Aww, aren’t they just too cute? Clip on plastic party snails for your cups. They make fun wineglass identifiers for parties, and they can hold your teabag string or chopsticks. Available in a dozen colors, a set of 6 costs $16. Which is $15 profit, but so what really. It’s snails on cups!

The internet. It’s infinite. Everything is out there, somewhere.

The Net Widens

Boston Bombings: 3 More Arrested

(CNN)—Two classmates of Boston Marathon bomb suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and a third person face federal charges in connection with the April 15 attack, federal law enforcement sources said Wednesday.

Boston police announced the arrests Wednesday morning, adding that there was “no threat to the public.” They were expected to appear before a federal judge Wednesday afternoon, U.S. government sources said.

The classmates—Azamat Tazhayakov and Dias Kadyrbayev—are both from Kazakhstan and had been in federal custody on immigration charges already, their lawyers told CNN. The third person arrested is a U.S. citizen.

The Kazakh students face charges of making false statements to investigators and conspiracy to obstruct justice, according to a federal law enforcement source with firsthand knowledge of the investigation.

All three are accused of removing items from Tsarnaev’s dorm room at the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth after the bombings, a law enforcement official who has been briefed about the arrests said.

Law enforcement officials believe they helped destroy evidence that might further implicate Dzhokhar Tsarnaev in the bombing by disposing of fireworks and his laptop, a U.S. government official said.

Two U.S. government officials said the charges involve illegal actions after the bombing. One official said Dzhokhar Tsarnaev contacted the three after FBI agents released photographs of Tsarnaev and his older brother Tamerlan and asked them to dispose of the items. The suspects said they did not know the significance of what they were doing, the official told CNN.

Another federal law enforcement official said two of three lied to the FBI when asked about whether they had seen the suspects or knew of their whereabouts after the bombings.

That official said the suspects threw out backpacks of fireworks from the dorm room, leading to a two-day search of a New Bedford landfill last week.

Tazhayakov and Kadyrbayev appear in a photograph with Dzhokhar Tsarnaev taken in New York’s Times Square during an earlier visit. They were taken into custody last month on charges that they had violated the terms of their student visas and had already been questioned by investigators on April 19, hours before Tsarnaev’s arrest, Kadyrbayev attorney Robert Stahl told CNN.

Federal law enforcement sources said at the time that the Kazakh students were being detained “in an abundance of caution” because authorities wanted detailed information on the Tsarnaevs’ movements in the weeks and days before the attack.

The three people arrested were connected to Tsarnaev, 19, the surviving bomb suspect, at the university and allegedly helped him after the bombing, a different source told the Globe.

The Boston police Web page said that three additional “suspects” had been taken into custody. It emphasized that there was no threat to public safety.

Harlan J. Protass, a criminal lawyer from New York who is representing Tazhayakov, confirmed today that Tazhayakov and Kadyrbayev were taken into custody.

May Day

Wreckers of the World, Untie!

Hey, it’s May Day. Thought I’d do something nice for the pinkos. Something classy, yet with underlying sarcasm.

Link in a nice YouTube video of The Internationale, with a background photo montage of famous commies and tyrants, from Trotsky to Tito to Che to Obama to Bloomberg.

And then write a couple paragraphs mocking the crap out of them, Pravda style - in People’s Free Republic of Crapistan, decadent proletariat humor mocks you! - then I changed my mind. Screw ‘em.

We already know who our enemies are. May Day merely serves as a small reminder that tyranny comes in all shapes and sizes, from nation-states to terrorists to knee jerk liberalism to unions. And perhaps the most insidious of the lot are the nanny staters, stripping you of your freedoms one small piece at a time over generations, creating an elitist, generational thugopoly to micromanage every aspect of your life “for your own good”, dumbing down the populace so much that they no longer understand that the most basic freedom is one of choice.

So let them wave their red banners. It shows us where to aim.

AN ATTACK FOILED, BUT ONLY BY CARELESS STUPIDITY. THIS TIME.

Very often these vermin look so much alike I can not tell one from another. Well, hardly tell.  They all do have one look in common.
As non humans. As a sub species who aren’t worth our sympathy or consideration.  They are born in sewers and are nurtured on the things to be found there.
But the west will continue to delude itself that these scum have rights of some kind.

They failed in this attempt. And the newspapers who seem to believe that the public’s “right to know” includes helping these lice by publishing in detail, ALL the dumb mistakes made be the would killers.  The MSM as a training ground.  Ok maaachhhhmoood. Spot the error? Well done, and you mooohambone. DId you notice the mistake made? You didn’t?  Well here. See page four of the local paper and do better next time.  Thank allah and the MSM for pointing this out.

The target this time was the EDL, English Defense League. And anyone who happened to be unlucky enough to be in the neighborhood.

Chilling arsenal of terrorists who targeted far-Right rally: Bomb gang were caught only because their car wasn’t insured

They arrived at rally at 4pm - only to find it had finished at 2pm

Extremists’ car stopped on their way home because it had no insurance

Vehicle is towed with a cache of weapons hidden inside

They had a nail bomb, two shotguns and swords - but they weren’t found at the compound for TWO DAYS

Group didn’t take mobiles with them on day of the attack to avoid detection

Jewel Uddin was involved in another bomb plot which could have been ‘bigger than the 7/7 atrocities’

By Arthur Martin

This terrifying collection of shotguns, knives and samurai swords was discovered in the boot of a car carrying six British jihadists who plotted to kill and maim hundreds of people.

A nail bomb packed with 458 pieces of shrapnel and parts for a pipe bomb were also found.

The gang had evaded the security services and their car was only searched after being impounded because the driver did not have insurance.

The terrorists plotted to detonate a bomb at an English Defence League rally, which would have caused hundreds of casualties, including police officers, bystanders and members of the far-Right protest group.

The terrorists now face lengthy jail sentences after admitting the plot – a protest against the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee – at Woolwich Crown Court yesterday.

The court heard that the men drove from Birmingham on June 30 last year to set off the bomb at the rally in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.

However, the meeting had finished early and by the time they arrived everyone had dispersed.

On the way back, the gang’s Renault Laguna was stopped by a policeman in a random spot-check on the M1. He impounded the car after discovering it was uninsured.

It later emerged that one of the terrorists had tried to insure it, but entered the wrong registration number on an online form.

The car was taken to a pound near Sheffield where it sat for two days until a worker found the weapons and ten copies of a note addressed to the Queen, David Cameron and ‘the enemies of Islam’.

How Islamic extremists were only foiled by chance

A series of coincidences saw the plan by Islamic fanatics to use bombs, guns and swords in a murderous attack on far-right extremists foiled.

The weapons and the bomb and more to read and to see are HERE.

whats it take to get arrested is not the question. it’s, whats it take to go to jail

Yeah really.  The first time time I read something similar to this I thought it could be a one off thing. Then it happened again. And then another time.

I think this is the 4th time in recent memory.  Now I do know ppl are being jailed because the papers report that. Maybe the papers report that because it is so unusual.

Take a look at this.  There should be a special moonbat made exclusively for this judge.

Paedophile who abused two girls aged seven and eight is spared jail - after judge says it would be unfair to HIS family

Factory worker Gary Karn sexually assaulted two girls while picking fruit
48-year-old from Norwich gets 18-month jail term suspended for two years
As well as the attacks, extreme and child pornography found at his home
Judge Mark Lucraft accused of ‘living in cuckoo land’ by family of victims

By John Stevens

A man who sexually abused two little girls as they picked fruit at his allotment has avoided jail because a judge ruled it would be unfair to the attacker’s own family.

Gary Karn, 48, inappropriately touched his victims, aged seven and eight, after inviting them into his greenhouse to help themselves to raspberries as they played at nearby allotments owned by one of their fathers.

But he escaped with a suspended sentence after a judge decided that it would cause ‘suffering’ for his family.

The father of one of the girls, who both had to give evidence to Norwich Crown Court, said the judge’s decision showed no recognition of the impact the assault had on his eight-year-old daughter.

‘He talks about the effect on the offender’s family, but what about the effects on my family?’ he said.

Father-of-three Karn, a food processing factory worker from Norwich, was found guilty of three counts of sexual assault against a child.

The court heard he invited the girls on to his allotment. He told them that he needed to brush spiders off them then put his hands up the top of one girl, and down the trousers of the other.

He was also charged with six counts of possession of extreme pornography and one count of possession of indecent photographs of a child.

Judge Mark Lucraft decided not to proceed with these offences but took them into consideration.

He gave Karn an 18-month suspended sentence, saying an immediate jail term would unfairly affect his family.

  3. Use every legal means to defend yourself in the event of real internal trouble, and, most importantly:
