***One final note: apparently some people in Tennessee did not find this humorous when an employee forwarded this as an email to some co-workers. She now faces disciplinary action. Her higher-ups call it an “innapropriate message!”
What the FUCK?!?! Inappropriate? What’s inappropriate about the TRUTH, asshole?
Here’s my take: these people who complained are a bunch of apologists with nothing better to do than become offended at something or other. They’d probably also line up to act as defense counsel for Saddam Hussein. Yes, she was wrong to use company resources to do this but if we punish her for that, then anyone who forwards or sends ANYTHING unrelated to company business on any company computer should also get disciplined.
