed paper. In a parliamentary answer, a Minister explained that the name change was deemed necessary to ‘emphasise the mission of the department’.

Freedom of Information documents reveal that the rebranding cost £24,765.

The Government has spent nearly £25,000 of taxpayers’ money removing one word from the name of a Whitehall department

The move was described as ‘farcical’ last night by a Conservative spokesman.

The DCLG was established in May 2006, after the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, under John Prescott, was abolished following a string of revelations about his private life.

But within months the decision was taken to refine the department’s name from DCLG to CLG on letterheads and its website ‘for ease of branding’. A spokesman for the CLG, which has been headed by John Denham since June, refused to name the person responsible for implementing the change.

The Government has spent millions on other rebranding exercises since 1997.

Mr Prescott spent £645 of public money on a new brass plaque for his office, replacing a sign saying Office of the Deputy Prime Minister with one which read Deputy Prime Minister’s Office.

He was given the sign as a memento when he left his office in June 2007.

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) was renamed twice between 2005 and 2007 at a cost of £250,000.

Earlier this year, Lord Mandelson decided to change its name for a third time to the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills (DBIS). The Government refused to reveal how much it cost to create the new department, or to rebrand it.

Caroline Spelman, Shadow Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, said: ‘This is a Whitehall farce at taxpayers’ expense.

Taxes have gone through the roof under Labour and examples like these show how the public’s money is squandered on Ministerial vanity projects and a corrosive culture of spin.’

A CLG spokesman said: ‘Given the scale of the restructuring and the department’s new policy agenda, a more fundamental overhaul of our corporate identity was deemed necessary.

Since October 2006, therefore, the department has been branded as Communities and Local Government in all of our corporate communications and contact with the public and outside bodies.’

What’s it take exactly to put a creep away?

This is creepy. Gak.  Take a look at this guy. So then.  Bad heart, force kiss young girl in school, get outta jail free.
Come on.  I’m not suggesting the law has to lynch the guy.  But jail is exactly where ppl like this belong. Unless I read this wrong, he has a record of this sort of behavior.  What’s he doing teaching in school?  Oh. Silly me. Almost forgot.  His civil and human rights. Got it.

And can you just imagine being kissed by this? GAK, again. Stomach churning for the poor girls I’d say.

Teacher who French-kissed 14-year-old schoolgirl spared jail because of his heart condition
By Daily Mail Reporter

A science master who French kissed a 14-year-old girl and asked pupils about their sex lives was spared jail because he has a heart condition.

image

Keith Ogunsola, 44, grabbed the teenager in his office before kissing her as she tried to push him away.
The married father also embarrassed girl pupils during a chemistry revision class by asking if they had performed sex acts on their boyfriends.

Ogunsola had been warned last month that he faced an inevitable prison sentence.
But Judge Martyn Zeidman, QC, suspended a 12-week jail term for 12 months after reading medical reports. The judge said: ‘Certainly what you have done doesn’t deserve a death sentence.

‘I’m just persuaded that it would be right in the circumstances of this case to suspend the sentence of imprisonment.
‘You will never again be employed as a school teacher. My primary concern is to protect members of the public and other potential pupils.’
The judge praised the victim’s courage, adding: ‘I want to pay tribute to the girl who bravely made this complaint. She’s a very impressive young lady.

Ogunsola was banned indefinitely from working with under-18s and will be placed on the sex offenders’ register for five years.
Snaresbrook Crown Court in East London heard how Ogunsola struck at the school where he taught in Ilford, Essex, on February 27 last year.
Describing her ordeal in Ogunsola’s office, the girl said: ‘He put his arms around my waist and said, “Do you want a kiss?”
‘He pulled me close and then kissed me and put his tongue in my mouth.

‘I pushed him away. He pulled me really close. He was holding my wrists and he kissed me again.’
She said she was ‘shocked’ by Ogunsola’s advances and simply ‘froze’. She said Ogunsola asked her: ‘Aren’t you supposed to be my Valentine?’
The girl said she reminded Ogunsolahe was married with children. ‘I said, “You have got a wife and kids and I have got a boyfriend”. He said, “Dump your boyfriend”.’
The girl said Ogunsola had asked her about her love life, and added that other girls at the secondary school had described him as a ‘pervert’.

Jurors heard how Ogunsola asked other girl pupils of 14 and 15 whether they had performed sex acts on their boyfriends.

He also warned the youngsters that boys were ‘only after one thing’.
A jury convicted Ogunsola, of Banstead, Surrey, of sexual assault but cleared him of an attempted sexual assault on a girl of 15 at the same school in February 2006.

Jurors also acquitted Ogunsola of two indecent assaults on teenage girls at a school he taught at in Carshalton, Surrey, between January and May 2000.

Ogunsola left the school in Surrey in 2001 before stints at Islington Green School, North London, and the Pimlico Academy in Westminster before moving to Ilford in 2005.
The former headmaster of the school in Surrey revealed Ogunsola had been warned about his conduct with girl pupils prior to the alleged assaults in 2000.

How seriously stupid does one have to be, to seriously buy into this? Pretty damn stupid!

batbatbatbatbatbat

I could use the entire page filled with bats for this short article spotted in one of our morning papers.
OK, what word is next?  Any suggestions out there? Any word that may possibly stereotype or offend?

Funny thing, I’ve heard this word all my life, so have you, and I’d bet not one of us (I haven’t) ever associated it with any stereotype, person or object.

These jerks are clinically STUPID! Anyone who indulges in PC is clinically stupid and beyond any help.

The word Blacklisting, is banned:

Citizens Advice axes ‘offensive’ word and tells staff to use ‘blocklisting’ instead

By Daniel Bates
Last updated at 12:13 AM on 17th August 2009

The Citizens Advice service has banned staff from using the term ‘ blacklisting’ over fears that it is offensive and ‘fosters stereotypes’.

The taxpayer- funded quango, which advises members of the public on consumer, legal and money issues, has instead replaced it with ‘blocklisting’ to avoid appearing ‘prejudicial’.

The two terms are both used in IT to mean the same thing. They refer to what are effectively lists of computers or computer networks which have been identified as sending spam and enable mail servers to ban or flag up mail sent from them.

Banned: The Citizens Advice service has replaced the word ‘blacklisting’ with the word ‘blocklisting’. Both are IT terms to mean the same thing

Emails to members of staff at the service say the move has been made to keep ‘in line with aims and principles of the Citizens Advice service’.

Critics branded it ‘daft’ and ‘political correctness going over the top’, but the Citizens Advice has refused to back down, even though critics say it renders everyday communications unintelligible.

An email about internet spam sent from IT systems to staff and volunteers who help at Citizens Advice’s 3,000 locations, reads: ‘We have replaced the term “blacklisting” with “blocklisting” in line with the aims and principles of the Citizens Advice service. You are probably aware that the whole service’s email has been intermittently blocked up to twice this week for some time now.

‘This is because spam sent from within the service causes us all to be blocklisted.’

The ban on blacklisting applies across the whole of Citizens Advice. A former volunteer said banning blacklisting was ‘the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen’ and has stopped helping at his local branch because of it. John Midgley, co-founder of the campaign against political correctness, said: ‘This is just daft and another example of political correctness going over the top.’

A spokesman for the service said: ‘Our approach to language is not prescriptive or dogmatic, but where we know or become aware that something is offensive, fosters stereotypes or prejudice, or is inaccurate, it makes sense and is respectful to use alternatives.’

MORE PC MADNESS

* Newcastle City Council banned staff from using common Geordie greetings such as pet and love when dealing with the public over fears they might be regarded as offensive.

* Kirklees Council in West Yorkshire even banned staff from using the words ‘political correctness’ at work in case it offended anyone. An equality policy booklet claimed using the term at work can be damaging - and even linked it to the Ku Klux Klan.

* Birmingham City Council ordered pupils not to be taught the nursery rhyme Baa Baa black sheep in case it was racially offensive, but later backed down.

Very late starting today.  Here we go again. This time with two articles and photos on the same tired but RCOB subject.
Yeah. It’s them again and theeeeeey rrrrr baaaak!  Uh huh. Who else?

Reminder to Peiper ... don’t use the ‘G’ word.

So then, what we have here are ants in human form.  Neat story isn’t it?  One nest knocked down but almost immediately another started.

RAID anyone?

Gypsy convoy invades site… just hours after council evicts travellers following six-year battle costing £400,000

By Daily Mail Reporter
Last updated at 3:50 PM on 14th August 2009

A convoy of gypsies pitched up at a controversial traveller’s site - just hours after a group had been evicted following a lengthy legal battle costing £400,000.

South Cambridgeshire District Council officials had just finished bulldozing three illegal pitches when eight more caravans rolled on to an adjoining field.

The demolition action was the result of a six-year legal battle to remove illegally camped travellers at the notorious Smithy Fen site in Cottenham, Cambridgeshire.
At last: Bulldozers tear down the illegal camp at Smithy Fen following a six-year battle, costing £400,000. But just hours later a new group of travellers moved straight in

At last: Bulldozers tear down the illegal camp at Smithy Fen in Cambridgeshire after a six-year battle, costing £400,000…

Hours later, a new group of travellers moved in.

An SCDC spokesman said officers could have done nothing to stop the travellers moving in on Wednesday as they could have been visiting relatives.

She said: ‘Our enforcement officers have been at the site to monitor the situation and will keep it under close observation.

‘As we understand, there are eight caravans on two authorised pitches.

‘We will work with the community and take a balanced approach. It is possible that they are just passing through and will move on.’

She claimed there were only eight caravans in total and they had moved on to two separate pitches - therefore only exceeding capacity by two caravans per pitch.

Campaigners have accused the Government of jeopardising councils by failing to give them the power to deal with people who illegally occupy land.

image

Robin Page, former presenter of One Man And His Dog and independent councillor for SCDC, said the Government was too ‘politically correct’ to act.

He said: ‘It’s quite simple. The law should be the same as it is in Ireland. Illegal occupation should be a criminal offence, not a civil offence. Then there would be no problem.

‘As soon as anybody goes on to land where they are not entitled to be, police would have the power to arrest them and confiscate their caravans.

It is should be a universal law applied to everybody. But New Labour is so politically correct it is spineless.

Like insects these scum pop up everywhere simply because .... they can.  and the taxpayer get to pay for it all. Hey. Great system.
It works for some.

Note to Peiper. Don’t mention the ‘G’ word.

Meet the gipsy family terrorising an entire street

There are neatly trimmed privet hedges, rose beds and top-of-the-range family cars parked outside all but one of the houses on this broad and leafy avenue in the outskirts of the North London commuter belt.

In the peace and quiet of a summer’s evening, family life in Totteridge — where professional couples pay up to £1million for a substantial home a stone’s throw from good schools, shops, restaurants and trains direct to the city — appears to be a picture of idyllic suburbia.

That is, until the Connors arrive.

You hear them before you see them.

image

To a cacophony of effing and blinding, a family of nine, packed like sardines into a dusty seven-seater people-carrier, pull up between the piles of rubbish and broken paving slabs on the driveway.

Little hands poke out of the windows with their middle fingers raised defiantly aloft.

John and Serena Connors and their seven children — an Irish traveller family — have been in residence at this five-bedroom £1million home since February, when they were moved by Barnet Council into privately-owned accommodation under the Local Housing Allowance scheme.

The scheme was introduced by the Government a year ago to encourage private landlords to take on council tenants in a bid to alleviate a housing shortage.

Since then, there have been several cases highlighted by the Daily Mail where families, living off benefits, have been rehomed in some of the most exclusive and expensive neighbourhoods in Britain — all at the taxpayers’ expense.

The Connors don’t pay any rent, of course. The £2,400 a month it costs to lease the house is covered by their housing benefit.

And while that fact is galling enough for those neighbours who work hard to pay their hefty mortgages in this desirable postcode, they could have lived with it had the Connors themselves been a little easier to live with.
‘They screamed: “You don’t who you’re messing with”’

Instead, since the day they arrived, they have terrorised this formerly peaceful neighbourhood and made life so nightmarish for their neighbours most are now too scared to speak out for fear of reprisals from the traveller community.

However, their next-door neighbours the Kaye family, who have arguably borne the brunt of the Connors’ campaign of intimidation and anti-social behaviour, are so sick of them — and so outraged by the situation — that they feel it’s time to take a stand.

‘They’ve screamed at us: “You don’t know who you’re messing with. You upset one traveller family, we’ll all come after you.” But what option do we have?’ says Hannah Kaye, an office administrator and mother of three boys.

‘I have never done anything to provoke these people. I don’t want any trouble. We have lived in this house for 18 years. It’s been a happy home for us. But since they arrived, I have been literally sick with worry.’

This is not snobbery. As Hannah’s solicitor husband Jeremy puts it: ‘We don’t have a problem living next door to anyone. We don’t care who pays their rent or what they do for a living as long as they’re decent neighbours. But these people aren’t even decent human beings.’

This is not just the matter of the piles of rubbish accumulating all over the property, including on the flat roof. It has nothing to do with the beaten-up van that sits on the driveway or even the filthy language that can be heard spilling from the Connors’ permanently open windows at all hours of the day and night.

It’s about a family with a staggering disregard for other people and their property, and even less concern for the burden they place on hard-working, taxpaying families like the Kayes.
