Something I Can Fully Support

Who’s with me on this?

God, if it were only true!!!!

My only question is, “why wait?  Do it now and don’t stop until that whole area of the world is nothing but fused glass.”

Are Americans “Stingy?”

In another great piece by Larry Elder, we get some great facts and figures regarding America’s stinginess:

American government provided 35 percent of worldwide relief aid

American individuals, estates, foundations and corporations gave over $240 billion to charitable causes in 2003

more than 80 percent of Americans belong to a “voluntary association,” and 75 percent of households report charitable contributions.

73 percent of Americans made a charitable contribution in the previous 12 months, as compared to 44 percent of Germans, and 43 percent of French citizens

the average sum of donations over 12 months was $851 for Americans, $120 for Germans, and $96 for the French

49 percent of Americans volunteered over the previous 12 months, as compared to 13 percent of Germans and 19 percent of the French.

17% of all the contributions to the world bank were made by the US---one nation out of 184 in the group

He’s got lots more stuff some of which is related to GDP numbers, our military spending numbers compared to others, etc.

Check it out.

While you’re at it, check out Ann Coulter’s sharp-tongued attack on those who complain about our largesse (like Al “Fuckwad” Franken)

Bashing The Enviro-Weenies

These two articles warmed the cockles of my cold, cold heart.

We start with this introduction:

“Attempts by a wide array of environmentalists and scientists to link the recent Asian earthquake and tsunami to human-caused “global warming” are “abject rubbish”

And then add this which starts thusly:

A Science Magazine essay claiming there is a “scientific consensus” about human-caused “global warming” was ridiculed Monday by a British scientist, who compared such a “consensus” to the near-unanimous elections that existed in the old Soviet Union.

A Change Of Pace

Many have been the times I’ve advocated boycotting some store or movie or artist.

But today I will be different.

I recommend all of you who have never watched it (and reinforce to those that have) to catch this season’s episodes of “24.”

What a brilliant piece of TV.  THAT’S what TV should be about.  Not that pabulum “reality” shit or those lame sitcoms.

“Whyfore do I do this?” you may ask.

Because I’m the damned Benevolent Dictator and I told you so, damn it!  No, not really.  Read this article by Daniel Pipes. Great stuff.

“24” is not like that distortion called “Sum Of All Fears” released by Hollywood in 2002 which protrayed the terrorists as Nazis instead of Muslims.  We can’t offend those poor, widdle ragheads, can we?  “Who’s the cute widdle raghead?  Coochy, coochy, coo!”

I lost a lot of respect for Tom Clancy in having allowed that to take place.

I do not consider “24” as an offensive protrayal of Muslim terrorsits.  The truth hurts so suck it up.  It portrays them as the terrorists we’ve come to know.  Hey, the Twin Towers were not taken down by Nazis or rabid Episcopaleans, right?  Virtually every single terrorsit attack in the past decade has been by sheetheads.

It’s time they are portrayed for what they truly are--murderers, cowards, low-lifes, and deserving of summary executions when caught.

Who’s At Fault?

For days I’ve been reading about all these theories as to what caused the tsunamis.

We have barking moonbats in this country attributing it to nuclear testing in the pacific (therefore it is OUR fault) (link courtesy of FJBill) to Islamists who say we knew about it yet did nothing.

But nothing can top this one---the tsunami was caused by FORNICATION AND HOMOSEXUALITY!!!!

This one takes the cake.  But being an eternal optimist and understanding that even back during Vietnam places like Thailand and such were hotbeds of not just sex but any variation of deviant sex imaginable, there may be a silver lining to this cloud.

So I ask all of you to reconsider your positions on these matters and encourage in any way possible even more of this activity over there.  I believe that given how that area is also a hotbed for terrorism, we can only hope for more of this “perversity” in order to allow Allah’s justice to rain down (or sweep over them as a wave) to take out even more terrorists.  Yeah, yeah, there will be much collateral loss of innocent life but........as someone said long ago, “war is hell.”

Um hmmm, I know.  I’m a cruel and heartless bastard.  But that’s me.  I won’t change.  So love me for what I am.  grin Go on!  Really, I’m a pussycat (with sharp fangs and wicked claws.)

Teachers Getting Laid

Well, it’s getting to become a habit.  Female teachers seducing young boys.  Of course, the psycho-babble kings and queens are out there saying these boys will be permanently traumatized and require counseling.  As far as I am concerned what these boys will need is a shield from all the other boys demanding to know how they got so lucky, what it was like, whether she was hot in the sack, what kind of sex they had, how often in one night, etc.

Hey, they’re boys.

One in Texas.

Another in California.

Am I the only one who thinks, “I wonder what political party they are registered with?” I know I have no scientific proof but I’m almost willing to bet that if an investigation were done of people committing crimes that the majority would be democrats.

Oh, and one other thing.  Am I the only one who also wonders, “why couldn’t I have been that kid?”

Democrats Conspiring To Steal Elections

It’s bad enough to read what’s been going on in Washington state’s gubernatorial race but now votes seem to be materializing out of nowhere.  Recent investigations indicate consistent over voting in large counties (theoretically favoring Democrats who are predisposed to double vote and vote from the dead.)

It turns out the Dummycraps are also up to their tricks in North Carolina. Their actions are so blatant that even the liberal newspapers are screaming about it.  Now THAT’S got to be a first!

You should no longer wonder why I hate all things “democrat” and have so little respect for those who chose that party.

The Democratic Party Death Rattle

One of our readers got me to thinking and once that happens, there is no telling where it will end. In this case, it ended after three hours of research in the Congressional Records at the US Congress and an Excel spreadsheet that I had fun building. Here are the results of that research which clearly shows a trend in the US political landscape .... that being the long slide downward into the night for the Democratic Party. First, are the actual numbers, then the graphs of the seats held by each party since 1901. Two things jumped out at me: (1) the Democrats rode the Republicans ass all the way into the ground from 1930 to 1960 after blaming them for the Depression, and (2) after 1965 the Democratic Party has been slowly dying, in fits and gasps. The end is near. Is it any wonder the Democrats are getting desperate and acting more and more like it every day?

You can download the Excel spreadsheet from here. All numbers came directly from the US Congressional Record. Go look it up yourself if you mistrust your faithful reporter here. The links are in the sidebar under “Useful Government Agencies”.

Stop Digging For God’s Sake !

There’s an old saying that if you find yourself in a deep hole, the first thing you need to do is stop digging. Demotics* obviously haven’t figured this out yet. In the last fifteen years they have (1) elected a President who proved to be a moral disgrace to America, (2) lost control of the House of Representatives, (3) lost control of the Senate, (4) lost the last two Presidential elections by running candidates who made wooden stumps seem lifelike by comparison, and (5) have steadily lost more and more seats in Congress and Governships around the country than even they care to admit. To make matters worse the have befriended the Hollytics ** and other assorted rabble from the extreme Political Left, including the Acadatics ***.

They just keep digging their little hole (whole?) deeper and deeper and deeper and ....

Today, at 12:30pm I was at home at lunch watching Fox News (Linda Vester is a hottie!) when they cut away to Congress and this ugly fat old black woman with a humongous mouth stood up, threw out her chest as if she were daring Vice-President Cheney to ignore her and shouted out that she challenged the Ohio ballot count. Senate procedure allows for this and most of us were warned of this impending “foot-shooting” that the Democratic party was going to engage in. It turns out that both John Kerry and the Democratic Party tried their best to whistle in the dark through this ordeal this afternoon and pretend they had nothing to do with it (nothing more to see here, move along - these are not the droids you’re looking for, move along). It was pathetic and nationally embaressing to watch a once powerful political party spit up its peas and fling shit on the playroom walls. Pathetic, I tell you.

Anyway, after the Constitutionally-mandated two-hour discussion, the Senate and House voted and decided to ignore the challenge and the certification of the ballots went forward. For the record, the tally in the Senate was 74-1, with only batty Boxer voting to sustain it (John Kerry was overseas - what else is new), and as we write, the House vote stands at 263-32, with 135 members not voting. What did this prove? Not a damn thing, my friends. President Bush was declared the winner and that was that. All it did was give a few grandstanding bitch-freaks their moment in the camera’s eyes. For the record, this was perpetrated by Representative Stephanie Tubbs Jones (D-OH) and Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA). We have nice pictures below of them and their protesting buddies who were outside the capitol building screaming like children. For the record, I have no idea why Senator Boxer is crying her eyes out in the bottom right picture but if I can hazard a guess, I would say she is wondering who will turn out the lights in the Democratic cloak room when the last Democrat leaves Washington for good. Good riddance, I say. But that’s just my opinion. I could be wrong.

Mr. Language Person

"Grammar errors are intentional”. Technically speaking, this is incorrect. Grammar is a noun and should never be used as an adjective to refer to another noun, such as “errors”. Properly speaking, the speaker should use the adjective form of the root word: grammatical. Here is how the sentence should read: “Grammatical errors are intentional”. Even this is suspect since “intentional” is an adjective, which could possibly refer back to the same “errors” but, coming at the end of the sentence after the verb misleads the reader into assuming that it refers to the verb “are”, which should be described with an adverb, not an adjective. In that case, the word intentionally should be used as follows: “Grammatical errors are intentionally introduced into the literature”. This sentence is much better because it does not end in an adjective but with a closing noun, which finalizes the writer’s thoughts.

In a related story, the word ”boobies” comes from the word ”boob”, which traces from the Spanish bobo meaning stupid, which in turn comes from the Latin balbus meaning stammering. Of course, from this derivation, we also get “booby prize”, the “booby hatch” and the “boob tube”, none of which have anything to do with breasts but often refer to stupidity and/or stammering. Bu-bu-bu-but the point here (I’m getting there slowly but surely) is boobies are one of the top two components of a female human’s body (at least where men are concerned), so why do men refer to these elegantly designed milk dispersal units with a word that means “stupid” or “stammering”?

I welcome your input on this momentous question. Mr. Language Person would truly appreciate some help on this mystery. You better hurry up though before El Supremo finds out I’m poking fun at his destruction of the English language again.
