Infighting Begins
Democratic Senator Joe Biden says John Kerry was a pussy during the last campaign and that’s why he lost ....
In Kerry’s first comment, made during an interview with a Milwaukee television station, he criticized Bush for missing an opportunity to kill bin Laden at Tora Bora, as he often had during the campaign. But, not long after that, Kerry spoke to the press, saying, “As Americans, we are absolutely united in our determination to hunt down and destroy Osama bin Laden and the terrorists. They’re barbarians, and I will stop at absolutely nothing to hunt down, capture, or kill the terrorists wherever they are, whatever it takes, period.”
Biden, apparently, did not actually reach Kerry until that night, so Kerry made this statement without Biden’s help. In any case, Biden failed to recount the dénouement; leaving it out better served the point of his story, which concerned the troubles that faced the Kerry campaign and, by extension, the Democratic Party—a party that Biden hopes to see revived. It was then, Biden went on, that he realized Kerry would lose the election.
“That night, I got off that trip, from Scranton, I got off the plane, Wilmington airport, only private aircraft, get off, pick up a phone, call a local place called the Charcoal Pit before it closes. They have great steak sandwiches and a milkshake. Triple-thick milkshake. And I hadn’t eaten. I’m going to pass it on the way home. They’re literally sweeping the floors. A woman, overweight, forty years old, a little unkempt, had a tooth missing in the side, not in the front”—he showed his flashing white teeth, to demonstrate—“walks up to me to give me my steak sandwich. ‘Senator Biden, I’m so glad you’re here. I’ve got a problem.’ And I take out a piece of paper, maybe Social Security for her mother, and she said, ‘I heard you’re for Kerry.’ And she said, ‘You’re so strong and he’s so weak.’”
Biden looked at me, to make sure I understood what he seemed to think was a point of considerable nuance. “I’m gonna tell you why I’m going to vote for someone,” he said, addressing the woman of the story. “Look, you’re working here tonight. If the Republicans have their way, you won’t get paid overtime. When you stay here tonight, you’re already closed. Besides that, what they want to do with your health care.” Then he quoted what the woman had replied: “But you’re so strong, and he’s so weak. And President Bush—he seems strong.”
At the same time, a top adviser to Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton thinks fellow Democrat John Kerry ”ran what was basically an inconsistent campaign‘’ for president last year ....
The Kerry campaign had “a different message every two or three weeks,’’ Ann Lewis, director of communications for Clinton’s political action committee, told the Forward, a weekly New York City-based newspaper aimed at a Jewish audience.
Lewis is quoted as saying the Kerry campaign “kept trying to rationally convince, to put a presidency together, line by line, plan by plan.’’
She said people “don’t vote for plans, they vote for presidents.’’
Translation: What they’re saying is that John Kerry is a gutless, piece of shit with no message, no plan and no clue about how to be President as well as constantly waffling on issues.
All that’s left now is for Teresa Heinz-Kerry to admit that hubby takes Viagra and it doesn’t help. It’s almost time to stick a fork in Kerry ‘cause he is definitely DONE.
Hmmmmmmm .... I’m pretty sure Vilmar and I just spent the last year delivering the exact same message .... over the protests of these same Dummycraps. Does this mean we can now sue them for plagiarism? And while we’re at it, if they’re changing their tune about Kerry now, does that mean they’ve been lying to us for over a year? Inquiring minds want to know ....
VILMAR NOTE: Allan beat me to the punch. I was going to post these two stories also but I have a different angle (in addition to everything Allan said which is right.)
Think about it. These are two prominent dummycraps. Three guesses what they are doing and the first two are wrong. Go ahead.
Give up?
Positioning themselves for runs in 2008 while simultaneously distancing themselves fromFuckface.
Whaddya think?

Uh-Oh! Here comes 1984!!
Israelis are looking at passing a law that bans the use of the word “Nazi.”
For example, to use it while calling someone a Nazi could mean a 7 year jail sentence!!!
Yet I am certain that to call someone a “mother fornicator whose best bits dribbled down his mother’s legs and that his sister prefers getting it on with donkeys while urinating on the Torah or Bible” will be OK.
How long before they start re-writing books by removing the word “NAZI” because it is offensive. How long before, when reading something aloud from a book or paper that has the word “nazi” in it, you are carted off to jail for offending “someone’s” sensibilities?
Look, what happened to the Jews leading up to and during WW II were atrocities of a magnitude we sometimes fail to understand. Even more atrocious to me is how so many willingly allowed themselves to be led to slaughter.
But we are 60 years past that. Will this be the new Jewish equivalent of the term “slavery” our Blacks can’t seem to let go of?
OK, let the shitstorm begin! I am ducking and covering now.

The Koffing Anus Speaks
The Koffing Anus Speaks
UN Secretary General Koffing Anus recently stated that Syria must comply with the removal of its troops from Jordan and do so in accordance with a predetermined timetable.
OOOO-OOO-OOO-OO-OO-OO-O! I’ll bet the Syrians are pissin’ their pants right about now. Especially considering this latest anal exhalation from the Koffing Anus is based on a Resolution passed over a year ago, Number 1559.
And we all know how well the rest of the world adheres to any UN resolution. Just ask Iraq, France, Germany, Russia, et.al.
Having learned from their previous failures, this time the UN has no “or else” clause in UNR 1559. So Syria can obey it or not. Hell, do whatever you feel like fellas! The toothless UN won’t make you suffer repercussions unless it is death by boredom at having to listen to them debate how they will do nothing for hours/days/weeks/months on end. Enough to cause anyone serious head injuries from bashing their heads onto their desks when they nod off.
In more United Nations news (what a useless piece of shit organization---just in case you did not know where I stood on this)
Hundreds of women and children are attacked and raped by UN Peacekeepers.
The punishment for these “peacekeepers”? One gets fired. 6 get suspended.
What a great life, huh? A government job that pays many times more than most of these assclowns would ever get in their own country; great benefit; a health plan; retirement; the right to carry guns and.........
best of all.......................
all the free young poontang you can ever get (at gunpoint, natch, because you probably couldn’t get laid anywhere else.)

Weird Bits, Strange Bits
America’s size is being challenged by Euro-peons! Well, sort of. In Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Greece, Malta and Slovakia the size of men’s waists are larger than in the US.
And to think, we did it with our fast foods!!!
Hell, I always knew there was more than one way to skin a cat when it came to getting rid of those pesky Euro-peons. Now, if we are smart we will not nationalize our health services which will allow us to overcome obesity and the Euro-peons, having socialized medicines, will never be able to compete and their citizenry will start dropping off like flies of heart disease, diabetes, etc.
Pretty slick, eh?
Geez!! Some guys are just never satisfied.
You attend a college. Women are available for the taking, literally throwing themselves on the guys. Sex is basically on demand. Hell, don’t like women? There are guys that’ll bite the pillow for you.
How desperate is that?
Ahhhhh!!!! Nothing like a little natural selection and cleansing of the gene pool to cheer your day up.
Take a pond. Insert alligator. Have neighbors feed it. Alligator grows to almost 9 feet long. You go play in the pond.
BAM!!!! You become gator chow.
I can’t say I disagree here. Take this scenario: a person knows a neighborhood is bad yet they insist on walking through it at night alone, flashing jewelry and cash, wearing expensive clothes...and when they get mugged will then sue the city for not protecting them and say, “I have a right to walk through there dressed as I want and expect safety.”
How many times do we say, “you moron! You should know better than to do that.”
Well, the kids in Denmark are saying the same thing about women who dress in short skirts, low-cut blouses, and makeup are themselves to blame if they get raped.
OK, boys and girls, this one is all yours. Let’s hear it. Are the Danish kids right?

Re-Defining “Using and Abusing”
You are gravely ill. You need a kidney transplant or you will die. Your wife of 30 plus years gives one of hers.
You get better, feel better. You divorce your wife for a younger honey.
This is a case where the wife should be permitted to finish the job nature intended to do before the operation.
But in the end they deserved one another--they are liberal democrats! BWAH HA HA HA!!!!!
Then again, considering his new girlfriend is a “conservative”......... BWAH HA HA HA some more.

More On ANWR
If you want to know more about ANWR, how much oil is expected to be found there, what the proposed drilling area looks like (as opposed to those pictures of mountains and streams the enviro-wacko, tree hugging, Birkenstock wearing, patchouli smelling, dope smoking, long haired hippie types show you), then click here.
Let’s be clear. We WILL NOT see any of this oil for 10 years or more. But for every year we wait, that 10 years gets pushed forward again. So if we want to see oil somewhere around 2017, we better start now.
Also, did you know that futures prices are hovering at $57 a barrel right now?
The reason for this is that traders are concerned about supply disruptions causing a shortage in the future since most countries are maxxing out their pumping today. There is little slack in the system. Not much more can come out. The littlest disruption (Venezuela or Nigeria primarily as those are political hotspots right now but even the Arabian Gulf or Canada or Mexico) can be catastrophic.
Then you throw China into the mix, which by itself is already consuming a third of all production and increasing demand almost 8% per year---well, it’s a formula for a real shitstorm in prices.
Yet does anyone notice how the enviro-wacko crowd are not demanding China reign in its consumption? That they develop alternative fuels? That they increase their efficiencies?
That’s right. Only the US must do all that.
Drill, baby, drill!!!!

Proof Of Neglect From On High?
If you ever needed proof that the Federal Government is not interested in solving the illegal immigration mess, just read this.
I was not aware that the Social Security Administration tracked the validity of SSNs to W-2.
But they do. And every year about a million numbers get set aside in a pile for “further investigation” which never takes place.
Technically, every company hiring employees submits the W-2 info to the SSA. This data then somehow makes its way to the IRS. But if the number is bad, someone should be following up with the company to find out why and get it corrected. However, no one does.
You see where this is going, right? Companies know nothing happens so they hire illegals knowing their numbers are not good and further knowing no one will do anything about it.
But how about companies that have over 30,000 bad numbers per year? You can also see what’s going on here, too, right? One company? 30,000 bad numbers?!?!?!?!?!
Meanwhile, the Feds have this “bad company” data and do nothing. And illegals keep getting hired and stay in the US.
This one will piss you off. Especially when you get to the part about sharing this data between agencies and how everyone is running scared and not trying to violate any illegals’ rights.

The Ludicrousness Of Mass Transit
In Hernando County the moron county commissioners decided to start a bus system. Our county encompasses over 440 square miles---NOT a small county!! We also have less than 170,000 people living here. Do the math on density yourselves.
When riders increased to 200 per day they crowed how well it was working. And then added more busses. So far we have 4 busses running from about 7 in the morning to 6 at night or so. Also do the math on that one: busses, maintenance, garage space, drivers, substitute drivers, gasoline, pensions, salaries, health care costs, etc. With about 250 riders a day at about $0.50 each................hmmmm, quite a deficit, huh? One day’s ridership does not pay the salary and associated costs of ONE driver; much less the other three and associated related costs.
So in effect, for a county of less than 170,000 we pay over $100,000 from county tax dollars plus almost a million per year from federal dollars (still OUR tax dollars) so that about 130 DIFFERENT/UNIQUE people (assuming most go round trip) can take a bus!!!
Fuck! It’d be cheaper to buy these bastards a car and be done with it.
AAAARRGGHH!!!
Along those lines read what a novel proposal P.J. O’Rourke has for solving mass transit ridership problems (it’s towards the end!)

How Well Do You Know Squeezy Perfumey?
The other day I posted about a great opportunity the Republicans had for increasing their numbers in the US Senate in 2006 given the retirement of Sarbanes.
I also mentioned that Squeezy Perfumey would run on the Dummycrap ticket.
Want to know more about him?

Why Won’t We Ever Learn?
Here we have 82% of American people saying they want a straight “up or down” vote on judicial nominees and we have media-hog dummycraps blustering about how they will stall all business on the senate floor if the Republicans go “nuclear” on any effort by the Donks to filibuster judicial nominees.
Well, if it takes stopping the senate from doing business, that is a good thing. These assholes already pass enough bad bills as it is. Having them stalemated is good.
But, going back to the title of this post, we never seem to learn, do we? Why do we keep re-electing these moonbats? They don’t listen to the electorate, they get in their Ivory Towers and think they can do whatever they want--especially if it is to the detriment of the nation.
One last thing: caveat emptor. I have not been able to find the poll questions for this poll nor the range of people called.

The Supreme Court Gets ‘Borked’
Do you remember a judge named Robert H. Bork. Sure you do. His last name entered our vocabulary as a synonym for a process of allowing partisan politics to keep good men off the Supreme Court. Here’s a refresher course from his bio for those who slept through the 1980’s: In 1987, President Ronald Reagan nominated him for associate justice. While universally acknowledged as an accomplished scholar, lawyer and judge, his nomination became a battleground for American culture wars over the meaning of the Constitution. Then-Chief Justice Warren Burger said of Bork, “I do not think in more than 50 years since I was in law school that there has ever been a nomination of a man or woman any better qualified than Judge Bork.” The (Democratic-controlled) Senate ultimately voted against confirmation, and Bork’s failed nomination became a synonym for the infiltration of highly partisan ideological politics in the judicial selection process.
Judge Bork is currently a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute, professor at Ave Maria Law School, and visiting professor at the University of Richmond Law School. He has written an excellent editorial for The National Review (requires subscription) about the Supreme Court’s recent decision to prohibit the death penalty for those under the age of 18. In the process he raises some very interesting questions and takes Justice Kennedy to task for his “international guidelines” argument. Since not all of you subscribe to The National Review (what a shame), I am posting this excellent article here in its entirety. Here is an excerpt that makes an interesting point ....
Retribution was discounted on the theory that young killers, apparently without exception, are less culpable than presumably more thoughtful adult murderers. This from a Court that finds teenage girls sufficiently mature to decide on abortion without parental knowledge or consent?

What Went Wrong?
![]() | Back in 1971, before the start of World War IV against the Arabs, the price of a gallon of gasoline was about 30¢ per gallon. Now, prices at the pump have climbed over $3 per gallon, an increase of ten times. Also, back in 1971, I was fresh out of college and earning about $16K per year. Nowadays, I am earning ........ HEY WAIT A MINUTE! My salary hasn’t increased ten times over. What is going on here? I demand an answer from Congress and Exxon today. Inflation, my ass! Somebody is ripping me off here! And while we’re on the subject, why is it that back in 1971, I didn’t need insurance to buy a $35 bottle of anitbiotic pills but today, even with insurance coverage, I have to pay a $20 co-pay (and a $230 monthly insurance premium) and without insurance I have to pay $200 for that same bottle of antibiotic pills? In addition, back in 1971 a “Mexican” was some foreigners who got their asses kicked at the Alamo. Nowadays, a “Mexican” is that family down the street who pays no taxes, drives an uninsured car, collects welfare, gets free medical care and has a meth lab in the back yard? Would somebody please tell me where all this went wrong? |

Not that very many people ever read this far down, but this blog was the creation of Allan Kelly and his friend Vilmar. Vilmar moved on to his own blog some time ago, and Allan ran this place alone until his sudden and unexpected death partway through 2006. We all miss him. A lot. Even though he is gone this site will always still be more than a little bit his. We who are left to carry on the BMEWS tradition owe him a great debt of gratitude, and we hope to be able to pay that back by following his last advice to us all:
