Muslims attempt to disrupt, terrorize, prevent free speech at UCI

I don’t know how many of you have seen this.
Even if you have problems and criticism with regard to Israel, even then this should piss you off as an American. The scum in this crowd are totally uncivilized and ignorant.  No debate for these fools.  Shut down open debate and free speech in America but reserve it for muzzies.

I am NOT chicken little BMEWS.  But I seriously do fear for what was my country.  I am seeing too much crap here to give me a lot of hope for America when I see shit like this in my own country.  And then one of the crowd objects to being made to leave and shouts she’s an American citizen. Sickening and frightening.

BTW ... the video quality isn’t always the best but in this case, it doesn’t need to be.

Israel’s Ambassador to the U.S. Michael Oren spoke at UCI.  The audience numbered over 500.  Among them were 75-100 Muslims, obviously either members of UCI’s Muslim Student Association or agitators brought in by them.  Watch this video to see what transpired.

If you think radical Islam is not a threat here, think again. The Muslim Student Union at UCI has been permitted to create an atmosphere of anti-Israeli hatred, sponsor events to raise funds for Hamas, and has scheduled a “Hate Week” in May.

UCI President Drake has refused to do anything to suppress such behavior, maintaining that an attitude of free speech must prevail.  I have attended such events at UCI and seen first hand how Muslims attempt to disrupt, terrorize, prevent free speech, and physically harass bystanders who object to their conduct.

In my opinion Dr. Drake needs to go.  The MSU needs to be barred from campus, and students of any persuasion who engage in such conduct need to be arrested and suspended.  If our universities are not teaching rational and respectful discussion and resolution of disagreements, they should be de-funded. 

Muslim Student Associations exist on 600-700 U.S. colleges and universities.  They are now being formed in High Schools.  We have them in six of our Orange Country high schools.  These MSAs were formed by the Muslim Brotherhood for the specific purpose of recruiting students and radicalizing them to serve, upon graduation, in other Islamic front organizations of the Muslim Brotherhood and carry out their plans for the conquest of America from within, their formally stated intention.

And...the O.C. Register, while it did report the event, did not even identify the disrupters as Muslims!

Arab ambassador discovers bride is bearded and cross-eyed behind veil

An Arab ambassador has called off his wedding after discovering his wife-to-be who wears a face-covering veil is bearded and cross-eyed.

The envoy had only met the woman a few times, during which she had hidden her face behind a niqab, the Gulf News reported.

After the marriage contract was signed, the ambassador attempted to kiss his bride-to-be. It was only then that he discovered her facial hair and eyes.

The ambassador told an Islamic Sharia court in the United Arab Emirates he was tricked into the marriage as the woman’s mother had shown his own mother pictures of her sister instead of his bride-to-be.

He sued for the contract to be annulled and also demanded the woman pay him 500,000 dirhams (£85,000) for clothes, jewelry and other gifts he had bought for her.

The court annulled the contract but rejected the ambassador’s demand for compensation.

The report did not identify the ambassador.

MUDSLIME BUS DRIVER STOPS HIS BUS FOR PRAYER. CHRISTIAN DRIVERS SHOULDN’T TRY THIS.

HERE WE GO AGAIN,AGAIN,AGAIN ....  MUSLIMS. WOULD THAT SOMEONE COULD RID THE WORLD OF THIS SCOURGE, THIS SLIME, THIS WORLD CANCER IN HUMAN FORM.

Gee, it’s only a thought and no more guys but, what do you suppose might happen were a Christian to pull the same stunt?

Bizarre.  Raises some questions.  Why wasn’t the ass-wipe fired?  It’s so good to know that the company “had a word with the driver.” This episode so clearly shows how they take over and make THEIR NEEDS and requirements paramount regardless of the setting or country they are in.  This creep simply took it for granted that he had a right to inconvenience a bus load of passengers.
And btw ... why should any company have to provide special areas set aside for ANY religion? 
That’s daft. It’s politically correct I guess.  Suck ups!

Passengers left stunned after Muslim bus driver pulls over and begins praying in the aisle

A Muslim bus driver stunned passengers when he pulled over and started praying in the aisle - with the engine still running.

The driver parked without warning then rolled out a fluorescent jacket as an improvised prayer mat.

He took off his shoes, knelt down facing Mecca, and began to chant.

The prayer session held up the bus for more than five minutes with no-one able to get on or off.

Passenger Gayle Griffiths complained to Transport for London about the bizarre incident on the No.24 bus in Gospel Oak, north London, this week.

Mother-of-one Miss Griffiths, 33, of Camden, north-west London, had boarded the bus a few minutes earlier on her way home from work.

She says that she even feared at the time that the driver might be a fanatic planning to blow up the bus.

She said: ‘I have done the journey a million times before but I was in a hurry to get home to pick my little girl up from school.

‘We had just picked up and let off people at a bus stop and moved off again when the driver stopped the bus very suddenly.

‘He got out of his cab, leaving the engine running, and walked towards the middle exit door.

‘He laid out a fluorescent jacket on the floor and I thought that somebody must have been sick and he was covering it up.

‘I didn’t really think much of it.

‘But then he took off his shoes and began praying. I was gobsmacked and quite bewildered.’

Miss Griffiths said the bus driver didn’t give the passengers any explanation as to what he was doing.

‘He hadn’t addressed the passengers at all,’ she said. ‘I didn’t say anything and nor did anyone else. I thought it would all be over in 30 seconds but it went on for over five minutes.

‘It even went through my mind that this might be some sort of terrorist attack with the bus blown up because I had heard that suicide bombers prayed before attacks.

‘As the engine was running anyone could also have got in the cab and driven off with a bus full of passengers.

‘He was also blocking the exit, so if something had happened we would not have been able to get off.

‘Everyone was looking round in a mix of shock and amazement. It was truly bizarre, ludicrous and aggravating.

‘We are delayed often enough as it is in London.

‘We live in a multi-cultural society but there is a time and a place for prayer and the middle of a journey with a busload of passengers is not it.’

Transport for London said it had apologised to all the passengers for the delay to their journey and said all Muslim drivers are being reminded that they should pray during statutory rest periods rather than hold up services.

A TfL spokesman said: ‘A route 24 bus was delayed following a decision by the driver to stop the bus to pray.

‘The bus company, London General, has had a word with the driver as this is not something that should be happening.

‘TfL apologises to passengers for any inconvenience this may have caused them. 

‘We understand that there is some flexibility in the Muslim faith as to the times of day that drivers can pray.

‘TfL and the individual bus operating companies acknowledge and value the diversity of their staff. 

‘As diverse employers, TfL and the bus operators provide suitable prayer or quiet rooms at garages and other key locations for staff who wish to practise their faith.

‘We have asked London General to remind drivers who have a requirement to pray to use these facilities during their rest periods.’

ON TRIAL FOR TELLING THE TRUTH, WHICH HAS “OFFENDED” MEMBERS OF THE ROP.

This might just be about the best I’ve read on this subject.  I know I posted earlier on the same thing. Now read ALL of this and PLEASE (!) read the translated
court summons in the link within the story.  It’ll knock your socks off it will. 
Lets not ignore this kind of thing guys.  Fall asleep at the wheel and we might wake up with sharia law and your wives in burkas. Alright I may exaggerate just to make the point.  The old belief that some things couldn’t happen here (UK and USA) aren’t so firmly believed anymore.  Never know ppl.  It’s where the left will bring us.

Geert Wilders: on trial for telling the truth

There is nothing hyperbolic in stating that a trial which has just started in Holland will have unparalleled significance for the future of Europe. It is not just about whether our culture will survive, but whether we are even allowed to state the fact that it is being threatened.

The trial of Geert Wilders has garnered hardly any attention in the mainstream press here. Fortunately the blogosphere can correct some of this.

Wilders is a Dutch MP and leader of Holland’s fastest-growing party, the Party for Freedom. Just a few years ago he was the sole MP for his party. The latest polls show that his party could win the biggest number of seats of any party in Holland when the voters next go to the polls.

His stances have clearly chimed with the Dutch people. They include an end to the era of mass immigration, an end to cultural relativism, and an end to the perceived suborning of European values to Islamic ones. For saying this, and more, he has for many years had to live under round-the-clock security protection. Which you would have thought proves the point to some extent.

Now the latest attempt of the Dutch ruling class to keep Wilders from office has begun. Last week, apparently because of the number of complaints they have received (trial by vote anyone?) the trial of Wilders began.

The Dutch courts charge that Wilders ‘on multiple occasions, at least once, (each time) in public, orally, in writing or through images, intentionally offended a group of people, i.e. Muslims, based on their religion’.

I’m sorry? Whoa there, just a minute. The man’s on trial because he ‘offended a group of people’? I get offended by all sorts of people. I get offended by very fat people. I get offended by very thick people. I get offended by very sensitive people. I get offended by the crazy car-crash of vowels in Dutch verbs. But I don’t try to press charges.

Yet, crazily, this is exactly what is going on now in a Dutch courtroom. If found guilty of this Alice-in-Wonderland accusation of ‘offending a group of people’, Wilders faces up to two years in prison.

If anyone doubts the surreal nature of the proceedings now going on they should simply look through the summons which is available in an English translation here It shows that Wilders is on trial for his film Fitna. And for various things he has said in articles and interviews in the Dutch press.

Now some people liked Fitna and some people didn’t. That’s a matter of choice. But by any previous interpretation it is not the job of courts in democratic countries to become film-critics. In fact it would create a very bad precedent. I thought the latest Alec Baldwin film stank. But I don’t think (though the temptation lingers) Baldwin should go to prison for it.

terror attacks by herding civilians …. ROP … as practised by mass killers.

I don’t think much of the ppl in that part of the world. They’re ignorant, they’re filthy and I want no part of them. I especially want no part of their dark age religion.  But this photo and the story that goes along with it kinda rattles my cage.  Ya have to feel sorry for that kid. So now, no mother.  What happens to her? And who treats her emotional shock?  What most likely will happen in time and not too much of that, she’ll be married off and you can guess the rest.
Hell of a great religion those folks enjoy huh? 

I’d seriously like to know why it is these mass freeken murderers are referred to as “militants” as though they’re part of some freedom fighting unit or have some vague legitimacy.  They are butchers plain and simple and I’ll repeat again what I’ve said before.  They enjoy their work.  They like killing and now they have a religion to hide behind or at least make the bogus claim they are doing their god’s work. What crap. Even they know better.  This is their version of Monday Night Football.  They get off on it.  Worse yet, someway, somehow we (the west) will be blamed.  The excuse being of course that we invaded muslim lands yadda,yadda.  And the wimpy hand wringers on the left will make the case that it’s all Bush’s fault and evil America, blah,blah.  And idiots on college campuses will join in while behind the scenes, the mass killers snicker and plan the next atrocity.

I feel sorry for the poor kid here.  She is an innocent, for now.  Another scenario. The bastards will convince her that she should become a suicide bomber to avenge her mother.  That’s not out of the question as we already know they have used kids.  The cruel side of me says good. They won’t breed. But I know how uncivilized that is. It puts me on their level.  I don’t like that feeling.

Her bloody face twisted in a cry of despair and fear, a young girl cradles the body of her mother in the middle of a Karachi road.

She can’t stop staring at the mess of her mother’s intestines, spilled out along the smoking, debris-strewn street.

Her eyes are dead with shock. They were supposed to be safe.

The pair had already survived one bombing in Pakistan today. They were at a hospital in Karachi, being treated for their wounds, when a suicide bomber blew himself up right in the middle of the ambulances.

The blast blew clothes and sandals off nearby victims. Ten people, including the mother, died as plume of white smoke rose over the hospital.

They had been deliberately targeted by militants, who knew that survivors from the first attack would be taken to the Jinnah hospital.

The cruelty of the sick ‘herding’ tactic by militants is breathtaking.

How Do You Say “Kangaroo Court” in Dutch?

We’ve covered this outspoken critic of islam before but at the moment, things not going that well for our side.  Seems the very PC Dutch ar quite happy to gag one of their own ELECTED politicians and give their country away to the islamists.  If that’s really the case, what the heck did they fight the Germans for?
Nothing I have read on the subject and I confess I haven’t read everything, indicates that the Dutch are very happy with events there. Unfortunately for them, their country is in the hands of the left.  They are concerned about immigration and they are worried about militant islam. In fact, many are just plain bothered about islam period, militant or not.  Some have “quietly” said it has no place in their culture. I think the Dutch who said that have already moved out.

So anyway ... Geert Wilders is on trial.  More like the Inquisition minus the burning then a trial. But you guys MUST read this to get a feel for how scary this actually is.  Especially from muslim authorities.

The Amsterdam District Court apparently doesn’t want to hear the truth about Islam. Nor is it interested to hear the opinion of top class legal experts in the field of freedom of expression. In one swift move, the Court brushed aside fifteen of the eighteen expert-witnesses the defence had requested to be summoned.

Only Hans Jansen, Simon Admiraal and Wafa Sultan were allowed to be heard as expert-witnesses. Their testimony will be heard in a session behind closed doors. Apparently the truth about Islam must remain a secret.

Geert Wilders: “This Court is not interested in the truth. This Court doesn’t want me to have a fair trial. I can’t have any respect for this. This Court would not be out of place in a dictatorship”.
The Court also brushed aside the preliminary objections concerning its jurisdiction and the admissibility of the Public Prosecutor.

Nevertheless, Geert Wilders remains extremely motivated to seek justice: “I’m still counting on an acquittal”.

It’s obvious that the Dutch government wants Geert Wilders out of the way, and doesn’t much care how it happens.

In bygone days the Queen might have murmured to herself, “Who will rid me of this troublesome blond?” And then, to please his monarch, some eager courtier would have dispatched Mr. Wilders to meet his maker.

But today’s tactics have to be different. First the government demonizes the head of the PVV, eroding his official legitimacy and making it seem as if he almost deserves a violent end. Then it puts him on trial on trumped-up charges, and declines to provide the same courtroom security for a member of parliament that it gives to Islamic terrorists.

Even if you have never been involved in a criminal prosecution wherein your very freedom is at risk, I want you to now imagine that you and your attorney have prepared a defense that includes a list of witnesses that will provide a mountain of exculpatory evidence.  Then, imagine that the Court summarily and arbitrarily decides that it will not listen to nearly ninety percent of your case.

“This court is apparently not interested in the truth.” Wilders told De Telegraaph (translations from Gates of Vienna). “I cannot conclude anything but that the court does not award me a fair trial.”

“I have no respect for this,” Wilders added. He pointed out that in a typical criminal case there are often dozens of witnesses heard.

But this is not a typical trial. This is a rigged game, a fixed fight, a show trial that is premised not on Dutch law but on Islamic law. Indeed, the trial of Geert Wilders is a test case for sharia in the Netherlands, the grafting onto a free Western country the repressive cage of Islamic rule.

Discussing Muslim progress against “Islamophobia” at the 35th meeting of foreign ministers of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) in Kampala, Uganda in 2008, Secretary General Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu made the following statement:

In confronting the Danish cartoons and the Dutch film “Fitna”, we sent a clear message to the West regarding the red lines that should not be crossed. As we speak, the official West and its public opinion are all now well-aware of the sensitivities of these issues. They have also started to look seriously into the question of freedom of expression from the perspective of its inherent responsibility, which should not be overlooked.

Yes, and to the craven point where “the official West and its public opinion” are paralyzed and silenced by these same “sensitivities.”

They have also started to look seriously into the question of freedom of expression from the perspective of its inherent responsibility, which should not be overlooked.

When the OIC speaks about “freedom of expression,” it means freedom of expression as governed by the laws of Islam — sharia. When the OIC says we in the West have “started to look seriously into the question of freedom of expression from the perspective of its inherent responsibility,” it means we in the West have started to regard expression from the perspective of sharia — from the perspective of the totalitarian Islamic system.

So here’s some unwashed creep with a name nobody outside his own country can pronounce ( Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu), and he’s telling the west how things are gonna be.  And so far, a lot in the west seems to be caving in.

I’m not even supposed to be here at the moment. I can’t begin to explain the work I’m involved in between passports (and an American Embassy that could be a bit more helpful. heaven forbid we can’t have that.) and computer stuff urgently needs doing, continue the precess of trying to clear out the house of unwanted items, the list is forever.  So I thought I’d try and get caught up on things. Or as caught up as I ever get which is hardly ever completely.  I caught this over breakfast and said to myself, self, you HAVE to post this interesting thing or you’ll lose it or forget it. In fact, this is only one of two stories, the other is one of those RCOBs.

Jerusalum is lost! Fly, fly for your lives! July 15, 1099, and the Holiest City is at last in the hands of the Crusaders.

Piles of heads, hands and feet lay in the streets.’

The City of Jerusalem, holy to Jews, Christians and Muslims alike, was turned into a slaughterhouse.

‘There was so much killing that our men waded up to their ankles in enemy blood,’ boasted one warrior for Christ.

Another observer, less impressed, wrote of ‘the very great and cruel slaughter of Saracens.

‘They spared absolutely no one’.

The massacre was accompanied by voracious looting. Bloodshed, greed, gold and the Christian faith weren’t mutually contradictory to the medieval mind.

For many, it was a religion of unfathomable violence and mysticism.

Yet as historians point out, the Crusades are often subject to serious misrepresentation.

Left-liberals have shown themselves peculiarly eager to accept a standard Islamic view of the Crusades as episodes of unprovoked Western aggression against peaceful, tolerant and vastly more civilised Muslim lands.

Ex-Python Terry Jones’s television history of The Crusades was an outstanding example of this, as was Ridley Scott’s movie Kingdom Of Heaven. Bill Clinton even apologised for them. But does this make any sense?

(Hey wait. Clinton said sorry for Crusades? He did? When?  I don’t remember that. If he did, what an ass. Total jerk if true. Even he couldn’t be that stupid. Could he? Yeah generally I know the feeling being no fan myself but this seems like a new dumb low. Don’t know why I never heard about it. ??)

It is vital to understand that, before the Crusades were ever dreamed of, Islamic armies had struck many times at the heart of Europe.

Jerusalem itself was never ‘conquered’ initially by Christianity or the West, of course: Christianity simply grew there, spread by preaching.

But it was conquered by the armies of Islam in 638, erupting out of the Arabian peninsula armed with scimitar, shield and, above all, a fanatical new faith that urged them to perpetual jihad with all unbelievers.

By 715 they had conquered most of Spain, and soon they had got as far as Northern France, only stopping with their defeat at Tours by Charles Martel.

Shortly afterwards, the Caliphate of Jerusalem ordered all Jews and Christians to bear a special symbol on their hands - the first instance in history of such a measure.

Another Muslim army ravaged France in 848 two years after they had attacked Rome, sacked St Peter’s itself and extorted promises of tribute from the Pope.

In 850, Caliph al-Mutwakkil forced all Christians and Jews in his territory to affix wooden images of devils to their houses, and to wear only yellow garments to mark them out.

And a century later, Muslims went on a rampage through Jerusalem, plundering and destroying both the Church of Calvary and the Church of the Resurrection

In this same century before the Crusades, Muslim armies captured Crete, Cyprus and Sicily.

Under Caliph al-Hakim in the early 11th century, thousands of churches were destroyed throughout the ancient Christian heartland of the Middle East, and when the Seljuk Turks captured Jerusalem in 1077, just 22 years before it fell to the Crusaders, they too massacred some three thousand inhabitants.

All these Islamic attacks on the West occurred before the First Crusade. Some scholars even argue that the very idea of ‘holy war’ was learned from the example of Islam on the march.

Of course, nothing justifies the hellish atrocities of 1099.

And once the Crusades were raging, atrocities were common to both sides without distinction.

Indeed, the great Muslim leader Saladin still enjoys a reputation for chivalry, in contrast to the brutish Europeans - yet this wasn’t always the case.

After his great victory at Hattin in 1187, he followed to the letter the instructions of the Koran.

‘When you meet the unbelievers on the battlefield, strike off their heads.’

On Trial for Telling the Truth: Free Speech vs Political Correctness in Holland.

Oh boy, there’s lots here on the subject of islam, the Wilders trial in freedom loving Holland, and the text for the prosecution persecution against him. (well they used to love freedom till the muslim immigrants taught em “to hell with freedom.”) Which it looks like the Dutch have taken to heart. Or at least the govt. has.

No way to post it all here, there’s so much. But ALL of it is eye opening and all of it is of interest.  Especially the official document/summons to court of Wilders for having the nerve to speak out and tell the truth as he sees it. Lets not forget, Holland is the country (I have read) that gave the world political correctness.  So it isn’t any surprise that they are going after this one man.

As we all know, the bravest man in Europe is on trial for telling the truth. This matter is obscene, and, according to Bruce Bawer, “surreal,” in part because Holland prides itself on its tolerance and commitment to free speech. Ah, but the Dutch do not mean “truth speech” because in the picturesque land of tulips and windmills, not all of Orwell’s pigs are equal. Truth is relative, subjective, ever-changing. Thus, if something is true but that truth offends the most reactionary Muslims — then it is not protected speech; in fact, it is criminalized.

How low can these Dutch dhimmis go?

I have been privileged to meet and hear Dutch Parliamentarian and possible future Prime Minister, Geert Wilders, speak in New York City. Together, with other invited guests of the Hudson Institute, we watched Wilders’ short film, Fitna, which shows terrorist scenes of devastation around the world — we have all seen them on the nightly news. Fitna also has real mullahs reading aloud from the Qu’ran — reading passages that in all truth are contained there. The film, accompanied by a brilliant musical soundtrack, allows us to connect the dots. It does not preach so much as “show.”

I have to be gone in about a half hour but can’t leave without sharing this lunatic decision.  Seems some idiot Brits in positions of some authority are bound and determined to screw this country up even more then it is. You’d think they couldn’t do more damage, but apparently not as there’s always room for more mayhem and more ways to, “sock it to fellow Brits.” And hey, when it’s done in the name of Allah ... well ....

Iraqi who killed two doctors must stay in Britain to safeguard HIS human rights

A crazed immigrant who stabbed to death two doctors has won the right to stay in Britain - because he would be a threat to the public if deported to his homeland.

A judge has ruled that sending Laith Alani back to Iraq would also be a breach of his human rights.

Alani, 41, is likely to be released in the near future.

Been a hard day , yesterday too.  Can’t find passport.  Not lost. It’s here.  In fact, in a very small room.  But I moved it some months ago and now can’t find the damn thing.  Why didn’t I simply return it to where it had been stored for five years where I always knew where I could lay hands on it?

Muslim police in ‘hatred’ warning: Anti-terror tactics ‘promote Islamophobia’, say officers.

Couldn’t let this one pass and just have to comment on it as well.  Can’t wait to hear what the White Christian Police Officers Association has to say on the subject.  Oh wait a minute. Never mind.  Those folks don’t have one of those as it might appear to be, well you know. Anti something and racist.

Muslim police officers have warned that the Government’s anti-terrorism strategy is an ‘affront to British values’ and encourages Islamophobia.

No Sirs.  What causes that big word is the attitude and the actions of the many followers of that highly political faith.

The National Association of Muslim Police (NAMP) told MPs that far-Right organisations were a greater threat to national security than Islam.

Well, since there’s only one nationally well known “far right” party here I must assume they are talking about the BNP.  The British National Party.  So far though, I haven’t noticed anyone from the BNP flying planes into buildings in the name of Jesus.  And I haven’t noticed any Christians calling for a return to the inquisition for non believers.  That seems to be the forte of a goodly number of your own co-religionists.
Sure, I could be mistaken but it does seem to me that almost every time someone coverts to islam, they seem all fired up to blow something up.  And all in the name of ?  I’d say the word but don’t want to be taken for someone who is islamphobic.

The hatred towards Muslims has grown to a level that defies all logic and is an affront to British values.  ‘The climate is such that Muslims are subject to daily abuse in a manner that would be ridiculed by Britain, were this to occur anywhere else.

Oh come on. As practised by muslim hate preachers I’d say the public at large was being very logical and maybe too tolerant.  Try and sell that to the victims of the tube bombings a few yrs ago.

But Muslim officers believe the Government is wrong to blame Islam as the main ‘driver’ of terrorist activity. Muslim officers may be reluctant to take part in ‘hearts and minds’ anti-terrorist campaigns in the future.

Ah. Got it at last.  The main driver of TERRORISM just has to be .... drum roll ....  The Damn Jews. Who else? It’s a Jewish/Western plot to discredit, you know. I can’t say it though.
I don’t see the non-Christain public, muslims excepted, planting bombs in the subways or on buses or trying to blow planes out of the sky.  Once again, your people have the market cornered on that commodity.

Most of Europe and the UK were doing well enough before the great influx of radical muslims were forced on them.  Things do not look as though things will improve much.

Holland … a place where your observations about a particular religion lands you in court.

Personally, I think Wilders is a hero.  His mistake, if you want to call it that, was to be openly critical of the ROP.
This is the man who for a time was denied entry to Britain because of his outspoken views.  Everyone and including the Dutch apparently, tip toe around muzzies and their religion like they’re walking on eggshells.  I guess they are. But there is a solution to this insidious problem.

The Wilders trial: Torquemada would be proud

Any one who still claims that the trial against Geert Wilders MP, leader of the Party for Freedom (9 seats in Parliament and 27 in the polls), which starts on the 20th of January, is not a political process: get a grip.

Accused by the Dutch ‘Openbaar Ministerie’ exactly a year ago for insulting Islam, comparing the Koran to Mein Kampf and delivering hate speeches, the coming trial against Wilders suddenly got a Kafkaesque and potentially murderous twist. Finally, seven days before his first day in Court, all fangs were out and faces off.

“It is irrelevant whether Wilder’s witnesses might prove Wilders’ observations to be correct”, the ‘Openbaar Ministerie’ stated, “what’s relevant is that his observations are illegal”.

(So it’s come to that has it?  The freedom loving Dutch govt. can now prosecute (and persecute) a person for their “observations.")

Unexpected and breaching court procedures the detailed indictment of 21 pages, which Wilders received on the 4th of December and sums up in verbatim all of his Islam and Koran critique in interviews and Fitna, was amended with new accusations of racism against muslims and Moroccans. On top of this, Paul Vellerman, the public prosecutor of the Amsterdam Court decided that the Wilders trial had to be regarded as “an ordinary trial open for public and with a normal procedure, which doesn’t deserve the Department of Justice’s highly secured bunker. His is a normal case and we’ll treat it as such”.

It’s sad to note that Mohammed Bouyeri, the murderer of Theo van Gogh, and Volkert van der Gaag, the assassin of Pim Fortuyn, were tried in this specially designed bunker, but that Wilders has to rely on his personal bodyguards and full metal jacket to ward of terrorists. No safe room for him, which recently secured Kurt Westergaard and his granddaughter, but for months on end the vulnerability of a sitting duck.

To a connoisseur of the classic art of Dutch political murder, revived in 2002 with the assassination of the deliberatedly unprotected and demonized Pim Fortuyn, this twist of fate comes, however, as no surprise. The ‘Openbaar Ministerie’ had to do something. Presented with much aplomb in January, already on the 10th of March it turned out that the case against Wilders had one crucial weak spot: it might not hold in Court.

For in a comparable case the Dutch High Court acquitted a Dutchman of his earlier conviction of ‘Group-insult’ of Muslims. He had been sentenced to jail for hanging a poster in front of his window that stated: “Stop the cancerous growth named Islam”. The High Court ruled that “if one insults a religion, one doesn’t automatically insult its believers”.

Gerard Spong, one of the lawyers who lodged complaints against Wilders, was quick to stress, however, that the case against an MP was far more complex than a poster: “Wilders is certainly not off the hook”. But to most professors in Law the High Court ruling proved that Wilders would win with his hands down. Ybo Buruma, a highly influential professor in Criminal Law at Nijmegen University concluded on the 11th of January 2010 that “the prosecution of Geert Wilders is a very nice exercise, but is utterly pointless for it will not lead to a conviction”.

Traditionally with such a High Court ruling and severe scholarly critique the ‘Openbaar Ministerie’ wouldn’t fail to reconsider and dismiss charges. But already a year ago the Wall Street Journal had immediately grasped that “Muslim-immigration [was] eroding traditional Dutch liberties”, forcing Dutch Law into a radically new course of censorship. Observing that Wilders’ critique of Islam outraged muslims around the globe, the Journal chided: “If freedom of speech means anything, it means the freedom of controversial speech. Consensus views need no protection”.

The Wall Street Journal must have been either clairvoyant or hysterically well informed: Paul Vellerman, Amsterdam’s Court public prosecutor, and Birgit van Roessel, the Court’s second public prosecutor, who’re both heading the trial against Wilders, also both are working for the National Expertise Centre Discrimination. This Centre is the leading organization of the ‘Openbaar Ministerie’ to track down “crimes of expression and speech”. The Centre was responsible for lodging complaints against cartoonist Gregorius Nekschot.

MUSLIM EXTREMISTS FINED, BUT THE PUBLIC PAYS COZ THEY’RE ALL ON BENEFITS.

Outside the court, they defiantly declared: ‘The taxpayer paid for this court case. The taxpayer will pay for the fines too out of benefits’.

And ya know what?  They aren’t wrong.  This pile of dung masquerading as real life humans are ALL on benefits with compliments of the Brit taxpayer.

One of the many things I find hard to understand is their claim that they are exercising a right of free speech, while carrying banners and poster that

read the hell with freedom.  I know they’re incredibly stupid life forms but it amazes me they can’t see just how dumb that appears to the world. Of course I realize I demand too much of them.  My fault, not theirs.  I expect them to exhibit something human when they so obviously are anything but.
Like this ..... pathetic looking idiot.  In case you can’t see it on your monitor, it read, “freedom can go to hell.”

This fool doesn’t seem to understand that without freedom, he couldn’t carry a sign in public that makes him look any dumber then he already is.
These jerks aren’t really all that concerned about what’s happening in muslim countries. If they were, they’d go there and most of us wish the hell they would. But hey ... no benefits to speak of where this species come from ( under most any rock ).  And try carrying a sign that would question religion or war or state policy.  Orf with ees ed.  And still, the west puts up with this sub-human species and placates and pleases and pays benefits to. The list is almost endless. 

And talk about appease and placate and bend over backwards.  The group refused to stand when the judge entered court and she did NOTHING!
Read this article and see what reason was given for allowing them to get away with that.  Of course, if the defendants were real humans well, you can just imagine.

A group of Muslim extremists who screamed ‘rapists’ and ‘murderers’ at British soldiers went unpunished yesterday - and called their conviction ‘a badge of honour’.

The five were given conditional discharges for shouting ‘baby killers’ and ‘terrorists’ and waving placards at hundreds of soldiers returning from Iraq.

Outside court they were surrounded by a mob of supporters and boasted they would do the same again, saying they wanted to see sharia law in Britain.

The men, all of whom are on benefits, were each ordered to pay £500 in costs towards the prosecution. Outside the court, they defiantly declared: ‘The taxpayer paid for this court case. The taxpayer will pay for the fines too out of benefits’.

Surrounded by other followers of Islam4UK - the group led by so-called preacher of hate Anjem Choudary - they said they would protest again.

Their backers waved a banner saying: ‘Islam will dominate the world. Freedom can go to hell’.

Some of the group members were linked to an egg attack on Tory peer Baroness Warsi when she visited Luton two months ago.

The peer - who was hit by at least one of the eggs - faced a group of shouting protesters telling her that she was not a proper Muslim. No one was charged.

During their six-day trial, the men argued they were exercising their right to freedom of speech and had been telling the truth about the conduct of British forces in Iraq.

They were part of a demonstration against the 2nd Battalion Royal Anglian Regiment, who were marching through Luton after returning from Iraq.

The protest sparked a hostile stand-off with angry members of the public who had been cheering the soldiers.

Yesterday at Luton Magistrates’ Court, five of the group were found guilty of using threatening, abusive, insulting words and behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm and distress to others.

They were Sajjadar Choudhury, 31, Munin Abdul, 28, Jalal Ahmed, 21, Yousaf Bashir, 29, and Ziaur Rahman, 32, all from Luton. Two others were acquitted.

Although the offence carries a maximum fine of £1,000, the five were merely given a conditional discharge for two years by District Judge Carolyn Mellanby, which means if they are found guilty of anything else this conviction will be taken into account.

The protesters had refused to stand for the judge as she entered and left court. But she yesterday said she did not wish to ‘set a precedent’ by charging them with contempt of court because of this.

After the trial Munin Abdul, who was found to have called the soldiers ‘terrorists and murderers’ and said they would ‘burn in hell’, said: ‘We won’t stop speaking the truth, even if they think they have made an example of us.

‘This case was political, and we have been made scapegoats to pacify the public. We knew we were being offered as sacrificial lambs. But I see our convictions as a reason for us to carry on in our calling.

FRANCE WILL BAN THE BURKA.  An insult to fashion is an insult to France.  Vive la France!

French draft bill to fine burqa-wearing women

PARIS — Muslim women who wear the full Islamic veil in France will face a possible 750-euro (1,000-dollar) fine, according to a draft bill unveiled Thursday by the leader of the parliamentary majority.

THE STYLISH AND WELL DRESSED MUSLIM LADY OF 2010 is wearing the traditional black sheet but giving a nod to design, displays some gold pattern on her up to date dress for a casual look.  This also doubles in these hectic times as formal wear or maternity wear. A real fashion plate is our lady.

Jean-Francois Cope, who heads the governing UMP party in the National Assembly, told Le Figaro newspaper’s weekly magazine that men who force their wives to wear the burqa or niqab could face an even heavier fine.

“The law will address an issue of security,” Cope said in an interview with the magazine.

“The proposed measure would prohibit the covering of the face in public places and on the streets, with the exception of special cultural events or carnivals.”

The draft legislation will be presented in the next two weeks and should come up for debate in parliament after the March regional elections, he said.

The majority leader, who is also openly campaigning to succeed President Nicolas Sarkozy as the right-wing candidate for the presidency in 2017, said the burqa must be banned to defend women’s rights.

“We can measure the modernity of a society by the way it treats and respects women,” he said.

France’s political establishment is divided on whether to ban the burqa, with the opposition Socialists this week saying that it opposed a law even though Muslim women must be discouraged from wearing the full veil.

The burqa debate has heated up ahead of the release at the end of the month of a much-awaited report by a parliamentary panel that has conducted six months of hearings on the issue.

Many politicians from the left and right have cautioned that a draconian law banning the head-to-toe veil would be difficult to enforce and probably face a challenge in the European rights court.

Sarkozy himself has said that the burqa is not welcome in France but has not stated publicly whether legislation should be enacted.

Critics argue that a specific law enacted to ban the full veil would be tantamount to using a sledgehammer to swat a fly. Only 1,900 women wear the full veil in France, according to the interior ministry.

In the interview, Cope argued that a law would act as a deterrent by sending a “clear message” that France will not allow women to fully cover themselves.
