MEMPHIS TN: A man was reportedly set on fire in a vacant lot Tuesday evening. He was found by another man, who called police.
The victim has still not been identified, but he was brought The MED in extremely critical condition.
Memphis police received a call to 717 Glankler Street where the burned man was found on the ground in a vacant lot shortly before nightfall.
Investigators combed the area.
Ellis Dewald says he came across the victim and called police. He says the man was burned from the waist down.
“I ain’t ever seen nothing like that in my life. I don’t know what made them do something like that,” said Dewald. “That’s torture. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to die like that.”
A Memphis man remains in the hospital at the burn unit after police say he was set on fire. Authorities identified two suspects wanted for the crime.
Police say the man suffered injuries to most of his body.

The victim was burned over 60 percent of his body and was initially hospitalized in extremely critical condition.Arrest warrants have been issued for both Glasper and King charging the pair with one count each of criminal attempt first degree murder.

Prior arrests meant Memphis police already had mug shots on file for 26-year-old Robert Glasper and 19-year-old Renard King. Police identified the two Thursday for allegedly being responsible for a horrific crime two weeks ago.
Police at this point think they have identified the burned man. No details on that yet.

Looks like one group of these gorillas in the mist have started their own personal aid fund.
Sorry. I should not have used that expression. Most unfair and I’m sure the Gorillas would not like the comparison had they the gift of speech. Funny though how some undeserving species do.
So here it is 8 months into 2013 and folks are still raising funds and spending good money in this place. I guess silly white people will still be doing it a thousand years from now. By then however, they may not even be all white. Might be a cross between the two as the brainwashing of made to feel guilty white folks which has been going on for generations, takes hold and produces mostly black and brown and all shades of same. Then nobody will have to feel guilty anymore, but this part of the world will remain exactly as it is now. Or perhaps worse as the whites become blacks and everything just falls apart.

Gunman launched a roadside ambush on 14 British private school pupils on an aid trip in Africa, firing AK47 rounds above their heads and threatening them with machetes.
‘We will kill you!’ the men shouted at the youngsters before rifling their bags and making off with money, cameras and mobile phones during the hold-up in the Tabora region of Tanzania.
During the 90-minute ordeal group leader Angela Daly was assaulted, while her husband George, 64, was kicked in the head.
Their local guide was stabbed in the back before the robbers fled.
But the group of 14 pupils, aged 15 to 18, and two staff from £4,000-a-term Cranbrook School in Kent were said to be ‘shaken’ but uninjured following the robbery last month.
A police escort was assigned to them for the remainder of the four-week trip by the regional police commissioner, headmaster John Weeds said.
Although the pupils were given the option of flying home after their ordeal, they all agreed to carry on.
Mrs Daly, a former headteacher, praised the pupils’ bravery. She told The Sun: ‘All of us thought they’d kill us but the students - eight boys and six girls - were incredible.
‘There was no screaming or hysterics and they handed over the money. You don’t resist when someone’s pointing a gun at you.
‘Afterwards, they did admit a lot of prayers were said.’

The British High Commission in Dar es Salaam was told about the incident, which Mr Weeds said would not deter the school’s pupils from travelling to east Africa again.
Mr Weeds said: ‘The vehicle was not targeted, and there were a number of other local people in the same queue of traffic involved. It wasn’t just about the students.
‘The students were fine. There is no accounting for the emotional effect of such an episode as that is difficult to diagnose, but they came back in high spirits.
‘We will review what happened but we are very enthusiastic about sending our students to the developing world. It’s a very valuable way of broadening horizons.
‘It gives some experience of a completely different environment in a controlled way.
Oh it was controlled okay. By the guys with the guns.
And as for broadening horizons, ha. This seems a hell of a way to do that.
The article goes on to claim the school has been helping in this part of the world for 30 years.
Gotta be a joke there somewhere.

No, they happen 10 or 20 or more times. EVERY SINGLE DAY. And now here is today’s story of random murder of White people by groups of young Black males ...
SPOKANE, Wash. - WWII veteran Delbert Belton survived being wounded in action during the Battle of Okinawa only to be beaten and left for dead by two teens at the Eagles Lodge in Spokane on Wednesday evening.
Belton, 88, succumbed to his injuries Thursday morning at Sacred Heart Medical Center.
Witnesses say Belton was in the parking lot of the Eagles Lodge at 6410 N. Lidgerwood, adjacent to the Eagles Ice-A-Rena, around 8 p.m. Wednesday when the two male suspects attacked him as he was about to head inside to play pool.
Police responded with K-9s to track the suspects’ scent but were not able to locate them.
“It does appear random. He was in the parking lot, it appears he was assaulted in the parking lot and there was no indication that he would have known these people prior to the assault,” Spokane Police Major Crimes Detective Lieutenant Mark Griffiths said.
Belton died from his injuries Thursday morning at Sacred Heart Medical Center.

Spokane police are looking for two male suspects in the attack. They said the suspects are African Americans between 16 and 19 years old. One suspect was described as heavy set and wearing all black clothing. The other was described as being about 6 feet tall and 150 pounds. There was no description of what clothing the second suspect was wearing other than a silk do-rag.
The mainstream media has been sweeping this problem under the rug for years. It isn’t news; Black on Black and Black on White crime, senseless unprovoked murder, is so common that they don’t even notice. Hell, if they had to cover it there wouldn’t be room for any other stories. But on the rare occasions it goes the other way, even when it’s a White Hispanic on the ground defending himself from becoming another one of these non-stories, then THAT is national news. And cause for outrage. And all the rest of that garbage.
I’m tired of that. So now I’m noticing. And posting. So I must be a racist too.
Fine by me.

Toldja so. A month or so ago my wife “had” to take her ‘03 Sentra Spec-V into the shop to get the camshaft position sensor replaced. Although I’d looked it up online and found it was a simple repair and a reasonably priced part, she had the service station mechanics down the road do the job. Ok, fine, less grease on my hands. My bit of online research showed me that this is a very common part failure on these cars; eventually oil seeps in and shorts the thing out. The crankshaft position sensor is the exact same part as the camshaft sensor, so it’s always best to replace them both. If one goes, the other is going soon. Nah, there’s nothing wrong with the other sensor, she decides, I’ll just have them do the camshaft one.
Yesterday the crankshaft sensor goes blip and her engine shuts down. 10 minutes later, it starts right up and she gets home. I’ve got one of those engine code readers, so I plug it in and it comes back P0335, crankshaft position sensor malfunction.
So today she took my old buggy to work, my ‘97 Satrun SC-2 with a quarter million miles on it. The car she hates. The smelly old car which always starts and runs, no matter how much the rest of it rattles, jounces, vibrates, has no power, no brakes, a really noisy fan, blah blah blah. So I have to drop hers off at the shop and walk most of a mile back home uphill. Hey, the exercise will do me good. I just hope the weather clears up some more so there’s no chance of rain when I go down there.
I really shouldn’t complain. You have to expect some repairs as cars get older, and hers just turned 100K the other day, after 10 years. Still ... toldja so!

A&R Thursday, Badger Edition
The “A” part ...
A badger has led German archaeologists to a stunning find of medieval warrior graves, complete with one skeleton still clutching a sword and a wearing snake-shaped buckle on his belt.
Scientists are now examining the burial site where at least eight people were buried. Artist and voluntary monument maintenance man Lars Wilhelm said he was watching badgers near his home in Brandenburg, north Germany, when he realized they were digging into an ancient grave.
He said he had been watching the progress of an enormous badger sett for five years. “My wife and I - we are both sculptors - wanted to put artworks in there.”
But this was now out of the question, he said. “The bones changed everything,” he added.
The Berliner Zeitung newspaper said Wilhelm called the experts as soon as he realized the animals had dug up bones. Archaeologists moved in and expanded the work of the badgers, freeing up eight graves, two of which were of noblemen.
“These are late Slavish graves,” said Professor Felix Biermann from the Ernst-August University in Göttingen, who is leading the dig in the Uckermark Stolpe area. He said they dated from the first half of the 12th century AD.
“Apart from these last heathen Slavs, the whole surrounding area was already Christianized. It’s special because these rulers still had their independent heathen beliefs.”
The warrior graves were particularly exciting. The skeleton of one man, aged around 40, was complete with a two-edged sword, and a bronze bowl at his feet.
“At the time such bowls were used to wet the hands before eating,” said Biermann. “The bowls would a sign that a man belonged to the upper classes.”
He added that the warrior also had a bronze buckle with a snake’s head, which probably came from Scandinavia. His grave also contained an arrow head.
“He was a well-equipped warrior. Scars and bone-breaks show that he had been hit by lances and swords, and had also fallen from a horse.”
Badgers ... almost as awesome as yoga pants.

The world is on track to become up to five degrees hotter, and sea levels could rise more than 80 centimetres this century, according to a leaked draft of a landmark climate change report prepared for the UN.
There is now a 95 per cent likelihood human greenhouse gas emissions are driving changes being observed globally, which in recent weeks have included extraordinary heatwaves in Asia and Alaska.
That degree of certainty has been revised up from 90 per cent in the last report in 2007, 66 per cent in 2001, and just over 50 in 1995. A sea level rise of up to 82 centimetres, which would have serious impacts on coastal cities everywhere, is now ‘’unequivocal’’, Reuters reported.
So let’s tax the daylights out of any country with white people in it, to obtain billions to fight this menace, while completely ignoring asking the Turd Word - with 1/2 the world’s population, diversely brown, black, and yellow people (China, India, Indonesia, and almost all of Africa) - to do as much as not burn a single twig less. I was already fairly familiar with the last two centuries of history in the Levant, but Benji puts in a huge amount of detail on the birth of Zionism than I was unaware of. Where his premise goes after that, I’ll have to read through and find out. But I can guess. Meanwhile, here are two from a famous Israeli comic strip guy ...
President Bashar Assad’s forces pressed on with a military offensive in eastern Damascus on Thursday, bombing rebel-held suburbs where the opposition said a chemical weapons attack the day before killed over 100 people.
The government has denied allegations it used chemical weapons in artillery barrages on the area known as eastern Ghouta on Wednesday as “absolutely baseless.” The United States, Britain and France have demanded that a team of U.N. experts already in Syria be granted immediate access to investigate the site.
Syrian opposition figures and activists have reported widely varying death tolls from Wednesday’s attack, from 136 to as high as 1,300. But even the most conservative tally would make it the deadliest alleged chemical attack in Syria’s civil war.
The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said it had no word on casualties in the Thursday morning bombing of eastern Ghouta. It said Syrian warplanes conducted several air raids on eastern and western suburbs of Damascus, including three that took place within five minutes.
Wednesday’s alleged chemical weapons attack left scores of children dead, their lifeless bodies appearing in amateur videos wrapped in white cloths, their pale skin unmarked by any wounds.

Duncan, Oklahoma: Chris Lane was murdered as a part of a gang initiation, according to James Johnson, the father of a boy who was also allegedly targeted by the three youths accused of killing Mr Lane.
Police have not commented on the claim, though court documents confirm the accused were eventually arrested in front of the boy’s home.
In their car, police say they found a shotgun and the .22-calibre revolver they believe was used to kill Mr Lane, and a cache of ammunition.
Oh good, the pistol was found after all. Fingerprints baby. GSR on the shooter’s paw. Lock him up and throw away the key.
Mr Johnson told Fairfax Media that the three youths had been trying to recruit his 17-year-old son, Chris, into a gang, and that Chris had refused.

From inside the home, Chris rang Mr Johnson and said he had received a death threat from the accused boys, who he knew from school, via Facebook. As he put his mobile phone away, Mr Johnson saw the three youths, whom he has known all their lives, in a black car in the middle of the car park.

Court documents filed by police confirm that Mr Johnson called police to tell them three armed youths were in front of the home at 7.05pm, some four hours after Mr Lane was shot dead, and that officers were dispatched to the car park where they arrested the three accused.But the documents also show that police believe that the .22-calibre revolver they allege was used to kill Mr Lane was by then hidden in the car’s air intake, while a second weapon, a shotgun, was disassembled.
“I don’t think it was an initiation – I know it was an initiation, my son told me it was an initiation,” Mr Johnson told Fairfax Media.
White House spokesman ‘not familiar with’ Chris Lane murder
Josh Earnest, principal deputy White House press secretary, said he was not familiar with the murder of Australian jogger Chris Lane during Wednesday’s White House briefing.
When asked by Fox News chief White House correspondent Ed Henry about the Chris Lane case, Earnest responded, “I’m not familiar with it, actually.”
Henry explained the case in brief to Earnest looking for reaction to the Oklahoma shooting death of Lane at the hands of “bored” African-American teens who thought it would be “fun” to kill somebody.
“This sounds like a pretty tragic case. I wouldn’t want to get ahead of the legal process here and it’s clear that law enforcement officials are involved and are investigating,” Earnest said. “But any act of violence is something that — the president I think himself has spoken pretty eloquently about violence in our communities and he stood at this podium a few weeks ago where he talked about his concern about the impact that violence is having on, in particular, young people in this country.”
Henry pressed Earnest, noting that the President spoke about slain teen Trayvon Martin in the Rose Garden and in the briefing room.
“Why hasn’t [the president] spoken out about this? In this case, you said there was a judicial proceeding. There was one in the Trayvon Martin case. He spoke out extensively on that one,” Henry said.

What nonsense this is. People who screw up in a criminal way deserve what they get. If they were not dishonest, if they weren’t thrives to begin with, they would not find themselves in the position this Paliswine did. What a scag.
This rights thing has really gotten way, way outta hand. And countries like this one are prime suckers for the bunco artists.
To make things even worse if that’s possible, this was all funded by the Brit taxpayer.
Why is it that these folks never end up getting an acid bath? They live charmed lives. Nothing ever seems to happen that’s bad enough to this sort of life form, that makes other vermin think, “whoa” . “Maybe I better not go there. It ain’t safe for my kind”.
But no, it’s open doors and when you foul up there’s always the hard put upon Brit as back up to your plight. Sheesh. What a system.

A failed asylum seeker and convicted fraudster has been awarded £36,000 of taxpayers’ money in compensation for being held in a detention centre.
Nemah Shehadeh used public funding to launch her claim for damages over the 19 months she spent awaiting deportation, which she said was a breach of her human rights.
The 58-year-old previously served a jail term for fraud after trying to use a false passport to leave Britain.
Shehadeh lives in taxpayer-funded accommodation in Glasgow and comes from Palestine, but apparently does not hold citizenship of any state.
She arrived in the UK in 2002, using what she said were valid documents issued by the government of Jordan.
However, she stayed in the country after her visa expired, and in 2005 she was caught trying to leave Britain using a fake French passport.
After being convicted of using a ‘false instrument’, she was sentenced to four months in prison and was due to be deported.
Although she claimed asylum, her bid to stay in the UK failed, and in 2008 she was flown to Jordan.
Authorities in the Middle Eastern country refused to let her in, so she was returned to the Dungavel detention centre in Lanarkshire for 19 months until granted bail.
Shehadeh claimed that the detention was ‘unlawful’ and breached her human rights - and now a judge ruled in her favour, awarding her £36,000 of the £100,000 she demanded.
Speaking at the Court of Session in Edinburgh, Lord Tyre said that officials had ‘grossly overestimated’ the chances of the asylum seeker going on the run, and ruled that she should have been released as soon as it became clear that it would be difficult to deport her.
In his judgement, he wrote: ‘I have reached the view that during the months following receipt of the Jordanian Embassy’s advice on 2 July 2008, a fair-minded assessment balancing the prospect of the petitioner’s successful removal against the risk of her absconding ought to have led to the conclusion that the respondent would not be able to effect deportation within a period that was reasonable in all the circumstances.
‘I accept that the respondent was entitled to take some time following receipt of the Jordanian advice to complete its review procedure and in particular to obtain official or perhaps ministerial authorisation of conditional release.
‘I also bear in mind, however, that this case concerns an individual whose liberty had been restricted and I consider that it is reasonable to expect the matter to have been addressed with some expedition. I do not regard it as reasonable that by mid-October 2008, no decision had been communicated.
‘In all the circumstances I consider that the petitioner’s detention had ceased to be lawful by the end of August 2008. Given that she was released on bail on 27 August 2009, I hold that she was unlawfully detained by the respondent for a period of one year.’
Too darn many breaks and rights handed out to ppl who willfully do wrong. No wonder this place is a magnet for the type. Oh boy, just can’t wait for Jan. when the new ones arrive in a flood.

Another Day, Another Non-Hate Crime

Shot in the back of the head while out jogging in a good neighborhood, Chris Lane was dead by the time EMS arrived.
All three teens are being charged as adults. Triggerman Luna and Edwards charged with 1st degree murder; driver Jones charged with “ use of a vehicle in the discharge of a weapon and accessory to murder after the fact”
Can’t be a hate crime, since one of the killers is possibly half white, right?
Three teenage boys were charged in the killing of an Australian university student in Oklahoma “for the fun of it,” prosecutors said on Tuesday
Christopher Lane, of Melbourne, was found dead of a gunshot wound on Friday, according to police in Duncan, Oklahoma, about 80 miles south of Oklahoma City.
“They followed him, shot him in the back and drove off,” Duncan, Okla., police chief Danny Ford said yesterday. “When asked why he [a 17-year-old suspect] did it, he said, ‘We were bored and decided to kill somebody.’ ”
According to police, Jones admitted that the teens decided to kill someone “for the fun of it.”
Charged with first-degree murder are Chancey Allen Luna, 16, and James Francis Edwards Jr., 15. Michael Dewayne Jones, 17, who allegedly drove the vehicle carrying the other suspects, was charged with use of a vehicle in the discharge of a weapon and accessory to murder after the fact, according to the Stephens County District Attorney’s office.
Police said Jones named Luna as the gunman.
Lane was out jogging during a visit to his girlfriend and her family in Duncan on Friday, when he was shot in the back, police said. He attended East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma, where he was on a baseball scholarship.
Police said a witness called 911 when she saw Lane stagger across the road and fall.
A .22 revolver was the weapon used, and it has not yet been recovered.
The teenagers accused of murdering Melbourne baseball player Chris Lane were dobbed in [Aussie for “dropped a dime on”, ie he called the cops] by a local who claims his son was the trio’s next target.

James Johnson, 52, called the police to tell them that the accused killers were hiding in the car park of the Immauel Baptist Church car park at about 5pm, two hours after they allegedly shot Lane.“My son called me and said, “They’re saying they’re coming to kill me,” so I called the police and they got here within about three minutes,” Johnson told the Herald Sun.
Chief Ford said the teens had no motive other than to “make a name for themselves,” and were on their way to another house to murder a second, unrelated victim when they were arrested.
“I think they were on a killing spree. We would have had more bodies that night if we didn’t get them,” said Ford.
They posted a message on Facebook prior to Lane’s killing: “bang, two drops in two hours.”
Lane’s death has rattled the quiet town of 24,000, where Ford said he couldn’t recall the last time there was a murder.
“I don’t think we average one [murder] a year,” he said. “Basically, we’re a rural Oklahoma community.”

Sorry Tim, you’ve got it wrong. This is a culture thing, not a gun control thing. There is not one state in America, not even “wild west” Oklahoma, where any of these “children” could have obtained or possessed that pistol legally. Nor the shotgun found in the trunk of their car. I don’t know how or why I missed this last week. But I did, and it appeared in the paper today.
So naturally when I saw her well ..... I just HAD to go back to my trumpet ladies again. This time, just the one I missed. I’m certain there are lots of others too, but this one was you might say, placed right under my nose. Or in this case my eyes.
So she is eye candy for this evening ..... and also a pro with a horn.

Permalink • SCHOOLS, UNIONS, YOUR KIDS AND THE FUTURE
For American readers who wouldn’t be familiar with it or him, UNITE is a union and is led by a fellow referred to as, “Red Len” and for good reason.
How about having a bust of Lenin on your desk? Think that might be a clue? Ok, so now ya know if you didn’t before and are new.
Now I can understand any organization that wants to enroll more members. Natural thing to do.
But til today I had not heard of a drive by a union to bring certain kinds of literature (call it what it is, propaganda) into the schools.
I am not referring to pamphlets or info explaining why unions exist. No, no. This is taking things to a new and different level.
Take a look and see for yourself, see what you think. For myself I must tell you, anything to do with unions is close and personal. I had an experience once I won’t ever forget, and while even before that I didn’t care much for them, after the event, my hate grew beyond all way to express it. Well on second thought I suppose I could have expressed it, but I’d be writing this from prison had I really expressed my true self at that time and place. Was always sorry I didn’t do something but I was young and with not much experience. A really frustrating thing is knowing other people know what you are saying and do not doubt you, but themselves are powerless for many reasons that have nothing to do with you, to do anything about it.
So anyway .... I despise the bastards. And that’s putting it pretty mildly.
Organize and learn how to protest. Become ‘activists.’ And oh yes, make sure that business people are seen as evil exploiters of the masses.

Pupils could be given lessons through watching videos on how to make placards, oppose local businesses and fight plans for privatisation.
Videos have even been produced which encourage children to defy school rules.
But, despite the videos being freely available online, the production company that helped create them does not want their name published and Unite have refused to grant permission for it to be shown on the Mail Online.

The Mail Online has contacted both Unite and the production company to comment on why they do not want the video published here and are awaiting their response.
Unite – run by left-wing firebrand Len McCluskey – has joined forces with the main teaching unions the NUT, NAS/UWT and the Association of Teachers and Lecturers to get the material into schools.
Five videos teach ‘strategies for public protest’ and ‘how organised protest is an effective way of ensuring change takes place’.
The videos show a group of cartoon teenagers protesting against a fictitious company’s plans to ‘take over’ the town of Tethergo – an anagram for ‘together’ – and its ‘big plans to privatise the entire area’.
The children are shown campaigning to save a closure-threatened community centre from laughing businessmen.
When they fail, lesson plans prepared by Unite urge teachers to think about how they might make protests more threatening.
Children are asked to think of ‘five things you could do to push the protest further.’
They are then urged to make their own placards and ‘consider emotive language used to write letters of complaint’.
Unite also recommends that ‘teachers may wish to create a display of finished protest placards’.
Incredibly, the union also wants children to undermine the authority of their head teachers.
Staff following Unite’s guidance should ask pupils to ‘Think of anything that is unfair in your school. Does anyone make the rules to suit themselves?’
One of the videos asks teachers to read out a quotation from Martin Niemoller – a German pastor who risked his life opposing Hitler.
Niemoller is famous for his poem which starts: ‘First they came for the Communists and I did not speak out because I was not a Communist’ and includes the line, ‘Then they came for the trade unionists.’
Last night head teachers and Tory MPs described Unite’s plans as ‘reprehensible.’
Nigel Adams MP said: ‘This propaganda is almost North Korean. It might be acceptable in the schools of Pyongyang, but not in Britain.
‘These cack-handed attempts to pedal trade union ideology in schools would be funny if it wasn’t so dangerous.’
Mike Griffiths, head of Northampton School for Boys, said: ‘If anyone even remotely suggested it where I work they would get short shrift. The notion of encouraging children to undermine teachers is reprehensible.’
Peter Kent, head of Lawrence Sheriff School, a boys grammar school in Rugby, said he would only consider allowing the subject in lessons if it was balanced.
‘If it was part of a lesson about history and the teacher wanted to explore how people used public protest I can see a legitimate angle,’ he said.
‘But they would have to make sure it covered both sides of the argument with respect for authority figures.’
Christian May, spokesman for the Institute of Directors, denounced the negative depiction of businessmen.

Deep down I do not believe that the Brits will accept this kind of ruling from the European court. My guess is they will argue it and finally ignore it. They could I suppose challenge it in the EU court. But whatever happens I think it very unlikely that the Brits will cave in to this kind of insanity.
I believe there are people in this world who can not ever be reformed, rehabilitated or saved. They are pure evil. Which of course doesn’t mean they are all stupid and do not know how to manipulate the system to their advantage when they can. That the system so often fails us all and gives in to those venomous creatures when they do, is more the fault of weak kneed criminal system than it is of the vermin. It’s no different than a business taking advantage of all the legal tax loopholes provided.
This particular bleeding heart, hand wringing lefty sob, is well beyond my meager command of the language.

A multiple murderer has become the first Briton to challenge his ‘life means life’ tariff following last month’s controversial ruling by European judges that it breaches human rights.
Arthur Hutchinson, jailed for stabbing a wealthy couple to death after breaking into their home on the night of their daughter’s wedding, then killing one of their sons and repeatedly raping another wedding guest, has launched the appeal to the European Court of Human Rights.
The 73-year-old was handed a whole life tariff nearly 30 years ago and was told he would die behind bars.
The Strasbourg court ruled last month it was ‘inhuman and degrading’ for prisoners to face death in jail.
The initial case was brought following an appeal by three killers including Jeremy Bamber, who shot dead five members of his family in 1985.
Some 49 prisoners are currently in British jails serving whole life tariffs.
Justice Secretary Chris Grayling said: ‘I have repeatedly made clear how profoundly I disagree with the recent ruling by the European Court.
‘Our judges should be able to tell those who commit the most heinous crimes imaginable that they may never be released.
‘To be told this breaches human rights is absurd - and an insult to those who wrote the original Human Rights Convention. What about the rights of the victims and their families?
‘I continue to strongly believe that whole life tariffs are appropriate for the worst murder cases. This is why I want wholesale reforms to our human rights laws.’
Hutchinson is going back to Strasbourg in an attempt to have his sentence declared a breach of his human rights. While his case could be ruled on by the court, any parole application could not take place unless the Government changes the law.
Previously under UK law, whole-life tariff prisoners had no possibility of a parole review or release. The sentence was reserved for offenders judged to be the most dangerous to society.
But, following an appeal by three killers, European judges ruled that a tariff which forces murderers to die in jail was ‘inhuman and degrading’ and proposed that cases should be reviewed after 25 years.
The killers who launched the challenge were Jeremy Bamber, who shot dead five members of his family in 1985, Douglas Vinter and Peter Moore. The most recent murderers to receive a whole life tariff are Mark Bridger, who killed five-year-old April Jones, and Dale Cregan, who murdered two police officers.
The Government has already been asked to provide an official response to Hutchinson’s claim, which could lead to a full hearing next year.
Dominic Raab MP, who is campaigning for human rights reform, told the Daily Telegraph: ‘You couldn’t get a better example of a case where “life should mean life”.
‘UK democratic accountability over our criminal justice system is yet again being threatened by the insatiable appetite of the Strasbourg court.’
Hutchinson broke into the home of Basil and Avril Laitner in Dore, Sheffield, in October 1983, armed with an eight-inch knife.
His trial heard that he killed Mr Laitner, 59, a solicitor, and his wife, 55, whom he stabbed 26 times, hours after the family had celebrated the wedding of their daughter Suzanne.
Hutchinson also killed their son Richard before leading an 18-year-old woman at knifepoint to the marquee in the garden where the reception had been held, tying her up and raping her.
The judge ruled that Hutchinson should serve 18 years, but then Home Secretary Leon Brittan later ruled he should face the whole life tariff.
I don’t understand the original judgment of 18 years. I think that judge meant this animal could appear before a parole board and seek freedom. Something apparently the socialist court in Strasbourg think is reasonable.
And just so the reader knows,
Hutchinson had already brought a challenge against his sentence in the British courts. But five years ago a Court of appeal turned him down.
You can see why his only hope is the court in Strasbourg. And as I said at the beginning, I see little chance of that happening.

ok .... here’s one for you science/biology buffs to ponder. But don’t ask me because; naturally I am prejudiced and I grow worse with each passing year and have been doing so for awhile. My knee jerk reaction is what you might expect it to be, if you know me and many here do. But even someone as close to Himmler as I have become, and that isn’t something I aspired to, even I have to stop and think about things sometimes. Not too often though cos I don’t wanna lose my way. If we say the hell with it and hang em both to be certain, what happens to other folks who may be on our side of political things? Like, if two of any of you were twins that couldn’t be told apart and were banged up for some serious crime, would I have the same knee jerk reaction? Very doubtful.
So in addition to being prejudiced, I guess I find now I am also unfair. Oh wow. I don’t like that last one.

A pair of identical twins have appeared in court charged over the rape of a woman as prosecutors cannot tell them apart.
Mohammed and Aftab Asghar were arrested after DNA evidence taken from the scene linked the alleged crime with one - or both - of them.
Prosecutors have charged both of the two lookalike siblings as they are unable to tell which one of them is the supposed sex attacker as even their DNA is the same.
Police officers and Crown Prosecution Service were continuing their investigation to try to determine whether they should continue to pursue the case against both men.
The pair, aged 22 years, were expected to enter pleas when they appeared alongside each other in the dock at Reading Crown Court, Berkshire.
However, prosecutor Sandra Beck requested more time for the Crown to pursue particular lines of enquiry.
She said: ‘It is an unusual case.
‘They are identical twins. The allegation is one of rape.
‘There is further work due and there is an indication which would tend to support that one was not at the location.
‘It may mean that only one of the defendants faces trial.’
No details were divulged about the circumstances of the alleged offence, which is alleged to have occured on November 5, 2011.
She confirmed a trial date had already been set for the pair for December 2.
Mr Recorder Laurence West QC, hearing the case, said told the defendants: ‘This matter is listed for trial on December 2.
‘I am going to continue your bail. The conditions are exactly the same as before.’
He ordered them to continue living and sleeping at their address in Reading, Berkshire, to report to Reading Police Station three times a week, not to contact the complainant and not to go to a particular village in Berkshire.
